6 The camping trip (4)

While Ann, Phill and Aron worked as expert chefs. Joy and Kim did the job of assistants like cutting veges garnishing the dishes etc. Soon the table was ready with good food. Everyone settled down and started to enjoy the food, though the food was simple but it was satisfying and what made the food more tasty was the enthusiasm and enjoyment with which the food was made. Kim was the one who enjoyed the food the most she was completely lost in enjoying the flavours and praising the skills of the cooks. She took a sip of the soup and praised Aron saying that he indeed is a wonderful cook. Upon hearing this a smile like never before appeared on face of Aron and he tried hard to control his blush. Joy took the opportunity and asked Kim if the soup made by Aron is better than his looks. Hearing this Kim without thinking much smiled and said she would always prefer a good dish over an handsome face. Upon hearing the answer everyone laughed. During the dinner everyone one discussed about their likes, dislikes and got to know each other.

Aron didn't ask many questions but listened everything especially whatever Kim said. After finishing the food everyone cleaned the table wished each other good night and went back to tent.

The next day was going to be a wonderful one. Next morning after getting ready all the participants gathered in the activity area. The group leader Mr. John then came and described the schedule for the day. It was going to be a treasure hunt and the participants had to perform in pairs. Cards were randomly picked by the participants and the two with same number had to perform in pair. Everyone picked up one card each and it was time to search for your partner.

Aron saw his card it had number 8 written on it and to his surprise Kim had the card with same number. He felt really happy as now he had a genuine chance to know about Kim.

Meanwhile Kim came and stood beside him. The activity included solving puzzles, completing some physical tasks and gaining clues from the tasks and finally finding out the treasure. The activity started and all the pairs went to complete their tasks. Aron was silent and smiling where as Kim was bubbling with energy as walked through the Rocky paths and bushes to get some clues.

Aron was thinking about Kim. The conversation that he had with Kim during these four days and what he has observed stated that Kim is a person with bright personality, cheerful ,Enthusiastic, Brimming with energy, also her dressing sense and the way she talked stated she is kind of tomboy. Aron was thinking about it all when Kim suddenly called him Hey! Aron see I found our first puzzle let's solve it.

Aron looked at the sheet and his sharp mind quickly solved it. Before he could say anything Kim said that do we have to actually have to go into that artificial mud pool to get the next clue. Aron was surprised as he knew Kim had already solved the puzzle and is now asking to enter the artificial mud pool to get the second clue. Aron giving a sweet smile replied "Its ok I will go and get the next clue you need not go inside mud. I know girls don't like such stuff." Upon hearing him Kim raised one of her eyebrows and said "what do you mean girls don't like such stuff... may be you have not met a girl like me " smiling she added " I will definitely go into the mud to get the clue along with you and after all what is the point of joining an adventure trip if one behaves as a spoil sport.

Aron just smiled and said ok now stop talking and let's go for the next clue.
