15 Tale of 100 Year Quest

When Axel came back to the guild everyone was ready for party. Kagura, Simon, Jenny and Jenny's new boyfriend Hibiki Lates from Trimens also there. Jenny and Axel give a chance to their relationship but their schedule didn't match each other all the time so they barely saw each other at that time. Axel was always busy with jobs, he was trying to uphold name of the entire guild, that didn't mean other members of Fairy Tail is weak, no they are strong but not S-class so as an ace Axel was always busy with his duties. So Jenny was right to complain after all who wouldn't want his/her lovers attention? But Jenny didn't complain too much she was very understanding but that didn't stop end of their relationship. Thought they are still friends with each other and when she found love with Hibiki, Axel congratulate them and said he was happy for them. After that Axel and Kagura get close to each other, Kagura learned from Simon that Axel was the one saved Simon's life so Kagura was thankful and hold deep respect for him. They go to a date but both of them felt awkward and decided that as a friend they are better. Everyone saw Axel and little Asuka run towards him and jumped, he hold her and throw her up to the air and catch her which made her and her parents laugh. Axel saw Asuka as a sister/daughter so whenever he was in the guild, he always look after her, and even some nights thanks to her parents certain night activities.

''Nii-chan welcome back.'' said Asuka, daughter of Bisca and Alzack. (Should I use nii-chan or big brother?)

''It's good to be back Asuka'' Axel answered with a smile and kissed her cheeks.

''Welcome back Axel/teacher'' said Laki and Romeo. When Romeo asked Axel to teach him, he start to teach him hand-to-hand combat and he encouraged him to try to be creative with his magic, he also helped to mend his relationship with his father. Laki is also learned hand-to-hand from Axel and thanks to Warrod Axel quite knowledgeable in wood, plant style magic, so he also helped her with magic and thanks to him she became second S-class member, Axel himself tested her before going to the Magic Council.

''It's good to be back guys. How's everyone?''

''They were waiting for you to start the party.'' Laki answered with a smile and Macao saw him.

''Everyone first seat wizard saint, our ace and God of Ishgar is here!! Also Laki Olietta became S-class so for both of them let's start this party!!'' Macao yelled which everyone rise their drinks and yelled towards to the air. They drink, dance, laugh and shared stories. When Axel asked dance to Kagura, Simon like overprotective brother he is glare at him like trying to kill him with his glare but Kagura told him to relax they were just friends. When party start to go into the night Asuka start to yawn and Axel told her if she want to sleep he can take her to the room at the upstairs which she denied.

''Hey hey big brother what is 100 year jobs?'' asked Asuka with big curious eyes.

''Where did you hear this Asuka-chan?''

''Everyone was talking.'' which everyone really talking about his past achivements, Asuka probably heard from them.

''100 year jobs is most difficult jobs for a mage, at the past they told the guilds this jobs but no one couldn't complete the job for 100 year so they are called 100 year jobs.''

''Did you complete it?''

''Of course, after all your big brother is strongest!!'' said Axel with a tickle which made both of them laugh.

''Wow big brother is so strong''

''Hey teacher what did you do at your quest? You didn't tell us.'' Romeo asked but when everyone heard him and looked at Axel for story.

''So you guys wanna hear it too?'' Axel asked everyone and everyone nod with their heads.

''Fine I tell you guys. I take the job even when Macao was object it. Anyway job was from country of Enca, first time they understand something was wrong 660 years ago some of the fisherman ships lost never to return. They didn't find anything even single piece of wood, at first mages try to solve themselves but when job reached 100 year their king send other countries so they can get rid of whatever that is. When I reached there I gone directly to the royal palace and told them that I came for the job which surprised them. You guys must be understand after all this job was 660 years old and last 300 years no one came for the job. So first I asked information which they provided happily, normally that kingdoms main livelihood is came from the sea but with this commodity from sea became hard to came by and prices rise too much and only rich people could eat sea food. Anyway I read some record from a mage who happen to observe this phenomenon, at first shark fins appear they start to run like circle a bit and later giant whirlpool appear and swallow everything. Mage saw this happening because of a monster, imagine giant worm from Magnolia to Hargeon, shark fins is actually it's teeths and when it feed it made giant whirlpool in the size of Magnolia. They named this monster Charybdis. After I read King asked me if I really want to take this job and told me if I back out he will not blame me but I decided that I will take this job from the beginning and I didn't doubt myself even a moment. Remember everyone doubt is the one of the worst enemy, if you think you can't do it then you can't. Anyway giant whirlpool happens 3 times a week and they inform me that next one is 2 days later. I told King that if I have 2 day, tomorrow I will and go look around area for a while and the other day I will rest and ready for monster. Next day King give me a guide and we look around where is going to happen and the other day I rest in the palace, I wanted to be fresh for the fight. Finally I gone the where is happen and I gotta tell you guys that sight was frightening, imagine in the size of Magnolia giant whirlpool try to suck everything inside, even the light. As long as I live, I will never forget that sight. At first I send sword attacks but it didn't effect one bit and I thought a good but crazy idea, if I couldn't beat on the outside then I was gonna beat it inside. I hold my breath and let the whirlpool suck me inside and there was some woods in there so I set my foot and got the work. You guys know truth-seeking orbs and know I can change their shape, so I made 9 of them change to a big sword and start to cut monster from the inside. I cut and cut for 4 days and finally monster died and I cut my way to the outside and mages from Enca, soldiers even King was there, they told me that monster was thrashing in the sea and they came to take a look. When they saw me came from the inside of a monster you guys can imagine their reaction, it was pretty funny ahahaha. Then I told my crazy plan to the king and mages and they decided that I was really crazy. Later they hold celebration and all of them was relieved that they finally get rid of the monster. After fun for 3 day King paid me and made me honorary citizen of Enca which none of his advisor didn't object, after that I decided to return and came back.''

When Axel finished his tale, Asuka was already sleeping in his lap so he made a sign with his hand to Bisca and Alzack and they take their daughter upstairs and party continued little bit more subdued.
