16 Sweet misunderstanding: Last part

When she reach closer to the car she saw her husband chit-chatting with the women. Looking at the women, mian noticed that she was very pretty and slim. While yufan was talking to the women he was smiling like a sunshine. wondering if her husband was ever so happy with her she fell devastated.

Looking at her husband so happy, without confronting her husband she went back home.

After a couple of minutes when yufan came back he saw his wife sitting motionless on the sofa. Thinking that she might be angry that he didn't come home last night he told her that he will give her a big surprise tonight when he comes back from the office.

After listening what yufan said mian raised her head and looked at him with teary eyes and just nodded. Ater some time yufan got freshen up and left for the office. As soon as yufan left, mian also got ready and left home.

After some time mian was standing in front of a door and contemplating if she should go in. Getting determined about her decision she entered the salon.

Looking at mian coming the attendant was smiling and welcomed her.

Thinking that she was here for grooming she asked mian to take a seat and asked her what set of grooming would she like.

Looking at her reflection in the mirror mian pointed to a short hair style on the picture book and asked the attendant to groom her hairs. Thinking that she heard wrong the attendant lady asked again if she wanted to groom her hairs, looking at the attendant mian nooded and sat on the chair while closing her eyes.

In the evening when yufan came back he saw mian was working in the kitchen. Thinking something was amiss yufan decided to take a closer look which made him realize that his wife had cut her hair short and the style looked oddly familiar to him. "why did you cut your hair as they used to be so long and beautiful were you having trouble managing them?." Asked yufan

Looking at yufan ,mian told him that she did it for him. Wondering about when he made her feel that he dosent like her long hairs he asked her again pointing towards himself

" For me?"

Mian nodded and replied while plating the dinner on the dining table" Yes I know that you like women with short hairs, so I made my hairs short so you don't dislike them."

While yufan kept on thinking, after some time he realized that mian heard him speaking with his client Miss Suzy in the morning when she praised him for his correct decisions and ability to quickly solve problems. Because the investment ewas already confirmed he praised his slient and complemented her hair style. Which was probably heard by mian.

Coming towards mina, yufan hugged her and laughed while explaining her that because he was not used to praising women when she as a boss praised him he had to follow the rule of praising back. As flattery works both ways. Because he cannot see anything different he praised her hairs because that style cannot be seen frequently in XX country. Also he explained mian that many a times while working they have to complement their clients and their superiors as well. It wsa one of the simplest rule of working in a corporate life. Because mian had never entered the corporate life she wsa pretty new to the rules and the concept of flattery and compliment, causing her to misunderstand that her husband had advances towards his client.

After listening to yufan mian felt embarrassed which was further increased when he told her another piece of news. He was promoted and would be sent abroad with family for his further works.

Mian understood that it was lack of communication that caused a small misunderstanding tough a sweet one. Later in the night they went out for dinner and celebrated yufan's success.

Communication is the only tool which can keep up the trust in a couples life.
