Prologue

Daniel never was a very popular person. Everyone called him someone dark and gloomy. But he always tried to keep living on, even though he never felt alive. He always felt like something was missing, but never knew what.

Until he died.

Then he realized, nothing was missing. Instead, there was something that shouldn't exist at all. There was a darkness inside him that he could never see, but his death seemed to unleash it.

He, somehow, knew it -this darkness- could destroy a world, so he needed to stop it, but he was powerless to do so. He was able to follow them, however, and ended up coming to a new... world - he guessed.

He got a fragment of this darkness before it entered this new world. But the rest got in, so he could only follow. When he did, though, he only saw a flash of light and then... nothing. He was floating in darkness with no control of himself.

But the situation didn't last long, he soon saw light again and heard some voices.

"It's a boy. Congratulations."

Daniel realized...

"His name will be Kurai, Shikamaru Kurai."

Kurai -apparently- realized: He was reborn!
