Li Hua Jia felt her head spinning before she opened her eyes with difficulty. She surveyed her surrounding and felt a bit surprised.

The room she was in is decorated with an elegant princess style. She could tell how wealthy this original body was judging by the expensive looking stuffs in the room.

[Host, I will transfer the storyline of this world to you.] Baobao sounded before a numbing pain assaulted her head again. Images flash inside her head; telling her the story of this foreign world.

The body she occupied belonged to Mu YuYao. Mu Yu Yao was the adopted step-sister of this world's powerful male lead. The Mu family is an ancient and powerful family in this Z capital. Father Mu married 2 times in his life. His first wife gave birth to the all powerful male lead before died in a kidnapping incident. His second wife was infertile. She had adopted Yu Yao long before she met Father Mu. Who knows, after three years of marriage, his second wife would also leave this world in a plane accident. Yu Yao was 13 at the time.

Because of his love for his second wife, Father Mu looked after Yu Yao with great care. Especially when Yu Yao was a quiet girl who kept herself out of trouble. Still, life as a cannon fodder is never great. Yu Yao is secretly in love with her step brother, Mu Mingcheng, who is 4 years older than her.

Because she didn't want to accidentally reveal her feeling, she stayed in her boarding school all year round. With her quiet personality, she kept her identity as a daughter of a powerful family hidden. She believed as she had no blood ties to them, there was no need for her to show off her identity. After she finished her university, she could no longer escape her nagging feeling. She returned home and entered the family business just so she could see her love from afar.

But she was destined to be disappointed. Mu Mingcheng met the female lead, Song Sulou right after Yu Yao came back. Song Sulou was the only daughter of the Song family and the same age as Yu Yao. They are a powerful family, though somewhat below the ancient Mu. Song Sulou was pampered since she was young. Putting it nicely, she was pure and innocent. Putting it roughly, she was ignorant of the world.

Thus, she kept creating trouble and let the all powerful male lead clean up her mess. Why did Mu Mingcheng fall in love with her, you may ask? That's because the plot somehow made her Mu Mingcheng's first love. The ML met her once when they were young. That one fateful encounter somehow stole his cold dead heart.

It was fine if their love antics involve only themselves. But somehow, the female lead managed to make big enough trouble that would lead this innocent cannon fodder to lose her life tragically.

After seeing how the original Mu Yu Yao life would end, Li Hua Jia can only sigh helplessly.

Really, the cannon fodders never end well. Li Hua Jia stabilized her emotions before getting off her queen size bed.

-Baobao, I thought you said you can only let borrow body of random cannon fodder?- Li Hua Jia asked as she used the original's memory and walked her way to the huge bathroom.

[Well, because this body is short-lived and has unfulfilled wishes so host will have a limited time to complete the mission. If host doesn't receive any energy in 2 months, host will evaporate.]

-What?- A hint of emotion finally appeared on Li Hau Jia's face. And it was anger. -What unfulfilled wishes?-

[That is to live her life for herself and live it to the fullest. Well, I believe in host's ability. Don't worry. I will do my uttermost to help you.]

The foxy sly voice sounded in her head. She can already imagine its smiling face.

Those wishes just so collide with Li Hua Jia's principles, this apathetic person. Of course, she lives for herself and only herself, no matter the situation.

That's right. She was transferred to the start of the original Mu Yu Yao disaster. Right now is the period where she had finished university and returned home. Father Mu is outside the country so only the ML is home.

Li Hua Jia looked at the foreign reflection in the mirror. The girl staring back at her was unspeakably beautiful. She was wondering if her adopted mother pick her because of this. A willow eyebrow couple with a pair of phoenix eyes form a very seductive picture. She has small straight nose and bright red lips like rose petal. All in all, she has the image of a young girl but that pair of eyes give out a very mesmerizing aura.

Li Hua Jia moved on to examine her assets. She can't help but suck in a breath. Just as she expected, this girl has curves in all the right places.

-Was her appearance the reason why you chose her?- Li Hua Jia can't help but ask Baobao this. Was this to help make her mission easier?

[Yes, one of the reasons.] Baobao's bright voice sounded.

She tidied up her appearance and picked a comfortable white dress from the closet to wear. Because of the already outstanding face, she has no need to beautify it even more. She put her long black hair in a pony tail before making her way to the dining room. It was breakfast time.

Mu Yu Yao had already come back from her university dorm 3 days ago but the male god was too busy to grace her with his presence. So this would be the first time meeting face to face after so long.

Mu Mingcheng is your typical male lead. Cold, indifferent, domineering, overbearing…those words can be used to describe him. If there's one thing that is a bit different, it's that he is very filial. Just like in this situation, because Father Mu told him to try and look after Yu Yao, he made time to have breakfast with her this morning.

When Mu Mingcheng walked into the dining room, he noticed the person in white dress and high ponytail. The last time he met this step sister was 2 years ago. He has little impression of her. Other than she was quiet and would never looked him in the eyes, there was nothing else. Even though they were brother and sister in name, the only family he cares about is only his father. He has no care for this sister at all.

The pair of indifferent eyes looked at him before she gracefully stood up and greeted him.

"Morning, big brother Mu." Li Hua Jia was a bit surprised by her own voice. As expected, even her voice sounds so sweet. She tried to smile but gave up. So she gave him a stand up greeting and a nod instead.

[Host, your eyes. They are too emotionless.]

Baobao helpfully reminded her. Can't help it. She was never one who show much emotion.

"You don't need to stand.''

The man's voice was hard and cold. The deep and domineering tone seemed to be embedded in his bone. As for his face, it was definitely god's masterpiece. So stoic and masculine, yet so beautiful and graceful at the same time. His tall figure walked to the dining table. As he got closer, Li Hua Jia's nose was assaulted with his expensive smelling cologne. It smelled quite good.

The two of them started eating their meal quietly. The meal was finished with not a word spoken throughout. Li Hua Jia didn't mind. In fact, this fit her intention perfectly. She hasn't come up with a plan on how or who to seduce yet so she can only take things slow for now.

After the meal, the male god said to her, "If you need anything, just tell Butler Jong. He will fulfill your commands."

"Thank you, Mu gege." She squeezed out a small smile. Baobao gave its host a like in its heart. At least, host is trying.

Mu Mingcheng took the chance of saying this to appraise the girl before him one more time. Though she nodded and thanked him obediently, her indifferent eyes are too apparent for a sharp eyes person like him.

She was truly beautiful. Especially that pair of enchanting eyes, coupled with her indifferent gaze, like nothing can ever hold their attention. Suddenly, a small spark of desire ignited somewhere in him. Still, it was too fleeting for him to pay it any attention. So he just got up and left for work.
