31 New Clan

Few days after the incident with Orochimaru Simon and his family spend their day happily, Ino finally finished her Chunin exam while mission still remains. but she wasn't worried about it since Chunin mission isn't hard as Jonin level shinobi mission. in Shinobi villages all around the world, your chakra level advancement isn't enough to ascend next level, there are certain criteria and boundaries that ninja has to breakthrough.

Some have killing missions while some have capture missions, while villages like Leaf sometime do rescue missions using amateur Jonins, while risk is big they are always someone with experience will follow he/she or them. mission and person will depend on the situation.

While almost everyone in the hidden villages is ninjas there are some who never trained or try to train, while some other like Simon are powerful yet consider as normal people, they never participate on any exam or documented mission. it natural since Simon didn't want to become a ninja but some others hid their powers to avoid their enemy or problem or got tired of been ninja.

Jonin or Chunin after they received their title, they will work for their leader, A Kage or the Shadow that control the whole village, but there are some exceptions, clans or organization, for example, Danzo's Root or Uchiha Clan. if it has village's recognition when Ninja became Chunin, he or she could choose any faction they want to join in, village shadow or some other, while most common Ninja's chose to work for village, people who originally came from clans chose their own, if not they might be punished or will be kick out from their clans.

Inside of Hokage office Tsunade sighed, she was looking at new clan registration that came a few days ago, its name was Ryuujin Clan. she didn't mind approving new Clan but the problem is this clan doesn't want to get involved in anything except some village destroying events. Tsunade wants to Simon to work for her, obviously she knew he wasn't going to join any other but leaving him on his own wouldn't do much help. but her problem partly solved after Simon married three girls from the village, at least for the long term. with his bloodline being as powerful as it was, in the future village will have unimaginable power. that's what she thought but now things have changed.

As she was thinking about Simon, Anbu came with a report, "what is it now?" Tsunade felt annoyed, one side village on the other side also village she couldn't imagine how are her grandfathers and Teacher manage all of this.

"Lady Tsunade Might Guy send his report about his mission" Anbu respectfully informed.

Tsunade had Guy on a very important mission, gathering information about Orochimaru and his hideouts . "why didn't he came? isn't he suppose to come back by now?" even if it was hard mission she informed him he must come back after five days.it was because she had plans for him and his team.

"Yes Lady Tsunade, according to his report he might take another few days to come back," Anbu said after he hands over the file to Tsunade.

"Alright you can go, keep your eyes on messaging scroll"

"Yes, milady" poof!! with that Anbu went on his way.

When she read Guy's report her eyes narrowed, according to Guy he found out an Orochimaru's main hideout with his facilities, but a few days ago his trusted servant known as Kabuto came back from somewhere and went away just after that, then Orochimaru and Sasuke also went away. while Guy followed them toward the capital city of Land of Fire but he lost them afterward. since that Guy is taking some time to search for them.

Reading this Tsunade fell into deep thoughts, she was planning to send his team as back up Kakashi and Naruto but now it seems she had to choose another team, but the problem remains that most for village Jonin went on their own missions, while Neji is Jonin he was new, cannot handle a team.

"Looks like Yamato has to do it, but he needs to be here to keep an eye on Danzo, what should I do?" Tsunade felt her head hurting, so many problems, now not only the village but there are some lowlifes trying to capture Jinchurikis and extract tail beast, it was too much for her. now she knows why Simon doesn't want to involve in Ninja matters, not even his descendants.

"Lady Tsunade then why not tell Simon to accompany Guy's team? although he doesn't have any leading skills he is good with people and powerful, he might do the trick"

Shizune gave an idea to Tsunade. when she entered the office room she heard Tsuande's concern filled voice, as always she does, she offered her opinion, but Tsunade's face didn't lighten up.

"he is said clearly he would never involve in Ninja matters, besides now Anko with his child and he would never leave his house, he is like a real brat just like Naruto while Naruto focused about his Village, Simon only think about his family. another thing he knows that Danzo is keeping eye on him, so I don't think he will risk it."

Shizune shook her head and said "Lady Tsunade at this time Danzo is immobilized, while this mission wouldn't take more than five days, I think if you said you will agree to his demands on his Clan registration form, he will reluctantly do it, and beside elder council doesn't know about his bloodline so they will think as it is normal clan registration"

hearing all this Tsunade's face did get brighten up but still held some doubts, nonetheless this was the best choice she had, if there was one available Jonin she would never ask Simon to help, she didn't like to meet his eyes he always look at her with concern, and something he didn't felt in a long time, she liked it but same time didn't.

"sigh....alright send someone to bring him here" Tsunade sat down powerlessly, it looks like time has come to her to play some poker.
