9 Liliana, Morgana & Alex's mother

Airana is the only child of Liliana Sullivan, her sole parent and commander of the town guards, a high level warrior. as a beautiful woman she was courted by many outstanding men in denerim, but she only had eyes for rhyss alderigde which totally resulted in an unrequited love affair.

She used to be the captain of the cheiftian's guards, which was way more higher than the position she had now but to get rid of her the cheiftian placed her in a position far away from him. she could only sigh as the only woman in the cheiftian's heart and eyes is his wife, who is probably dead.

Going back to how she fell in love with the cheiftian, it was supposed to be Morgana who was to be the captain of the cheiftian's guards, but the cheiftian refused her from getting the position because Morgana was his childhood friend and he knew she loves him so placing her in a position that was close to him was unacceptable.

So he asked the council to send him a male captain, but the Elders slipped through it as they also wanted the cheiftian to love someone and get his cold heart beating again so he could fully concentrate on the clan because the clan has been stagnant ever since the death of the former cheiftian.

So they brought Liliana who had a child to lower the cheiftian's guard, which worked like a charm. Liliana had no other feeling for the cheiftian except respect, which the cheiftian noticed and agreed.

After years of serving the cheiftian, Liliana was completely love struck she loved both the cheiftian's character and demeanor. when the cheiftian noticed he placed her as the commander of the town's guards, destroying her dreams of becoming the cheiftian's wife and finally replacing her with krix.

But her feelings for the cheiftian kept on growing and so did her rivalry with Morgana. well she was supported in her endeavors by all her family members except her daughter whose excuse was that the cheiftian was Alex's dad and her mother couldn't marry her friends father. she was dumbfounded when she heard it,'what kind of excuse was that',she thought.

Liliana guessed that her small girl had a more than friendly feelings for the little boy Alex but she hadn't realized it as she is still a kid, but she couldn't blame her the little boy had natural charms; with his contagious cheerful smile and that black eyes of his that always contains mischievous light when looking at adults, like he was plotting something which made almost all adults that enters the cheiftian's manor avoids him as the boy was a trap himself. touch him and you're toast.

But a great thing was that even without awakening the alderigde phantom the number of elders which would support his reign are high, they had seen the boy to be more promising than his father whose heart was dead(Rhyss did not have any thoughts about the clan, which was why he moved to the city, far away from his duties.)

Liliana came out to patrol today as she needed to clear her head from a bugging problem, her rival for the heart of the cheiftian, Morgana the water queen had broken through from high-level to top level last night, which made her rival a step ahead of her.

Morgana is the commander of the white Calvary an elite force of ten thousand warriors and their mounts.she is 1.78cm tall with an almost white coloured short hair and full lips, she had a lithe but curvy figure and finally she had an elemental phantom of water attribute.

She had feelings for the cheiftian even before he got married, so she began her advances after his wife's death. the cheiftian of course also neglected her and like her rival Liliana she had also set her eyes on Alex, she knew getting Alex was getting Rhyss.

But who knew the boy was much worse than his father, he didn't even give her face, always snorting with his cute face whenever he sees her, which was quite funny to her. she understood that even without seeing his mother there was still a strong connection between them even stronger than that of Rhyss and his wife.

As a water elemental(p.s. she has an elemental phantom and it's spirit sense is high), her sensitivity for this kinds of things were high. which kept her wondering how could a child have such strong feeling for someone he hasn't seen in his life, even if she was his mother. so she thought about who and where did Alex mother come from, because everything about her is mysterious, especially her strange height.

She heard that rhyss met her at the forest of EDORAS when he went on a mission during his youthful period,she saved him from the claws of a scaled beast and that melted the cold heart of Rhyss, they began their adventure from ancient zones to lively places like the five kingdoms as they slowly fell in love. then Rhyss took her to denerim where their union was disapproved by the elders council but Rhyss's father, The then cheiftian allowed it. Rhyss father married late so he was already old, he couldn't breakthrough to the peak level so he had to remain as a top level warrior with a normal lifespan of hundred years.he didn't want his son to have any problems either of heart or mind so that he won't rule over denerim with grudge or cold heart.

But when rhyss father first saw Alex's mother he was shocked, Morgana was there that day as she came to dissuade Rhyss from getting married to Alex mother. shock was evident on his face as he unconsciously muttered,"dragon blood".

Morgana snapped out of her memories as someone kept calling her.

"Wow!, I don't know where you went commander,but you just forgot our number one rule", a huge man with bald head said.

"Always be vigilant", they both recited.

"It seems like you never forgot, because I was sure that when I got here ,you didn't even realize,so you either ignored our code or what you are thinking about has to do with the cheiftian", Gareth said.

"Are you here to educate me, Gareth", Morgana said with squinted eyes.

"No, not at all, I just came to congratulate you on your breakthrough", Gareth said his reasons for coming with a wide smile.

Morgana glanced at him then back to the field as she said,"I just entered the same level you are now,when you entered this level for some years now,and we are the same age and I thought I was more talented in our childhood days.and wipe off that simle it's ugly".

"You are, I just broke through by luck", Gareth said frankly.

"Luck is still a kind of talent", Morgana said.

"The kids will son arrive, we should prepare and where are zaine and Gavin?", Gareth asked as he stoked his beard.

"I don't know, I will be at home should anyone ask", Morgana said as she walked away, ignoring everything Gareth said as she had for a clue to follow in finding more about the mysterious woman who took her place in rhyss life.

"Asher if my dad asks of me tell him that I went to see the old man", Alex told Asher who was panicking what to say to his dad.

"Can't I follow you,I am your aide after all", Asher said trying to escape from meeting the cheiftian alone.

"No I always go to the old man's place alone and I would like to keep it that way", Alex denied Asher's escape route.

Walking through the bushy path, Alex tried to burn the image of this forest into his memory as it might take him years to see it again. Some Ray's of sunlight flooded through the trees canopy and shone on the beautiful flowers on the ground as butterflies moved from one flower to another and the sounds made by other small animals like the chirping of birds, made this forest a beautiful scene.

"I finally get why that old man wouldn't leave this forest, it's amazing", Alex said with awe.

"Hey old man, I'm back!", Alex shouted as he arrived at the old man's cottage, but no one came out.

"Old man!", he shouted again but the cottage was quiet, there was no sign of the old man in the cottage.

'what is going on, this has never happened before,the old man was always out before I reached his cottage,'Alex thought.

Afraid that the old man may be sick and had passed out, he barged into the old man's cottage, it was a small apartment with small bed and table nothing else, there was a book on the table and on its cover was boldly written "TO ALEXANDA ALDERIGDE.
