16 Theme

The girls went back to their daily routine of practice, practice and practice. One morning, So-Young called them to the living room to discuss about something. It was related to the songs of their new album.

So-Young: "I was thinking about a new idea for our album..."

Min-ji: "But aren't the higher ups going to decide songs?"

Chae-rin: "Let's just hear what she has got to say."

So-Young: "Let's make a theme... let our whole album be a story. It will be fun for our fans to try and encode our albums and try to understand the deeper meanings. "

Sandara: "This is so different. I don't think I have heard such music before. "

Min-ji: "Are you really younger than me? My God... I will need to work harder. "

Chae-rin: "I think we only need to write lyrics to the tunes you have composed. "

The girls spent the rest of their day trying to come up with the theme of the album. They decided that the theme would be youth. The beats of the songs So-Young composed was really upbeat. And all of the girls were young. They decided to write lyrics that the youth could relate with and tell the story of their journey.

They all worked really har everyday for the songs and thanks to So-Young's equipment, They were able to record their songs at the apartment. During their free time, they tried to come up with choreography for their songs. They decided that out of the 10 songs they made, one 4 of them would be made into videos. All of this was done secretly in a span of three months.
