4 First Night Soul Catching

*Issac P.o.v

November 10th

It's been a week, and The moon shines bright in the sky as if it been calling me to do its bidding. I sat there thinking of her and how she got mad at me; it turns up Something inside me. I wanted her, and that was no questioning it. I want to take her threw paradise, to make her feel my sweet tongue touch her soul. Man things i would do to her, but i must wait for the right time. I guess i can stay out of her mind; for now, i will only peak if i have to, but it's fun getting a arouse out of her.

"Hahaha, dude, she's making you weak," Jace said, pacing back and worth stalking me while he flips his blade in his left hand. He's my inner demon and has been with me since i was human. He never goes away, and He eats souls and kills. He breaks hearts and uses women. He's as ruthless as it comes. Smoking is the only thing that will keep him at bay, but sometimes he tries to fight his way out to control me completely.

"Shut up, Jace, she's not making me weak she's making you weak. How does it feel to have a spiritual connection with someone? It's no secret that you're fond of her, and you want her just as much as i do." I gave a cocky grin as i roll up my blunt. "Besides, she's is what makes us human, and you know it." He kept pace while his back is towards me. He proceeds to stop and then face me as if he was in the same room as me, but i knew he was getting into my head; that is what he does. Steal all joy from his prey, then he attacks.

"Keep laughing sooner or later weed won't hold me down, and ill come out and come for her. Maybe ill pregnant her against her will or ill kill her friends and her maid." He laughed, and i punch my desk. "Oh, i stuck a nerve, didn't I." I finish rolling my blunt, and i light it up and inhale the smoke. Goddess, it felt so good in my lungs. "you can't keep me in for long on the full moon when ill break threw and have my fun. But for now ill patiently wait for and then make my move." he said as he sat in the chair right in front of me and then he smiled an evil smile one ill like to punch off his face.

"You won't touch her i will never let you get that chance. Don't underestimate me, and I'll kill this body before you get the chances," i said, taking another puff and blowing out.

"Oh, do you have the balls? Do you...You're nothing without me, and if i weren't here, you would have died along time ago." He said waiting for me to respond when i didn't, he kept talking. "You know It was me that save your life when they shadows came for you. Now look at you..you own them." He said as if he gave me the favor.

"I remember, but i also remember you were killing my mother, Oh let's not forget you killed my lover...Every time they reincarnated, You killed most of my human life, so thank you for not appreciating it." I said as i roll another blunt and puff another.

"Look at you, Im your human side is getting weaker, and im getting stronger pretty soon ill be taking over. Full moon can't wait; you usually get rid of me with one blunt; now your smoking two. Mrs. Alina's spell is getting weaker and weaker, huh, that means she's dying." He laughs as he got up and went to a dark corner. "But to answer your question, yes, i have a soft spot for her and if you don't want her hurt....Get her out the castle before the full next month." then he disappears. Sitting here, smoking, thinking does Jace have a real soft spot. No, because he killed my mother.

*Flashback*

Jace has always been around since i was six. He would isolate me from friends by picking with me. He would get me suspended from school by pulling horrible pranks on kids and hurting badly. But the bad part about it is i would get blamed for it everything he did i got blame until i meet her. Lakita, She was the best thing that ever happens to me. We meet in high school senior year, to be exact, she found me i tried to stay away from her until that night. After the football game, i knew he was coming for me. I couldn't explain how i knew i just felt them. And then i saw them the shadows.

"Issac, what are you looking at," Lakita said; she was worried she always get that way when i start in space. It's like she knew what was going to happen. She stood up and touched my arm, and her eyes got as dark as night. She had a vision, and i was the only one that knew about them other than her mother.

"What wrong Lala," i asked her i stood up with her, but people around didn't notice they were focusing on the game. "Lala, talk to me." She blinks her eyes, and they were back to normal, and them golden brown eyes looked at me. She touched my arm and began to cry.

