Bella Pov

As I'm leaving the library the nurse from the hospital was walking towards my direction and once Nicolai came behind me , she seemed upset and started walking faster towards us .

I look back at Nicolai and ask if he knows her , he sighed and said sadly i do.

Before he could tell me how he knows her, she came yelling at me "oh so you're his new little whore ? "

My face was stone cold serious , i look at her like she's an idiot, because clearly I'm no whore , I've never been with a man .

Nicolai face seemed angered by what came out her mouth and he was about to tell her off but before he could i spoke , in a cold tone "believe what ever let's you sleep at night I don't have time for tantrums "

Nicolai smirked guess he didn't think i would say something , I'm at a place in life where peace is my priority not drama .

By this time a-lot of people were watching .

The little show she was making was ridiculous, i was going to go but she pulled my arm and slapped me ,

Everyone was shocked , i looked her dead in her eyes and told her "I'll let this one slide but do that again and you will see what happens " and walked away Nicolai told her to leave and he was calling out to me , but i just ignored him , this is why I don't deal with people to much drama , especially girls like her damn drama queen .

I told my aunt I'm going and she asked if I'm ok , i said I'm ok and walked out.

Nicolai pov

I couldn't believe tilly would act so childish,

I was fuming , she called bella a whore and i was going to say something and bella beat me to it , she was so calm and level headed for a girl her age .

What I didn't expect was for tilly to put her hands on bella that made me want to hurt her but I don't hit woman, bella just took it and warned her the next time she wouldn't .

She walked away and i was calling for her but she ignored me , i seen her say something to her aunt and leave.

I was going to follow her but her aunt stopped me and said " Nicolai you're a good guy but she doesn't need this drama in her life especially right now , she keeps to her self because she doesn't like drama just leave her alone ok "

I sighed and said " sorry Iris, but i want to be there for her when she needs someone , i want to be her friend, her person anything she needs me to be for her I'll be.

She's so strong but even strong people need a person they don't need to be strong with , she's beautiful,so pure."

Iris sighs and says "after this that happened i doubt she will let you be around her, or let you be her friend she hates drama and doesn't like to waste time especially on a guy.

Do you know how many guys have tried to so call be her friend , alot and she just ignores them, just do me a favor and don't bring her stress or drama.Alex let's go "

With that Iris said her goodbyes and left with Alex.

I'm not mad at Iris, I understand what she's saying ,normally I'm not like this but bella needs a person she can count on that isn't her aunt .

I want to be that person for her .

Bella Pov

Tomorrow is my first day starting my meds my only hope is that i have a good day ,

I get ready for bed and lay down , awaiting the sleep to over take me ,once it does im back at the accident watching as if it was happening all over again .

Once I'm thrown out the car by my dad i wake up .

I was drenched in sweat praying once i fall back to sleep it would be a dreamless sleep.

Iris Pov

"Why can't bella catch a break ? "i yell as im walking with alex back home , alex says " i know what you mean " i say "no you don't, im not talking about what happened inside ".

"I'm talking about what the doctor told us ", i sigh out exhaustion ,not knowing how to help bella .

He ask "what did the doctor say ?" I tell him "she has cancer " as I break down in tears because I'm so scared of losing her too, he holds me letting me know everything will be ok that Bella is one of the strongest people he knows and stroking my back , i look up and ask him "will move in with us ?"

He smiles at me and says "yes, you may not think so but i love bella she's a good girl and i want you both to know im here for you both, no matter what."

I smile and say "I know you are".

We get to the house and it's all dark no light so i know bella is asleep , alex and i go to check on her and she's asleep but seems so sad , i kiss her forehead and we walk out the room to mine , "tomorrow she will begin her meds "i tell Alex , he sighs and says "I'll be with you both tomorrow since its my day off , plus I don't want you both to be alone ". I say "ok "and we both get ready for bed.

Tilly pov

I've never seen Nicolai so angry at me before not even when he caught me cheating on him .

His anger did turn me on ,

If that girl thinks she'll have what's mine she's dead wrong .

Nicolai is mine and only mine even if he doesn't know it yet .

I'll leave for now .

But this is far from over .
