A Few New Friends?

As the bell rang, I swung my blue backpack over my shoulder heading out the doors, I then felt a small tap on my shoulder. "Hey, your Y/n right? I've heard a lot about your quirks!" The small green-haired boy I saw earlier walked beside me, sparkles in his eyes. "Yup that's me, care to tell me who you are?" It came off a bit rude but social interaction was exactly expected on the first day. "Oh! my name is Izuku Midoriya, sorry for all the questions but can I sit with you?" As tired as I already was, I wanted to be alone for lunch but making a friend won't hurt and he seems harmless enough. "Sure, I don't mind." His smile seemed contagious so I smiled back, hopefully, this interaction doesn't take all my energy.

We made it to the lunchroom, him walking steadily behind me. "Where do you wanna sit?" I asked as he knows the school better than I do. "Just choose any empty table, I'm gonna get lunch, do you want anything?" I was surprised by his offer, but I shook my head. "I brought my own, but thank you." He nodded and began to walk to the cafeteria.

I found a small, 4 seat table by a big window and sat down, unzipping my backpack and pulling out the lunch R/n made, her cooking was the absolute best. "Hey, is it ok if I sit here?" I look up to see the boy with the split hair, holding a small bag which I could only guess was his lunch. "Sure, Izuku is sitting here too, just so you know." He took his seat across from me and opened his bag, the smell was incredible. "If you don't mind me asking, what do you have? It smells amazing!" His head popped up so fast it looked like it hurt, "O-oh it's an omelet and soup I made." He seemed flustered at my compliment. "Wow, that's so cool that you can cook, I could never."

'I could cook for you..." He mumbled, "Hmm?" He tipped his head back down and began to eat "Nothing." He seemed a bit shy but relaxed, my personality on steroids. "Hey! I see you've meet Todoroki, he also has duel quirks." Izuku walked up with a tray and sat beside me, setting his tray on the table. "You have duel quirks? I thought I was the only one in 1A." Todoroki seemed intrigued. "Yeah, I can control minds but my hands are like heating pads, it's why I wear gloves." He seemed to zone out a bit, then snapped back, "There are two others here that have similar quirks, but they only have one." Now I was interested, if they have similar quirks they could teach me to use mine better, especially in unison. "You mean Shinso and Bakugo?" I turned to Izuku, the names sounded familiar. "Why are you talking about me Deku?!" The boy from earlier with the pompom hair stood up and began to walk over, I recognized him as the boy Bakugo that Izuku was talking about

"W-we were talking about how Y/n has a similar quirk, I-" He was cut off "I know you." Bakugo pointed at me, a growl coming from his voice. "You ran into me this morning, I wanna know something." He grabbed my arm and pulled me from my seat. "Why weren't you scared of me?!"