"You're mother, and you need to get to her now." We both ran from the game, Jump into the car, and speed to my house. When i unlocked the door, it was completely dark in the place. I ran into the kitchen to look for a flashlight when Lakita stated she smell blood. So many questions were in my head. Did she make it out? Was she OK? But i knew the answer as i grab the flashlight from the kitchen table.

"Issac, you need to see this." i turn on the flashlight as i turn the corner to find Lakita standing in my mother's doorway. "Did you find her....." I stop at the sight of her face she was crying, looking down while she repeatedly repeats on how we were too late. I turn around to follow where she was looking. Then i saw my mother on the floor, blood everywhere; her throat ripped out, and her stomach omg her stomach had been cut open, and i drop to my knees. I looked up to see Jace standing over my mother, and his smile was so deadly, and his eyes were so cold. He then opened his jacket, closed his eyes, whispered some words, and then i saw her soul lift from her body and into his mouth.

i had tears come from my eyes i threw my hand up, and everything was going black as if i stole all the happiness from those around me. I close my eyes, and i began speaking a language i never talked before; my eyes were pitch black then i levitated off the ground. "Issac!" Lakita scream, but i didn't acknowledge her; my main focus was on him. He smiled, daring me to try it, but before he got the chance, i ate his soul, then i passed out. That night when i came into i realize not only did i ate his soul, but i inherited it and became a part of me. Since that day, he was and forever will be apart of me, and there's nothing i can do.

*End Flashback*

I sat there thinking of what he said, wondering if it confirmed that he felt Something for her. I smoke my second blunt as i thought the high lift me to the point where i can sleep in the clouds. Before i could escape into my mind, i heard a knock on the door; it open and her scent caught me off guard. Is it time already.

"So, school is over, and the twins are going to do homework. Scott told me to meet you here for some training," Kira said, confused, and so i for a moment until i remember her first night of soul catching. It's her duty as the queen that she needs to know how to perform this ritual.

"Yes, Tonight will be your first soul catching, For you are not part reaper and part witch it's your job to collect a good soul and lead them to the garden of evermore. Your the only one in your witch covenant that can truly spirit, and that is what will be teaching you tonight." I got up and stood in front of her, taking in the sweet apple and mango body wash she uses. She's so damn beautiful, and her skin was so damn soft. "Easy you are going to take her before the mating season, huh are you even going to tell her," Jace said as he smiles at the anticipation i wanted to excuse. I just wish he shut up. I touch her face, and she backed up away from me in a way i wonder is she scared of me. I mean, we did bring her here against her will, but it was to save her from that evil bastard of a stepfather she had. I can't wait until she's carrying our child. "Easy boy, you want her that bad, then take her." I felt a push within the inside of me; it scared me so bad i didn't have control anymore; it was if i was in a glass cage just watching. "Jace, Don't hurt her," I yelled, but he just smiles.

"Issac, are you OK?" She asks, i couldn't even respond.

"Oh, the kitty, I'm not Issac; he's not here at the moment." Jace grin was cocky, but i can tell she doesn't believe a word.

"Oh, really, then who are you if you're not Issac." She said, putting her hand on her hip as he walks around the room. i thought to myself, please don't push him, please don't. I kept punching the glass until it breaks. My hand was bloody, and i was shaking from the pain.

"Oh, honey im your worse nightmare." He was right in front of her choking her, and i couldn't even get to her.

"Issac, what are you doing." She cries out, choking from my own hands as he tightens his grip tighter.

"I told you I'm not Issac Im Jace. Im kinda like his evil half, and boy, does he want to breed you." He laughs an evil laugh and then got close to her face. "But for me, i just want t rip you apart from limb to limb and won't think twice about it. Trust me, i didn't see it over and over again. Let's say i take you out ill catch you in 18 more years." He laughs and kept squeezing.

"Noooo!" I yelled a]I nd, but before i could do anything, a bright light came from Kira. She started to glow as she did on her birthday. Then her strength increased.

