16 What Went Wrong?

After Shinji and Sayomi picked up Dante. While they were on the way back to the base. Shinji started asking Dante what the hell happened inside the warehouse.

Shinji: "Dante, what happened? the entire city felt the explosion."

Dante: "ugh, I don't know, it all happened so fast. I remember shooting ki at the weapons storage, and then a huge explosion happened."

Sayomi: "Shinji, do you think they had explosives inside the warehouse?"

Shinji: "Impossible, how did they get their hands on explosives? unless Arazaki is involved somehow."

Dante starts feeling dizzy.

Dante: "It's all my fault, I did... this" 'loses conscious'

Sayomi: "We need to hurry back to base."

Shinji: "Yeah, But I can't believe he survived the explosion. He might be reckless, but he's one tough mathafucka, I'll give him that."

Meanwhile, inside the defense force office. Detective Hina receives an email with Dante DNA Results.

Detective Hina: "Hmm, just as I expected, he's not from this city. The Results show Unidentified Individual. This complicates things. We have no idea who this individual is, and he's a ki user on top of it all. I don't want to, but I might have to resort to that. I have to end this quickly before things escalate out of control."

She receives a call from the Chief of Police.

Detective Hina: "Chief Jones."

Chief Jones: "Detective, Do you have any idea what caused the explosion?"

Detective Hina: "I have a few theories, but I suspect that this might be a sabotage job."

Chief Jones: "A sabotage job? by who? any idea."

Detective Hina: "A ki user. I suspect that it's the same ki user that got away from the guards during the battle in the sea recently."

Chief Jones: "This is worse than I thought. Detective, I want this case solved quickly. Use anything, I want this ki user off high city streets."

Detective hina: "Leave it to me. He can't hide forever."

Chief Jones: "Detective, you're a ki user, can't you sense his location?"

Detective Hina: "I tried to do that, but I can't sense him, which means, we are not dealing with an average ki user. We might have to use that Chief."

Chief Jones: "Use whatever Detective." 'Ends the call'

Detective Hina looks outside her window while smiling.

Detective Hina: "This is getting interesting."

Meanwhile in some secret location at the west district.

West District Gang leader: "Looks like Banzo wants to play dirty. I'll admit I didn't expect this, but I'll show him. I still have another warehouse full of weapons." 'The west Gang leader's name is Brock.'

Someone knocks on Brocks door.

Brock: "Get in."

Gang member: "Boss. The Blonde lady is waiting for you outsi..."

Gets shot from the back of his head and falls dead.

Brock: "WHAT!"

She walks inside with a pistol equipped with a silencer.

Blonde lady: "Put your hands up."

Brock puts his hands up.

Blonde lady: "Arazaki gave you everything you wanted. All we asked was not to fuck this up."

Brock: "I... Forgive me, please. We didn't expect them to attack the warehouse. We still have another warehouse. Please give me another chance. I promise I'll find out who did this and kill them."

Blonde Lady: "No. This place is going to be filled with police any minute now. We can't have you linked to Arazaki."

Brock: "NO, WAIT PLE.." 'Gets Shoot in the head three times.'

She pours gasoline all over the place and sets it on fire. She walks outside back to her car, and calls someone.

Mysterious Man: "Is it done? Sarah."

Sarah: "Yes, sir."

Mysterious Man: "Then come back to Arazaki tower."

'2 days later, 8:00 AM'

Dante opens his eyes.

Dante: "what time is it?" 'looks at the clock 8 am' "damn, I'm hungry. I wonder if Shinji got any pizza leftovers."

Dante walks to the kitchen and opens the fridge.

Dante: "Damn, It's empty."

Shinji: "Dante, you're awake! how do you feel?"

Dante: "I feel better than yesterday.

Shinji: "Are you looking for food? cause I have none."

Dante: "Why is it every time I open your fridge I find it empty?"

Shinji: "I don't know. I never cook. I always buy food outside."

Dante: "Do you even work? how do you have money for all this stuff you have?"

Shinji: "Ahahaha I own a car workshop, you wanna work for me?"

Dante: "Nah I am good."

Shinji: "Well, you better find a way to earn money. You can't live like this forever."

Dante: "I know. But right now my goal is to find the reapers."

Shinji Receives a call from Banzo.

Banzo: "Shinji, my man, meet me at this location." sends the location to Shinji's phone" We need to talk, Bring your Friend too."

Shinji: "All right, "Shinji looks at Dante" We need to leave. We got a meeting with Banzo."

Dante: "What does he want? I thought he said not to meet him until we get the S-chip from Arazaki tower."

Shinji: "I don't know, but it must be related to the explosion at the west district warehouse. We'll find out when we get there."
