1 Chapter 1: The Meeting

In the sitting room in a castle that was white brick and 10 stories high was a Princess, a Duke, a Dutchess, a messgern, and a lady in waiting. The room had a light grey wooden floors, light grey walls with pictures on it, two black couches, a glass and black metal table with a vase of flowers on top, book shelves covering some of the walls, a grey and white rug underneth the table, trees in flowerpots, and a glass chandelier that hung on the ceiling.

The Princess paced back and forth, breathing heavily as tears rolled down her cheeks while her lady in waiting, stood on the left side of her. The Dutchess stood infront of her, the Duke sat on one of the couches, and the messgern stood off to the side.

The Dutchess said "please Princess Ivory try to calm down." Ivory shouted as she slapped the side of her hip "calm down?! This lunatic wants me to marry a Prince he's babysitting or else he's going to rage war against my kingdom and you want me to calm down?!" The Duke stood up and said "listen here you brat! The Kingdom of Avas and The Kingdom of Saiki need to forge together! Don't you see we can be the richest and most powerful kingdom in the whole world?!" The Dutchess said "it would make us very happy Princess Ivory." Ivory shouted "your happiness?! What about mine?! Why can't I be happy just because I'm a Princess?!" The Dutchess said "honestly child don't be so selfish its for the good of the people that we do this." Ivory yelled "my people are well off and well fed! All of them! What is so wrong with me marrying Prince Falls and having our kingdoms combine?!" The Duke said "because Prince Blaine wants to marry you and seeing that we're stronger then you, thats how its going to be or else you can guarantee war!" Ivory shouted "but we have laws in place already! The law says I may pick whom I want to marry! My mother and father promised me I could marry Prince Falls! I love him and I've already told him I would! I'm engaged!" The Duke said "well neither one of your parents are alive anymore! So their decision to have to marry Prince Falls has been overthrown." Ivory screamed "who gives you that authority! It is our law..." The Duke interrupted shouting "not anymore! The new law is you'll do exactly what I tell you to do because we're in power now! You will marry Prince Blaine and that is the end of it!" The Dutchess said to the messgern "put out the decree that the Princess is to be married to Prince Blaine." Ivory shouted "I will not marry him." The Dutchess said "I'm sorry as your overseer I say the decision is final. You will be married to Prince Blaine. We as royals must do whats best for the kingdom instead of what's best for us..." The Duke said "I will set up for you to meet with him tomorrow, you will be happy to see him, and you will make no mention of this war! Do you understand?!" Ivory said "okay," and the Duke, the messgern, and the Dutchess left the room. Ivory looked at her lady in waiting and cried "I can't believe this! Lady Ivory tell me that there's something you can do." Lady Ivory said "I'm sorry your highness..." Princess Ivory cried "it isn't fair! It just isn't fair! I hate Blaine and I hate Duke Lanster for making me marry Blaine! I hate them all!" Lady Ivory hugged Princess Ivory and said "surely you don't mean hate. All things will come together for good! God has a plan for this." Ivory said "and what could 'God's Plan,' be Ivory?" Lady Ivory replied "well I don't know yet your highness but I know whatever it is it'll work out for your good. For all things work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose." Princess Ivory said "well it seems like His plan is to make me unhappy." Lady Ivory chuckled and said "you have to go through the fire to become gold. Besides God has a plan for this and I bet you that part of His plan is for you to marry Prince Falls." Princess Ivory said "if God's Plan is for me to marry Falls then why am I being forced to marry Blaine?" Lady Ivory said "I dont know your highness but what I do know is God will work it out. Trust and Believe Him!" Tears rolled down Princess Ivory's cheeks and she cried "okay..."

1 day later

In front of a castle in the Avas Kingdom stood Prince Blaine, Duke Lanster, and a golden carriage that had 3 brown horses standing infront of it. Prince Blaine was 6'4, had black hair, and green eyes. He wore a blue suit with a white dress shirt underneath and black shoes. Prince Blaine asked "what is Princess Ivory like?" Lanster said "she is beautiful but quiet. Very poliet and very eager to meet you." Blaine said "I'd hope so. I know you wanted me to marry Ivory but... I wasn't to sure she wanted to marry me besides I did hear she had a fiance." Lanster said "all rumors your highness I went there and she said there is nothing more that she wanted expect marrying you, your highness! I made a promise to your parents that I would get you married and so I am." Blaine chuckled and said "not yet Lanster. I still have to meet her and we still have to fall in love. Hopefully we will, it'll mean a lot to the growth of our kingdoms." Lanster said "by the sound of her voice I know she will want to marry you, no problems!" Blaine entered the carriage and said "and are you sure she wants to marry me?" Lanster said "I'm sure! Now you go and have your meeting while I take care of the kingdom!" Blaine said "alright good bye," the Duke shut the door, and the carriage took off.

