High City, founded in 2025. It's the place where dreams become reality. This is where people come from all over the world to try and make a name for themselves. Some come to open a small business, enter the entertainment business, or simply join a gang. High city got everything for everyone.

Even The biggest events in the world happen every year in High city. The Super Tournament, Where all the strongest fighters from all over the world come to High city to compete for the rights to join the super tournament. But what most people don't know is that High city is one of the most corrupt places in the world.

On the surface, it looks normal, but High city is ruled by the underground. Whether it's human trafficking, prostitution, money laundering, you name it. Many tried to change it, but they all failed. Today the people who know, keep their mouths shut and eyes closed.
