Far away from Earth, in a distant galaxy.

The name of this world is Shou. The World of Shou.

It was the day before which the planet was going to turn 5000 years since they occupied it. It was a very happy day for all the normal people of this world. Everyone was preparing for the New Year. It was a festival. Everyone was enjoying.

They did not know that their life was going to change forever.

Exactly at 12 at night, the whole world was covered in white light.

On 23rd September 3012, everyone found out that there will be a new VRMMORPG game coming where one can experience 100% realism. This percentage was so shocking that many people thought that it was a big scam. The most successful VRMMORPG was 'Asura' which had 96% realism. It was produced by Meg.Co company. If this 100% realism game came from them then people might have believed. But the company that was producing and publishing was totally new in the gaming industry. It is called Destruction Entertainment.

"You had to make that fucking BIG announcement 5 years ago. Now the public is much excited and if anything goes wrong, they all are going to blast like an atom bomb." Gaz complained.

The president, Gaz Lopez, was a 35 year old guy who has good looks. We can't say that he was the best looking guy, but he was above average.

"You don't have to worry about anything president. We got it all under control. At that time the AI was still not fully functional. Now it is." the Vice President said calmly.

The vice president, Froth Malby, was 38 years old. 5 years ago, after 5 days of the announcement of the new VRMMORPG, he coaxed the president to delay the launch till now. The reason was simple, the AI malfunctioned. The president easily agreed but also wanted it to be fixed as soon as possible so he provided the company with a large amount of fund to add members to the developing group.

After 5 years everything was ready to be launched. But the one who was not happy was the vice president. It seems like he still have some unfinished business. But he kept it to himself and said to the president that the game will be released soon.

After saying the things that the president wanted to hear, he left the room. Then he called someone.

"Any updates?"

"Nope, found nothing. 91 out of 100 are killed. 88 were killed on the same day 5 years ago. 3 were killed 3 years ago. 1 was severely injured during that time. And all the others were stranded. So my opinion is that they all died during that period. That place was where no one could survive. Although we couldn't find other bodies in these 2 years, I would say they are deep down in the sea. Maybe eaten by sharks and all." a voice from the other end told him.

"Let's hope so. I guess it is time for me to move on. Does everything looks good with the game?" asked Froth.

"It is as perfect as it was 5 years ago. No need to worry about that."

"Oh well, seems like the time limit is over. We have to release this game, or else whatever we did will be for nothing brother." said Froth.

"That is true. That thing said that if we release this game then we will have things that no one ever had. Just seeing the proof that what it is gonna give us is making my mind fill with excitement."

"Don't get too overexcited. We still have to wait for 10 more years after the release. Let us hope everything goes smoothly and that thing gets whatever it wants." Froth said.

A guy, around 18 years old, left in a Lamborghini from one of those costly mansions in upstate New York. He went straight where the items for playing the new VRMMORPG were sold.

Its year 3018. It was an era where the jobs in gaming industry were at par with science and innovation industry. Anyone can make a fortune from gaming if given proper training, and in 3018 it is easy to find gaming schools. These schools were similar to regular schools. The major difference between the two was that the students had to make a contract with the teaching school which lasted till their gaming career comes to an end. Although the gaming contract can be terminated, a huge amount of money was required, which a normal person cannot afford. Typical slavery, if you see with a broad mind.

This guy who was 18 year old was number one in 'Asura'. Formal education? He didn't had any education. His life? Pathetic. How come he has a Lamborghini? Gold Selling. Yes. He sold rare equipment, things and in-game currency online. He made himself a fortune in just 2 years. Yes, just 2 years. Today he came to get the new VRMMORPG game. The VRMMORPG was called Shou Online.

His in-game name was '1stDragonKiller' in 'Asura'. And every single person in the business knew that name. More like every single person feared and revered that name.
