Only one chapter so far, but since this is a sequel to DS I can review early. It seems like this is the dark arc the author originally wanted to tackle before in the other book. But she found it hard to fit it in. I think it was a good choice separating the books. Now we can see the story from two sides. "The peaceful side" and the dark side. 😚 Author XOMatsumaeohana has a way with words, and the emotions behind her characters are very beautiful. I hope you all give this book a chance.

As a fan of all author xomatsumaeohana's books. You won't be disappointed reading this. Just two chapters so far and yet I already want more. This is a continuation from her story Dream Star. But anybody could read this without reading the first book. The author explains the background surprisingly very well, and the characters introduced properly. It's darker than the last book but I will give the author credit for this. The last book showed the characters peaceful lives. But this second book seems to deal with the secrets/darkness briefly mentioned in the first.

Storyline: You wished for a story? You got it now. Grammar: You wanted it to be comprehensible? You got it now. Plot: You wanted an enjoyable ride? You got it now. Character: You want to relate to the characters? You can do it now. Updates: BS updates. A factory outlet is writing this book. The updates are over 9000!!! Conclusion: What else do you need? Just dive into it already.

As a fan of DS, and one of the starting readers. I can say that this book is pure gold. This is better than her last, I can't even compare it. I almost thought it was a completely new book. It starts of more serious than the last one, and the female lead comes across as stronger. I get bitter sweet and tragic vibes, but hopefully it has a happy ending.

47 chapters in and I can already see that the author intends to resolve the loose ends from the first book. 😊😊 Enjoying the new Lila. She is a lot stronger than before.

If you want to read something with a love triangle, Japanese character setting, music, and supernatural powers this is the right book for you.

DS? What's that. SW is the best. I used to find Lila/Haruka/Kiryu's love triangle annoying but now? Now I don't. The author has worked on their characters development a lot. Good job author.

not as popular as the authors other books but still one of my favourite books to read. I like how the leading characters have grown since the first book.

Amazing book, so different from the first one. I can tell the author has come a long way in terms of writing, plot and character development since the first book.

Excellently written book by a famous author on this platform. I hope she continues writing more books like this that explores themes most authors won't write about.

Excellent read, transformation from the first book. I almost thought it wasn't the same book until I read the names again. I wish this book was more popular.

A hidden gem, the plot for this book is so good and the characters are well developed. I like how Kiryu appears more for this story, finally the ML gets attention.

A heartbreaking yes heartbreaking story. This is not for the faint hearted. Ever since I read the first book, I knew there would be angst. Nothing good comes out of a love triangle. But reading this, the author has made it possible to make every character suffer.

Flawless. The author has outdone herself with this sequel. If you disliked the first book and hesitate to read this, please read the first few chapters before deciding anything.

SW is a very special book to me. DS is the first book for this, and I love everything about the characters. Kiryu is my favourite. I have never read any book with such a dedicated male lead before.

Just started this book but I am already enjoying it. The cover is very beautiful, and I can tell what vibe the story will have because of it. A serious contemporary romance book.

Will return to reading this now the author has returned.
