Three weeks had felt like a lifetime to Calluna, and from the sorry state of her crew it was easy to guess that it had weighed on them similarly. As soon as the carriage crossed through the large gate and into the bustling city of Felbole, the crown prince heaved a sigh of relief. Though she hadn't been a resident for very long, the familiar scent of the native trees and foods set her mind at ease. It felt like home.

Since the carriage sat four people, there was technically enough space for Calluna, Guin, Wes, and Scarlet all to ride in it… but Wesley had very quickly informed him that it would feel claustrophobic, and instead opted to ride on the outside. This left the three girls inside to ride alone.
