1 Chapter 2

Niomi's POV

After our conversation, Xejan offered to take me home. I thanked him and offered to come inside but he said it was fine and he's seeing his friends.

After Xejan left I went inside my room and cried for hours until I fell asleep.

I woke up because someone was knocking on the door. I stood up and walked to the door.

As I saw who was knocking on my door I froze on my spot.

"M-mom, D-dad," I said with a shaking voice, "What a-are you doing h-here?" I asked.

Mom suddenly hugged me, "I missed you so much Yomi," mom said

"I-i missed you t-too" tears fell down my eyes.

"How are you?" Mom asked

"I'm fine" I managed to smile.

"You should get ready, sweetie," mom said.

"Why mom?" I asked confusedly

"You still have school"

I looked at the clock and cursed inside my head.

"Shit! I'm late" I cursed.

"Watch your mouth, young lady" Dad said.

"Sorry, may you excuse me," I said.

I immediately went to the bathroom and took a bath. When I was finished taking a bath and dressing up I went down and took an apple.

"Mom, Dad I got to go," I said.

"Take care, sweetie," mom said. I looked at my dad who didn't care about me.

I went outside and waited for a taxi. As I saw a taxi I went inside and I called Xejan.

"Niomi?"

"They're here" I calmly said.

"Who?" He asked

"Masters," I said

"Sh*t! Are you okay?" He immediately asked.

"Yeah, I gotta end this call I'm almost at oakwood"

I ended the call and paid for the taxi. I sighed as I went outside the taxi.

Today's the first day of my job.

I walked towards the gates of the school and nobody bothered to look at me. As I was walking in the hallway I heard girls scream.

"O.M.G!! Venom is here!!"

"Nicholai!! Marry me!"

"Xejan is so hot!"

"Gabriel is hotter!"

"Chase is so handsome"

"I don't really care if one of the Venom gets me pregnant"

Like what the fuck? Gets you pregnant?!

"They're just a bunch of bratty boys" I whispered but to my surprise, they heard it

"What did you say?" Chase asked

I looked up at him" I said nothing, Mr. Wright"

"We heard you said something" now Gabriel was talking

"It's all in your head," I said

"Babe, don't be like that" I looked at the one who said that.

"BABE?!?" almost everybody even me shouted

Xejan came closer and hold my hand." Yes, she's my girlfriend" he announced

"Just go with the flow, Niomi" he whispered

"If she's your girl, kiss her" Nicholai challenged Xejan

Then Xejan kissed me on the cheeks and looked at Nick, "done" Xejan announced but Nick was not falling for it.

"On the lips, bro," Nick said

Xejan looked at me and my eyes widened I gave him the don't-you-dare look. He went closer to me but luckily the bell rang.

Saved by the bell

"Xej, let's go" Gab called xejan.

"School garden. After class" he said

I walked to my classroom and as I went inside my classmates looked at me. Lizza was in front of me shooting death glares.

"You can't kill me by looking at me," I said calmly

"It doesn't mean that your Xejan's girlfriend I'll let you pass. Now tell me how did you get him? Did you seduce him?" Liz asked.

"Seduce?! What the- are you serious?! I would never do that!" I shouted

"It looks like the weirdo is also a whore" Daphnie said.

"Yeah," Lyla said

"What do you expect? A low class like her doesn't fit in here" Liz said.

I could even buy the whole school.

"Should I be thankful for that?"

She just rolled her eyes because the teacher was here already. I only slept on each of my classes

I woke up because I heard someone shouting my name. I looked up and Mrs. Beau was angrily looking at me.

"Ms. Nakahara! Why are you sleeping in my class?!" She asked

"Because I was tired?" I innocently asked

"Why are you tired?!"

"Because she was seducing Xejan all night" Liz answered

"I'm not talking to you, Ms. Jackson! Now Ms. Nakahara answer me"

"Because I was studying your lesson all night" I excused

"If you were really studying answer the question on the board!"

I got up and lazily walked in front. After 3 minutes I put the marker down and went back to my seat.

Before I put my head down I looked at Ms. Beau's reaction. the shock was written all over her face.

I heard some claps from my classmates but the loudest one was from outside. I looked at who it was and I saw my cousin and his friends outside our classroom door.

"Excuse me Ms. it's already time and I've been waiting for my girlfriend for so long" Xejan said that makes me want to vomit.

Xejan looked at me and said "babe I'm waiting" I lazily went to the door and walked towards him.

"Fvck you" I whispered in his ears.

"Thank me later" he whispered back.

While walking I noticed everyone staring at me. I pulled Xejan in a corner and asked him a question.

"Where's your best friend?" I asked.

"School rooftop, greenhouse far right corner," he said and I left him there.

I followed his direction and saw Nick sitting inside the greenhouse and was asleep.

I just stared at him at a far until the bell rang which means 3 periods. I waited for him to go downstairs but he didn't.

Shit! I'm gonna get in trouble because of this.

He didn't wake up until lunchtime and I missed my 3rd, 4th and 5th period. I followed him at a distance so he wouldn't notice me.

I was about to enter the canteen but someone dragged me to a corner.

"What do you want, Lizza?" I saw Liz and her friends, that was pinning me to a wall.

"I want you to leave, Xejan," she said.

"Why would I do that?" I asked.

"Because your nothing but a whore, he must love your performance," she said.

"Stay away from me, Liz you don't know who you're talking to," I said and left her there.

Now, where is he?
