32 The Artifact of Sloth

Despite Aaro's indignant feelings about Lilith's abruptness he promptly got up getting ready for departure knowing she would not have called if it had not been very important.

"Ji Hoon!" Aaro shouted his voice blaring through the air reaching a now running vampire who immediately arrived next to him as Aaro straightened his clothing.

"Do as I have instructed you, I have somewhere to be. Your boss would probably be there." Aaro informed and Ji Hoon perked up at the thought of Kace.

"Was it the Mistress of Sloth?" The vampire questioned hesitantly and Aaro nodded patiently feeling that the mortal was pleasing to the eyes than the others considering his dedicated work these days.

But that was it, and he did not wish to speak anymore, so just as Ji Hoon opened his mouth to ask more questioned the air around them contorted, making the vampire's eyes close for a moment but when he opened them back the Lord who had been in front of him was no more.
