143 Chapter 143: The Liar Husband and Lying Wife

Madeline woke up early in the morning. She was in a great mood today because she found something to do to fix her mistake.

"Well, it works out in the end, at least," Madeline murmured. "And the way Lance reacted when she said that she wanted his love was just icing on the top."

She spent the entire night reading the script for day one of her shooting and got the feel of her character, Renata, the Mistress.

She walked out of her room wearing an oversized shirt, jeans, a cap, and a face mask to cover her bare face.

Since the tone of the TV show was very serious and grim, she couldn't wear her dolly makeup, and the makeup artist would give her a proper one to adjust to the character and setting instead. 

She bumped into Nathan, who had just finished his cereal.

"Are you going somewhere today, sis?"
