Spell tiers to Jutsu ranks:

[Intermediate Tier] - E rank

[Advanced Tier] - D rank

[Grand Tier] - C rank

[Epic Tier] - B rank

[Heroic Tier] - A rank

[Legendary Tier] - S rank

Note 1: It also depends on the Chakra/Mana that is used for the spells and jutsus, so an Advanced tier can have the same devastation as a Grand tier if given enough juice.

-This list is what THE BEST both tiers and ranks can do side by side without nature energy.-

Note 2: Spells and Jutsus have their own uses as most of you know already from Naruto, whether support, offense, defense, aoe, single target, etc. It is not solely on the power and devastation and some spells/jutsu like summoning can intersect multiple ranks, so it is difficult to rank them accordingly.

Note 3: Senjutsu/Chakra modes makes the jutsus one or two tiers higher, since it depends on the source so to speak.

Please think of it as Yohan getting better with his chakra control and hand seals, therefore the efficiency and proficiency of carrying out his jutsus will rise and will result in the above table of comparisons.
