68 Chapter 68

|3rd POV|

When the Westerosi got inside the castle, they did not know that they were walking past an invisible barrier that Viserys made in the past. The only people who can feel the barrier are the people coming from the north.

Eddard Stark and his family, with the exception of Catelyn Stark, can feel as if their body is passing a wall made of wind.

"Father… What is that?"

"Hmmm, what is it, Rob?" Catelyn asks her son in confusion. "Are you okay?"

On the other hand, Eddard looks around, searching for the feeling he just felt. Seeing him looking around, the escort who was standing next to him decided to assure him that it was okay.

"You don't need to worry, Lord Stark. It was just some extra security His Majesty put around the palace."

"Extra protection?"

Instead of answering the question, the escort only smiled at him.

While Eddard is busy thinking about the mysterious invisible wall, the others have different kinds of thoughts. Tywin looks around, searching for weaknesses of the palace, and to his annoyance, this palace is well guarded and hard to take over.

He now understands the reason all of his paid mercenaries and assassins give up or are killed because of this place.

Mace Tyrell is thinking about how grand the palace is and how he will decorate his castle with the same glass the Sol-Luna Castle has. However, he did not think that only the people of Lunaria could make this type of Glass as Myr is now the vassal to the Lunaria kingdom and had an intention to fall under Viserys' rule.

Olenna Tyrell nee Redwyne, on the other hand, thinks about how she needs to tie her house to the Lunaria Kingdom. She is already thinking about giving her oldest grandson to be married to Daenerys. She thought that the House of Tyrell was above Lunaria kingdom in terms of power, and giving them the heir to Tyrell house was an honor and privilege.

Hoster Tully is thinking about how to get the treatment Doran gets from this place. He already knows that Doran gets his treatment from Lunaria, and he is planning on getting the same treatment to cure his illness. However, while on the outside, he looks fine, he knows that he has an illness that is slowly eating him from the inside.

He knows that in a few years, he will not be able to move and will die from the illness, but for now, he needs to try to live a long life and make sure to make Riverlands prosper, especially since his brother did not want to take the title of the lord.

The people from Iron Island did not come as they were busy preparing something on their island. They were preparing something big. However, it was a story for another day.

"Please follow me. His Majesty and his court are waiting for you in this room."

When they are getting inside the room, they can see Viserys sitting at the end of the table with Alduin on his shoulder, looking at the guest. Dany is sitting on his right with Silver sleeping on the table in front of her. Rhae is sitting on his left, with Elia sitting on her lap.

Bakir is standing behind Dany, and Ser Willem is standing behind Rhae.

"Welcome to Sol-Luna castle. Please take a seat, the servant will bring the wine in a moment."

True to his word, the servant walked through the door and served the guest with wine and a snack that had been prepared.

"Before we start the meeting, why don't the others spend their time around the palace? The servant will show them around and show them their room. After the meeting is over, the feast will be ready."

Viserys pat Dany and Rhae's heads before letting them walk out of the room, followed by the woman and the child. The only person who hesitates to get out of the room is the Queen of Thorns, Olenna Tyrell.

After they walk away from the room, Viserys looks at his guest and says,

"So, can I ask the reason for you asking an audience?"

Jon Arryn is the first one talking.

"We are here to negotiate to buy a large number of cures for the plague."

"And what kind of payment do you want to give me? Gold? Iron? or Jewel?"

"We will pay for it with gold. Each of the lords wants a different amount and has different offers. Not all of us can pay you with gold."

Viserys nods his head before saying.

"Is there anything else?"

"We… We also want to ask for a trade agreement between our two kingdoms."

"Absolutely not!"

Robert slammed his hand on the table and shook the entire table with his strength. Even with his growing belly, Robert is still a strong man who can crush someone's skull with his hand.

His outburst alerted the guard standing around the room. If Robert decides to move toward Viserys, his head will be flying.

The other lord frowned at the outburst of their king. Not only was it rude, but it was also setting back their plan.

"The only reason I'm willing to meet the Dragon Cunt over here is that you want to buy the cure. I'm willing to buy the cure and come here but a trade agreement? I will not have a trade agreement with the dragon. The only agreement I want is a duel agreement so I can rip your heart and bash your skull with my own two hands."

Robert takes the barrel of wine near the servant, kicks the door open, and walks away from the meeting room, leaving the other behind.

Viserys took a deep breath and made sure his men did not do anything to make the situation worse. It was the right decision as the Black Dog hiding in the room was ready to kill Robert for his behavior.

"Well, it looks like we will not have a trade agreement. So, what does the crown want for the cure?"

"You are still willing to sell to us? So you really care for us, huh?"

"Care? For you? No. I care for the innocent who died by you. I don't care about you and your fellow noble. I care for the innocent. Because of this reason, I will not give you the cure but rather I will send some of my healers to Westeros. They will be the one who gives the other the cures."

"What? We pay you!"

"Yes, and you will get the cure. One vial of cure will cost you one thousand gold coins and I need an agreement that my healer will not be harmed when they give the cure to the smallfolk for free. Of course, the last one is to let my healer heal the smallfolk."

"What? You can't do that!"

"I can and that is my condition. You don't want that? Then you can search other places for your problem."

Viserys leaned forward and gave them a gentle smile before saying. However, his gentle smile is followed by an invisible pressure being pressed against them. Instead of looking at a child, they see a massive dragon snarling at them.

"So, my lord. Which option will you pick? Will you let us heal the smallfolk, or will you search for another place to fix your problem?"