Back at the castle in the Saiki Kingdom 4 hours later in the living room sat Princess Ivory and Lady Ivory. Princess Ivory had her long black hair up in a ponytail with a tiara in it, wore a white dress that cut off blow her knee, and black flats. Lady Ivory wore a long light blue sun dress that had a brown band around her waste and black flat. Her long black hair was left out and touched down to below her shoulders and she wore a silver tiara in her hair. Princess Ivory shook her knee while biting her finger nail. Princess Ivory stood up and said "I can't stand this. I can't stand this at all." Lady Ivory said "I know this is hard but..." Ivory turned around and shouted "yeah its hard! I'm being forced to meet a lunatic! A complete power hungry lunatic! I'm suppose to be marrying Falls!" Tears rolled down Princess Ivory's cheeks and she said "its just not fair." Lady Ivory stood up, hugged Princess Ivory, and said "everything will work out Ivory... why don't you go to the bathroom and dry those tears before he comes okay?" Princess Ivory sighed and said "okay but when I meet him I won't be nice nor will I act lady like at all!" Princess Ivory left the room and Lady Ivory said "God help us... please..." as Princess Ivory went to the bathroom Blaine entered the castle and was greeted by the head maid. The head maid curtised and escourted Blaine to two dark brown closed doors. The head maid said "her highness Princess Ivory is right through those doors." Blaine said "thank you," and he opened and closed the doors behind him. He entered the living room to see Lady Ivory standing by a book shelf looking at some of the books. He said "Ivory?" She turned around and said "ye..." and immediately curtised and said "oh your highness..." Blaine stared at Ivory and she asked "are you okay your highness." Blaine said "uh... yes I... I'm sorry I starled you." Ivory said "oh it's quite alright your highness. Would you like to sit down? Sh..." Blaine interrupted her saying "I'm sorry to inturpt its just you are so beautiful," he walked over to her, grabbed her hand, and said "very beautiful." She said "uh... thank you, your highness but I..." He walked her over to the couch, they both said down, and he said "I'm sorry for my poor manners earlier..." She said "what do you mean your highness?" He said "you keep addressing me by my title and I should've done the same. I was just nervous and I... I hope you forgive me..." She smiled and said "thats quite alright..." He said "no its... its not I should've addressed you as your highness." She said "but wait why would you call me a princess if..." He said "I'm sorry I keep interrupting its just... you Princess Ivory are... are so beautiful..." Ivory quickly stood up and said "wow... well.... I... I uh... I'll be right back your highness." Ivory quickly ran out of the room closing the door behind her. Ivory startinf breathing heavily and Princess Ivory walked up to her asking "are you okay Lady Ivory?" She pulled Princess Ivory to the side and said "Blaine is in there." Princess Ivory gasped and said "he is... I just... I..." she interrupted Princess Ivory saying "listen to me for a second we have a problem." Princess Ivory said "what is it? Does he want war?" Lady Ivory answered "no he thinks I'm you!" Princess Ivory said "he thinks your me? How does that even happen?" Lady Ivory said "I don't know! He called my name and I thought he knew we shared the same name but I guess no one told him and I also guess he's never seen you either and the tiara doesn't help either! Who's idea was it to allow me to wear a tiara in the first place?!" Princess Ivory said "well does he like you?" Lady Ivory said "he thinks I'm beautiful and to be honest he is quite handsome..." Princess Ivory smiled and said "this is perfect!" Lady Ivory exclaimed "what do you mean this is perfect?! He's your fiance!" Princess Ivory said "no Falls is my fiance. Blaine is just a crazed man in power... this is perfect. You can pretend to be me until we find out a plan." Lady Ivory said "prend to be you?! I'll get my head chopped off if he finds out." Princess Ivory said "and you'll be arrested for treason if you don't! Selling out your princess against our laws! Thats a lifetime in the dungeon! Besides I can tell by that look on your face that your totally into him. Oh Blaine your so handsome. smootches, smootches, kiss, kiss." Lady Ivory said "come on your highness this is serious... I..." Blaine walked out into the hallway where they were and said "I hope I'm not interrupting anything." Lady Ivory turned around and said "oh not at all." Princess Ivory curtsied and said "no not at all we were just discussing you, your highness." He smiled and said "and who might you be?" Lady Ivory said "she's..." Princess Ivory interrupted her said "I'm her ladying in waiting Ivy and you know when a princess discusses about a prince being handsome to her lady in waiting she totally means it... I mean she means it a lot." Blaine's face turned red and he said "you think I'm handsome your highness?" Lady Ivory's face turned red and she said "well I..." Princess Ivory said "well I'll leave you two alone... I wouldn't want to interrupt anything." Princess Ivory left while saying "goodbye your highnesses," Blaine grabbed both of Ivory's hands and said "so what is this I hear about you thinking I'm handsome?" She smiled and said "well I may have thought you were a tad bit handsome but its just a tad. Like a spec or something. Not even big enough to notice." He said "oh, okay beautiful. Come to the living room with me I want to get to know you more." Lady Ivory said "oh... okay."

The 2 of them spent hours talking about what they're interested in and what they like to do.

5 hours later...

Blaine said "you are amazing. I can't believe you like to paint." Ivory said "yeah I just picked it up a while back. I'll be happy to show you sometime." He smile and said "I cant wait to see them but for now I must leave you. When can we see each other again?" She smile and said "sometime soon alright." He said "okay beautiful I'll be missing you every second." He left the castle while Ivory sat in the living room thinking about him...