"I Am The Descendant of The Goddess Aphrodite You shall not harm me." His eyes were fiery golden, and i knew she could kill anyone with those eyes if she could. "I can't kill you due to the fact my fiance will die if i do, but please note i will help contain you. In a flash, i saw a brighter light, and then everything was blurry. I was back into my body and not being controlled.

"Issac, is it you." She beat Jace just how powerful is she. "Say something, is it you." she cried and helped me up. I couldn't do anything but hug her, and without helping myself, i kissed her passionately. We were both out of breath when i pull apart. I just looked at her, and i couldn't help but see them in her eyes. I hit the deck, and then i pull away.

"Get out and come back at midnight." She did what she told, but i couldn't even look at her. He almost killed her, and there was nothing i could do. He's coming fast, and there's no stopping it. But she stopped him; maybe she will kill me too when the time comes.

*Kira P.o.V*

When i close the office door behind me, i felt out of place. What just happened on cue the twins came to find me on the ground with my back against the door. I haven't realized my legs gave out until Stephenie came up to me.

"Are you OK? What happens to your neck." when she said that, i began to cry, and i called hard. Both of the twins help me up and walk me to my room. My brother's wife, Jess, was coming around the corner when she saw us going into my room.

"Princess Kira, are you alright." She saw my neck. "What happens? Who did this to you." I couldn't say anything, just cry. What i saw wasn't Issac; why do i fear that he was what the light balls were talking about. At first, i thought it was me, but it was about him. I got up and went to the bathroom for the first aid kit. Jess followed me while the twin stays in the bedroom. "Do you need help." Her sweet voice ring in my ears. I just nod without saying a word. I sat on the toilet then she walked up to me. "Did Issac do it?" she asked.

"There so much around me that i just don't know what t do. My stepfather is trying to kill me, I have to rule over two kingdoms, I have to stop Issac for ruining himself, and then on top of that im, a goddess descendant who can control the elements and tell the past, present, and future and i collect good souls. How can i manage? Just a month ago, i was a loser locked in my cottage, but now im trying to fix two worlds. How can i and why did God give me this plan." I cried as she fixes me up and then wraps up my neck.

"Oh, the child, he doesn't put more on you than you can't handle. It's funny that you're a demon that worships God. But anyways, Your Destin for great thing no matter the obstacle you have to face. He gave you this life for a reason own up to it and fight for what you want. No one said it would be easy." she kissed my forehead and hugged me. "Let eat dinner. OK, Monica has a surprise for you." She helps me out, and we made our way out of the bathroom. Thee twins waited on me, and we made our way downstairs. We saw Monica and Scott and my beloved fiance, who didn't look like himself. He won't look at me. When i sat down, Monica begins to talk.

"Well, As you may know, Scott and I moved our wedding day to Winter Love Day, but it's called Christmas in the Human World." She looked at me to see that i caught on i nod and smile. "Of course, I want Princess Kira to be my Maid of Honor, and Scott wants Issac to be the best man. Now for the exciting news, i would like to ask Issac for some time off to get ready for a miracle." She looked at me with happiness; my little sister is going to have a baby. I jump up and scream and hugged her. But images came out of nowhere. The same vision I got that day.

*Inside of Kira Vision*

"Akita, I need for you to help Monica with the chickens." Mother yelled

"Yes, mother!" I shouted, and i went outside to help with the chickens, "Monica!" I scream but didn't get any answer i felt myself starting to panic. "Monica!" I yelled again, nothing. I went into the barn, and it was pitch black dark and cold. I look for the light switch, and i flicked it on to find a dark shadow standing over my sister. I scream to get off her s i ran towards the figure. Then I saw his face. Issac Or Jace Came at me and stuck me with a knife in my stomach. Twice, the pain was unbearable, and i couldn't breathe. I drop to the ground as my vision got blurry.

"Don't leave me!' She cried over and over again.

