Souta Honda

A day has passed and a new dawn has come to light. With that, let's go to Seinaru Jujika. It is short break and we see the two girls, Sachiko and Hanako, over by the washbasin. They seem to be engaging in a private conversation.

"So before we even try to make the most 'popular' guy fall for you, we first need to find that guy," says Hanako.

"Of course, I'm all prepared! That's why I got this article from the Mass media club and it's been published here that the most popular guy is.. Souta Honda."

Sachiko flexes the article on Hanako.

"Souta Honda, a freshman of class 1-3, is the most dashing first-year. Being the Adonis of the school, he is the perfect amalgam of a brooding personality and drool-worthy looks. He's a great basketball player, one of the finest from his previous school. On an additional note, he loves to play video games, " Hanako reads half of the article and stops. She couldn't handle how cringey it sounded.

"Isn't he perfect?" Sachiko asks.

"Quite typical," Hanako thought he was too perfect, which made him the ideal guy for a Shoujo manga male lead.

"The only thing which astonishes me is how the club was able to collect information about him in one day, " Hanako found it quite farcical.

"Things run fast here in Seinaru Jujika, " Sachiko gives off a smirk.

"But we still don't know how he looks like, " Hanako raises a worry.

"I heard some of the girls talking about him today. He's a tall fellow with platinum hair kept down and violet dead fish eyes. It's quite intimidating to think of."

"I see. Let's go for now," Hanako says.

The two girls make their way to the class. Just then, a group of girls are seen crowding outside class 1-3. As the two girls are trying to wrap their head around the situation, out came a dude from the very class. They knew that it was him.

He has a very enigmatic aura. His platinum hair complemented his fiery violet eyes. His face would score at least ninety per cent if he tried the golden ratio. His broad shoulders, his perfectly intact body and long legs.. everything seemed perfect for Sachiko. One could say that she was swayed by him.

"Oi, Sachiko?"

Hanako tries to bring Sachiko out of her chimera.

"Huh, Fujiwara?" Sachiko turns to see Hanako.

"That's him, right? Now that we've got a good look at him, let's go."

Hanako drags Sachiko to their classroom.

"B-But, what about him? How do I get close to him?"

Sachiko worries about missing out an opportunity to get close to him.

"In the game of love, one shouldn't rush. We must properly carry out a thought-out plan in order to achieve victory, " Hanako eases the woes of Sachiko.

They then begin their second discussion.

"So, how do I get close to Honda-san? "

"Well, since he likes basketball, why not join the club? " Hanako gives Sachiko her idea.

"I wish I could but I'm not good at sports. I've tried with no success, I don't have athletic skills, " answers Sachiko.

"Why not try to be the manager?" Hanako questions.

"They already have one and many are just waiting to be the next manager. Plus, the club has a lot of members so what's the point?"

Sachiko seems to have already given up. All hopes seem to have lost. Just then, Hanako gives a brilliant idea.

"He does like video games, right? Plus in this school, we can join two clubs at most, " Hanako says.

"But we don't have one. Wait, you're not telling me to form one, are you?" Sachiko looks at her with a frown.

"Yes, I am."

"That's too risky. I don't play games and who says that he'll come and join it?"

"You can become a gamer, you know? Also, if you do open one up, it will garner his attention."

"But for that, I'll need a sponsor and a few other members. I won't be able to do it!"

Sachiko thought that it would be absurd.

"I'll find the sponsor. And like I said if you form one, it will garner attention."

Sachiko was touched by how Hanako was being so helpful.

"I'll call you Hanako, " Sachiko tells her.

"Eh?" Hanako is dumbstruck.

"Hanako, let's be friends. And I mean genuine friends."

"Sure, " Hanako just smiles at her.
