All You Can Eat

We spent hours there… I was shaved, cleansed, and bathed with something that was quite lovely to my nose, or was it just the bathing water? I felt like a weight was lifted off me like my very soul was renewed and I was born again. I didn't want the feeling of the water against my body to stop... it was just so smooching and I felt heavenly.

I was able to smile slightly because of it, it was relaxing, my bones relaxed too, something I have never felt like forever, and my body was at peace.

"This stream soothes the body and the soul, not only will it wash you of the mortal realm filth but it will heal your body also," Elvenia said to me the moment we were done. "The master only uses the bathing water and now you do too"

I blink... this is his personal bathing water? And yet he let me use it?

"The master is the only one who has the right to touch you, Forgive me for setting my unworthy hands on you," she said with a bow and I was puzzled once again.

He was the only one who had the right to touch me? Is that why he insisted on bathing me? And fell dead silent when I told him no? Well mostly like he put it 'Bathing you will hurt you' was he hurt by that fact? My head was swirling with different questions and answers but none I got the true answer from.

Elvenia told me she would be right back with some clothes and I just remained lost in my head. Does this mean he wasn't concerned about filth but truly wanted to bathe me? How on earth should I respond to that?

I was bought by this mysterious godly man who I have no idea his use for me. They called me a fairy and yet he calls me his bride?

My heart throbbed just thinking that. His bride... Does it mean he wishes to marry me? someone he doesn't know of? Someone he just purchases randomly?

gods I can't think anymore, I was already having a headache but still... I was determined to find out more.

Elvenia was back, I was dried and she clothed me in a white spotless nightgown, it seemed worldly to me because I was scared I would stain it but I was as clean as this spotless gown. I have never worn so much white before and it caused a funny feeling to my insides.

I followed Elvenia as she led me out of the stream to the maze of a mansion. I had no idea where we were... even the places I marked with my eyes I couldn't even remember them.

The house was like one of the museums I visited back at the orphanage when the mayor was doing some event so we were allowed some little exploring but this seemed even better and grander, The whole place I have set my eyes upon had nothing but a dark brown wall with several of things hanging on it, either a vase or a painting, there were many paintings I saw that were identical to the ones in the museums but this one before me looked more extravagant and more real.

We finally came to a stop and the grand twin door opened automatically and I was met with a dining hall.

I gulped when I saw the long line of a table filled with all kinds of foods, cakes, fruits, meats, bread, wine, water, and many others I couldn't possibly know for I have seen so many probably because it was meant to be eaten by the rich.

Severus smiled at me the moment he laid eyes on me and I heard retreating footsteps behind me which I knew were other than Elvenia leaving the hall.

Severus pulled the high chair for me and I knew it was a cue to sit and I did, as he adjusted the seat for me, he bowed to me before leaving the room and I finally realized I was left alone with William. Seated at the far end of the table, a whole ten feet away from me with a book at hand.

His elbow resting on the armchair, the back of his hand on his jaw, and his other hand holding the book, it was a mesmerizing sight that called for my very utmost attention but that was breaking when a thought flushed through me as a matter of urgency.

How could he possibly read with that mask on? Was there a special hole for him to see through?

I noticed his attire had changed. He was in a black robe embodied with silver designs of patterns like a comfy outfit, his silver hair still fell over his shoulders and once again I was enthralled by it. I gulped when my eyes descended on his peaking chest, I could see his firm neck now and I had no idea why my body reacted to it, just seeing an extra flesh on his body, and there was a silent wish in my head because I solely want to complete the image to this magnificent man before me... I wish I could see his face.

"Do not stare Ava, eat" his command came and I felt butterflies in my stomach as I descended my eyes to the meals.

My mouth watered and hunger I had never known came forth to me. I didn't realize I was already taking down the food until the flavors exploded in my mouth and I moaned at each taste of different food. This was heaven! And I didn't want it to stop.

My cheeks got cold and I realized I was silently crying as I ate food I have never tasted in my life. This was worth the tears surely for this was a gift of life itself, I barely had enough to eat at the orphanage, it was just brown soup and bread every day. When I was locked up it was just tiny pieces of bread probably eaten already and the remains were given to me.

This was my heaven and I should enjoy it while it lasted.