*End Of Vision*

When i came back, we were in the dining hall, and i was still hugging Monica. When she pulled away, she saw that i was crying. "Are you OK?" she asked

"Yes, of course, i am, Tears of joy," I said i looked at Issac, who looked at me knowing what i saw was real, and i couldn't feel anything. I was numb. "Excuse me im not feeling so well. Is it OK if I can excuse it? I'll be ready for tonight." He nods his head without saying a word, and the twins were right behind me. I let them follow because i didn't know if it was OK to be alone or not. What is going on with me?

*Issac P.o.V*

She saw it. What we did to Akita... I pace in my office, scared to know what she would do or say. She left for dinner early, and I just don't know what to do.

"Man, calm down, you been pacing since dinner; what did she see," Scott asked, and i just stopped in front of him, not knowing what to say.

"She saw one of Monica memories where Jace tried to harm her. But instead took it out on Akita." my voice shaken, and it was almost midnight. "What if she doesn't trust me because of my demon." I was worried about what if she doesn't love me and trust me, i loved her since she was born. I patiently watched her and kept her out of harm's way.

"Dude, she knows what type of man you are just talking to her tonight, and everything will be OK." If only that were true, You haven't look into her eyes and saw the pain.

"I hope your right, man," i said, then i sat at my desk and rolled up a blunt. "Can you go and get her? It's time and meets me in the car." He nodded and went after her. I smoke my blunt and let the high escape me from my thoughts.

"You know soon as you enter the human world, he will sense her and come after her," Jace said as he sat in the chair across from me, wanting me to respond. "You're a ticking time bomb, and soon i will be out. How are you planning to save her when you are as weak as you are." He then looks at me and smiles. "Lucky, I will help. I grew fond of you and your body, so ill keep you alive and that woman of yours." i suck my teeth as if i believe him, and then i suck in the smoke, exhaling my problems, and i looked at him.

"Thanks but ill protect her without you. It's true that im lacking the power but don't underestimate me when it comes to protecting the people i care about." He laughed and got up to stand in front of me.

"You make me laugh with that dumb ass hero talk. But you couldn't take your body from me, so how can you protect her. She might as well fight this war herself because you and these damn blunts are messing up your head." He turns around and walks to the darkest corner of the wall and stood in the darkness. "Oh, I didn't kill your mother. It was your father that sent the shadows I tried to help. I was bound to you. I watched over you, and i tried to save her because I was in love with her. He found out, and when you killed me, my soul latched on to you for a reason. So stop being scared as and use your full potential." And with that, i got up and head to the car. Not knowing what to say, i need answers about everything that goes on. And i was going to find them, and he was right; it's time to use my full potential. As i said that, my eyes turn black and red, and i felt my power growing stronger. My clothes started to change into a black robe, and my hand and face disappeared.

"That's what im talking about; let's eat souls," Jace said, and i smile, and i knew i was about to lose myself protect the love of my life again. We need to break this curse.

*Kira P.o.V*

"Let's get into the car." Scott opens the back door, and i climb into the car. Not looking into the front, I put my seat belt on, and i began to relax.

"Comfy?" Issac said, but his voice changed; it sounds all raspy like and scary as if he could kill anyone on site. I open my eyes and look at him. I jump in my seat and grab tightly to the seatbelt strap. The passager door open and Scott got in her look at Issac, and jumped a little.

"Dude, you scared me, but nice new look...what changed?" Scott asked, but we didn't get an answer. Issac had some blue smoke coming from his hood. He whispers some words, and the car went invisible, then a purple ring apart in front of the house. He drove back and speed forward, jumping inside the purple circle. I didn't know if i should scream or be amazed. As we enter into the purple ring, it was as if we were going back in time. I look to my left and saw what looks like memories, but i learn they are the present and people's timeline If they have an X. It means It's their time, and they're souls are ready to be judged. Entering out of the purple circle, we sat in a dark alley.

