5 Applying For New Job

I quickly went to my room. I took a long shower and wore my night suit.

I step out of the bathroom and pick my laptop to search for a job. I had applied for so many jobs, let's see who will revert me back. I shut down my laptop and go for dinner. The time was getting 9:30 pm. 

I came back to my room for asleep when my phone rang. It was a pop sound. I switched on my phone and check. It was a mail from O.C.C company. 

when I saw I was like I'm in seventh sky. They have approached me for interview. 

I quickly run to Mummy's room and share good news with her. 

Mummy! Mummy! You know what. I said

What? she ask showing no interest

I got Job I mean I got mail for a Job interview few minutes back.

What? Really.

Yes Mummy. Really. 

Which Company? 

"O.C.C " India's best house consultant they known for. 

B.T.W , What's the full form of O.C.C ? Mummy ask 

"OBEROI Construction Company" I expand

okay then, What are you waiting for. Go back to your room quickly and sleep. Otherwise, again you will get late for interview. Mummy said. 

 Ohk. I'm going for sleep. good night. I said.

I came back to my room and got ready to sleep as I'm so excited for tomorrow. 

Next Morning 

 " Aisha wake up. It's 7:00 a.m . Today is your interview. Do you remember". 

"Umm. yeah. I remember mummy. give me 5 minutes". 

"No No . No more 5 minutes. get up quickly and have a shower. go fast" .

"Ummm". 

"Okay then bring me bed tea first ".  

"I know without having your bed tea you will not wake up, so I already bring it. Now get up".

"After having tea, I take 5 minutes break and then quickly go for having shower". 

After taking shower I open my wardrobe and take out peach colour high neck top and navy blue colour Palazzo. 

I wore it and then set my hairs, I applied some nude lipstick, mascara and linar and the Job is done. 

so, I'm ready for job interview.. It's 9:30 am. 

I was sitting at dinning table and having "Aloo Paratha" with "Ghee", "ketchup" and "Green chutney". 

I like that type of combination. 

When mummy ask me for one more paratha, and I said no to her because, I was getting late then she wishes me good luck for my job interview. 

 As I said thanks to her , I touch her feets for taking her blessings and said good bye.

I started my scooty to go there for interview. 

The building was just 45 minutes far away from my house. 

 But just because of this heavy traffic I'm gonna be late . 

Oh god please help me. suddenly the traffic got slow down and all public vehicles start their engine for move ahead as me too. 

so finally, I reach there "O.C.C" building for an interview as I'm getting little bit nervous for that. 

However, I had gave so many interviews in past 7 years and even I have 6 years experience in interior designing but still I am getting nervous because of the attitude. What if the employees and boss show me their attitude. What if they try to reach my last office. What if I didn't got select. 

All these things were roaming on my head. 

I quickly enter in main gate as security guard stop me. I told him I'm here for a job interview as they mail me yesterday. I show him that mail which was send by "O.C.C" , so he permit me. 

I entered in the building, as the building was so huge. 

I enter there, and go to receptionist.

I ask her for interview queries. she greeted me good morning as I replied her back too. she instructed me to take lift for sixth floor, the whole interviews were held there. 

 I said thanks to her and she said 'welcome mam ' . 

The receptionist was very sweet in nature. 

she was in her Mid 30s may be. 

 My inner gut intuition told me. 

I take a lift for sixth floor and reach there for interview. 

 Again there was a receptionist . I go there as she Said "Good Morning" to me and I greeted her back. 

I told her. Actually, I'm here for interview. 

Yes mam . Just wait, the interview is going on. 

we will call your name. 

Okay Thankyou. I said. 

I sit on the couch and wait for calling my name . There were also sitting 5 more girls for interview. 

They were looking like in there early twenties.

Mostly, girls were wearing crop top and high waist jeans. I don't know why they do like this.

Somewhere, I thought like I'm not here for interview but in a fashion show.

Girls were whispering on their ears watching me.

I quickly take my phone out to check me once. 

"Lipstick is ok" 

"Face is ok" 

"Hairs are fine" 

Then why are whispering. 

Anyway. Let it be. 

The peoples were going in and coming out where my heart was beating fast. 

I started chanting god's name when they called my name. 

 I quickly get up on  my seat as they signal me to come in. 

 I step inside greeted them good morning. 

There were sitting five interviewers. 

 Three may be in there 50s and 2 females in there 40 s. 

They told me to have a seat and I quickly take. 

 They were watching my documentary file but not asking me any question as I thought in my mind, that they will not hire me.

One male interviewer asked me that why I left my last job. 

  I told them that they were not giving me the promotion as I'm eligible for and I have 6 years experience. 

"Okay, so you have 6 years experience". 

"Had you ever handle any project by yourself". he ask

"Yes sir. I had handled 5 projects by myself. Just because they didn't give me much opportunities to show my talent". I said with no fear. 

 They noded their head and said okay. 

"We will inform you if you got selected". 

Ohk Thankyou. I said and quickly step out.
