The town's park, bathed in the gentle glow of the setting sun, was Vishal's sanctuary. Seated on the same bench where Riya first approached him years ago, he found solace in the familiarity of the surroundings. Lost in thought, he didn't notice Riya's approach until she cheerfully exclaimed, "Vishal! Mind if I join you?" A subtle nod from Vishal signaled his consent as Riya settled beside him. The silence between them was comfortable, a testament to the years of shared moments. Vishal stole a glance at Riya, admiring her resilience and kindness. "Remember when we first met here?" Riya's voice carried a nostalgic tone. Vishal managed a faint smile, recalling the day Riya, with unwavering determination, broke through his shell. "Hard to forget." As the conversation flowed, Riya sensed Vishal's unease around women had deep roots. She chose her words carefully, opening up about her own vulnerabilities. "Life has a funny way of shaping us, Vishal. But I believe there's strength in facing our fears." Their connection grew stronger as Vishal began to share his fears, and Riya, in turn, offered unwavering support. Little by little, the walls Vishal had built around him began to crumble. In this quiet park, beneath the fading daylight, Vishal and Riya forged a bond that surpassed friendship, a connection that hinted at the promise of something more. The journey to overcome fears had only just begun, but together, they faced the challenges ahead, determined to rewrite the narrative of their shared destiny.
In the park of a small town a young boy is seen reading a story book. He is completely unaware of his surrounding, yes that's the male character of our story Vishal.
"Hmm... So that's how the story ends. Well what's a story which has no good ends." murmured Vishal to himself.
Vishal got up from his spot and then started to look for his favourite bench in the park. While walking he saw many children of his age playing in the park but he just sighed and said,
" I am just a coward, who would like to play with me,"
With that said he continued his little journey and finally he reached his destination but he saw a girl of his age sitting in the bench with her friend. Seeing the girls sitting in the bench he stopped his movement and decided to wait few minutes hoping that the girls would go away.
1 minutes....
2 minutes....
10 minutes...
Vishal waited and waited but the girls were not moving a inch from that place so he decided to go away, but the one of the girl notices him and asked him,
" Hey you there,"
Vishal turned back nervously and said,
"M-Me".
"Yes you", said the girl, "Did you want to sit in the bench",said the another girl who was sitting in the bench.
"If you want we can go ".
"NO, you both can sit there i will just find a new place to sit", said Vishal.
"No need for that, actually my friend's mother just came so she have to go now--
"PAYAL-Payal, where are you honey its time to go home" said a woman while looking here and there.
"I am heree MOMM!" said Payal.
Hearing this the woman looked into their direction and gave a motherly smile and started to approach them.
"So you both are together again, huh", said Aunt Julie, " And Payal I told you to come early today didn't I ?
" I am sorry maa I lost the flow the of time while playing with Riya", said Payal.
"Ok Ok now don't waste anymore time and come with me , Oh and Riya do you want to come with me", said Aunt Julie.
"No thank you Auntie I want to stay here a bit longer".
" Well as wish but go home safely ok". said Aunt julie in a caring tone.
"I will" said Riya cheerfully.
After their farewell, she turned toward Vishal and said,
" You are still here".
After listning to question he got nervous and said,
" I am sorry about that I should go now".
"WAIT "
Vishal tuned back with a confuse look.
' S -S-SO CUTEEE' thougt Riya while looking at Vishal's confusing face.
" A- a What " said Vishal while still making that confusing look.
Riya came back to her mind and said,
" I have been noticing you that you are waiting here for the bench right".
"H-Y-" he wanted to say but he simply nodded.
" Well you can sit with me cause I will stay a bit more before I go home", said Riya.
Seeing this he just accepted the offer and sat in the bench and started reading his book.
And from this moment the story of two young ones who will become each other lifelong partner started.
