18 Proposal

In the middle of the sea Simon and his group slowly headed toward Land of Pleasure and Prosperity, they were in no hurry, this Land was quite advance in technology if or when Simon's group entered to the Land premises they will be noticed by ninjas in Land of Pleasure.

No matter who came friend or foe Land of Pleasure will always be attacking them, but of course, if it were enemies ninja in this island will immediately start their defense system. funny thing is nobody did try to attack or conquer this Land, even Madara who was one of most powerful men in this world didn't try anything.

Thinking about this Simon felt weird, 'well there is no point thinking about this now, I have more pressing matters at hand' thinking so he looked at Mizukage Mei Terumi, she was alone looking at the sea, as for others Tsunade and Oniki playing shogi with each other. Gaara and killerbee were talking about something which looked like really interesting, as for Raikage he went sleep a few hours ago.

Now only Mei and Simon left alone, well not alone others still around but they doing their own things, Simon didn't know what was she thinking but he intends to find out.

He slowly approached her, Simon saw she had a nice body, almost devilish, Simon gulped down a mouthful of saliva, even after Simon came beside her she didn't notice him. Simon saw that Mei didn't notice him start to talk '' milady what are you looking at? or should I ask what are you thinking about? ''

Hearing Simon's sudden voice Mei came back from whatever she was thinking but she still didn't look at Simon '' Isn't beautiful? the sea?" Mei asked from Simon.

"Yes, it is, but.." He stopped.

"what is it?" Mei couldn't help but ask, she looked at him but he was still looking at the sea. he said it was beautiful yet he stopped with 'but', she felt into a confusion.

"Isn't it lonely, you may think with all the water sea wouldn't feel lonely but I beg to differ, what sea need isn't more water but a Land a solid ground, when seawater hit the soil then It would feel it was water, Yin always need Yang to remind it was Yin, if there was only water without land do you think it would be beautiful? I think not" Simon tried his best to remind her she was alone, without someone in her life she would be lonely as the only sea without Land.

Mei wasn't a fool, after thinking bit she understood what he was talking about, she always thought about her love life, but she never met anybody who looked her as a woman, was she not a beautiful? of course, she was extremely, did she had some kind of defect? no never. but in this world, even if the power doesn't mean anything, it always mattered. some did bring her marriage proposals but every time it was to make her as a bargaining chip or someone lust over her body.

Mei sighed, if she thought about it, it seems to like it was too late for her, with her, Mizukage job she had to look after the village and people in it, although she really loved her village that much, she had pretty much bad childhood and bad academic days from her younger age nonetheless she still have to look after her birthplace.

Simon didn't care about others, umm...he did care about Tsunade but now is not the time.

Tsunade didn't have any feeling toward him, even if she had, it would be well...he didn't know. Simon looked at confused Mei and said '' Mei if you think you are the sea I can be your Land, now I'm asking you, in front all this Kages will you marry me? ''

Mei felt as if her head was getting blanked, she never thought he would be this straightforward, asking her to marry him, not just to be his Girlfriend or anything but to marry, she didn't know what to say, although she heard about him from Tsunade she didn't know anything about him. true Tsunade never missed judged people, according to her he was good as a man can be, even though he already had two wives he loved them equally, another thing Tsunade mention her was he made them quit their ninja life just because he thought It would be too dangers to his wives.

Mei knew he was a good boy who knew how to love and how to protect, she was different she was a Kage even if she likes him and agreed to marry him, things wouldn't be that smooth right? first, she needs the approval of elder council of her village, also since Simon was living in Land of Fire they will need both fire daimyo and water daimyo 's approval. if you looked at it you could say she really can't get married. she hesitated her heart was messed up.

Tsunade sighed as she knew what was Mei hesitating about, as the time like this she couldn't really do any help. Just when he's about to destroy everything Tsunade said ''Simon you stay put, if we five couldn't handle the situation just them help us'' when Simon heard what she said Simon and others frowned their brows, Simon did because he missed the chance to destroy other parties, while except Mei and Gaara others thought Tsunade think too highly of Simon.

But before they could say anything they saw huge fire boulder descends toward their ship.
