Chapter - 2
I struggled to open my eye which were in no mood to open .After struggling hard for what feels like eternity i finally managed to open my eye. 'Where am i ?' Was the first thought which came to my mind when my eye meet a beautiful white ceiling with golden patterns on it. I remember getting hit by car...No this can't be hospital . It doesn't seem like one and it's way too luxurious to be a hospital. That's When another thought hit me ' why is everything here so big? or maybe I'm too small' i thought looking at my hands which are that of an infant. I was in internal panic which caused me to cry .
" you're awake my child ." a lady picked me up from what's supposed to be cradle and start consoling me with her warm touch and sweet world.
When i see properly the lady is too beautiful No most beautiful women i have ever seen. She has proclaim skin, cool grey eyes with silver hair . she doesn't look real at all . Before i can think more my eyes again started to get heavy and eventually closed.
It's been a month since i came here . In this period of time i have came to know alot about this place and myself. Well it seems i recarnated as the only imperial princess of Aevum empire, Only female direct descendent of Aevum imperial family born after ten generation , daughter of emperor Klaus de Hawksley Aevum and empress Cordelia de Hawksley Aevum . And the lady with silver hair is the empress, my mother . Everyone seems so sweet here that I'm afraid i might get diabetes one day. Now coming to me from last one month I'm trapped in this infant body all i do is cry , eat( precisely drink) , sleep well what else can an infant do .
That's when Anne entered the room and sat beside me looking at me with a smile . BTW she is my Nanny . she has brown hair and eyes . she's in her mid twenties. She always keep smiling at me for no reason without saying anything like she's doing now weird right ? Well let's just sleep I'm too tried .
Entire greake , the capital of aveum empire is celebrating the birth of their imperial princess . Entire city is decorated beautifully as if theirs some festival going on . Noble across the empire has gathered in greake for attending the celebratory banquet that is to be held next week as a welcome for the newly born princess.
Inside the palace , a man in his early thirties was looking at his little baby affectionately as if she is some precious gem.
" are you not going to hold her ." his wife asked entering the room.
" No" the man replied without looking at her making her frown.
" She...she's so small. I'm afraid that I'll hurt her. " the man said making his wife chuckle .
" who will believe that the person in front of me to the emperor of aveum empire they fears. Klaus it's not like you'll be carrying a baby for the first time."
"I know but this never felt this kind of nervousness and fear while holding our sons." His wife sighed and picked up her baby .
"Cordelia..." Before klaus can react his wife hand him his daughter. Holding his daughter in his klaus felt peace . 'peace' a world which he had forgotten that it even exist ever since he become the emperor.
A weak later
Another week passed , I'm still struggling with this infant body of mine and cherry on the cake is my father . Yes , the emperor of aveum empire , Klaus de Hawksley. He has not let me a singal breath peacefully. I really can't believe that man is the most feared emperor . he's.....he's just too weird to be a ruler.
Right now I'm being dolled up for god now what . Anne made me wear a peach frock with a matching head band which has a bow on it and the good thing is it's made of super soft material for which I'm very thankful . i got to know that the emperor himself chose this one for me at least he is a little considerate .
In the imperial garden, high ranking nobels from all over the Aevum empire are eagerly waiting to see their princess but only they know what intention does they hold.
Soon emperor Klaus entered the imperial garden carrying one month old in his arm , followed by the empress . Everyone present their were shocked would be understatement not because of the princess but the soft expression and how delicately he is holding the princess . Non of them have ever seen him like this not even with princes.
I have returned to my room . Banquet went smoothly and i was named Evara de Hawksley Aveum. ' Evara mean gift of god' . I don't know if it's good nor do i want to . I promise to myself in this life i won't expect any from other. I have done with it . it was really exhausting day let just do my current favorite work that's sleeping.