"Welcome back to earth and your first soul catching while Issac does his thing im here to teach you how to do your job." i nod and unbuckle my seat belt and open the door. "Do you mind closing the door. You need to change first." I close the door and look at him in confusion.

"Change? into what," i asked

"OK, so what you do is visualize your soul leaving your body. Until you awaken your full reaper powers, it's best to leave your body inside the car. " I did what he said, but instead of my soul leaving my body, my close began to change. It looks very victorian and white dress with a hoodie on it. I look as if i was an angel because my wings popped out. "OK, that is new your so different i just don't know." He took a look at my golden mocha skin figure and saw my eyes changed as well to see blue and gold. "Interesting, Let's go."

we got out the car, and i felt as if i was floating, and the truth is i was. "Can anyone see us," i asked.

"Only the gifted ones can. Some can pinpoint us, but they at as if they don't because humans will never believe the unknown." He looks at an iPad full of names, and then he started to scroll. "You're the first soul to judge is Amy Johnson; she 3 years old and died from cancer." I looked up at him and was shocked.

"You're joking right; she's three and hasn't lived a full life." I felt so hurt hearing the little girl's name.

"We have to, but remember she will get her second chance when the time right now, let's go." He was heartless, and i keep forgetting he's been in the demon world for so long he doesn't know how to be human.

"Now, think of the little girl, and we will appear in front of the hospital." And i did what i was told, and in seconds we were in the hospital where the little girl's parents were crying. The ghost little girl was next to her mommy, but you can tell she knew she wasn't with them. She had tears in her eyes, and her skin was pale. She had white creamy pale skin with green eyes and red hair. She was a beautiful young girl that holds so much potential, and it wasn't her time yet.

"Scott, what if i change this little girl story. In my heart, i know it's not her time yet." Scott was listening, but my heart starts to roar with accepts like i said the right answer. Then my body acted on its one. My eyes turn to ice blue, and i point at the little girl. "This is your second chance, so use it wisely. You are too young, and i see greatness in you. Now live your life." This bright white light shines on all of us, and as the light dim down, we saw the little girl's eyes open. She screams, mommy and her parent lit up with happiness. I couldn't help but smile at the situation,

"This is why your mother left you this job. She knew you were going to make the right decision." I looked up at Scott, and then i felt an evil present; it was Issac, but he felt like Jace. He was going after the little girl's mother, and i jump in front of him.

"It's her time, Kira, so let me pass," Issac said, but i wasn't going to move; she just got her daughter back, so why is he doing this. Scott pull me to the side, and i was trying to get out of his grip.

"Issac, if you kill her and take her soul, i will never forgive you." As if my words didn't mean anything, he lifts his right hand and calls the shadows; the room light went dim, and it started to flicker; the woman holds her heart and begins to drop to her knees; the little girl cried and scream for her mom, but the woman was out of breath. She collapsed on the floor and died that night. The little girl cries while her dad tries to hold her down. On the same night, he both lost and gain a daughter back and saw his wife die in front of him. Scott let me go and hold his head down. I wipe the tears from my face and teleport back to the car.

I changed back to my regular clothes and sat in the back seat of the car. I sat in the back seat and cried my eyes out and felt overwhelmed by the emotions i was dying to get out that day i saw my mother die in front of me. No wonder that hurt me more than the little girl. I felt the car rock, and i thought it could be Scott or Issac. I was still mad for what they made me watch and endure. I wanted to hurt them, but i knew it wasn't them. The smell of death hints my nose, and i felt complete still. I knew it was him, my stepfather, the evil man that killed her in front of me—the man i wanted to take revenge on.

"Kira, oh daughter, i found you, or should i even call you that, Since the slut of a mother deceived me for hades." He walked up to the car window, and he taps on it. "Come out so we can have a chat." when i didn't move, he steps back from the car, "No matter il just crush you." He held up his hand and began to crush the car. It starts to grow smaller in here, and i began to scream as the car started to destroy around me. Blood was coming from my head and arms and legs i couldn't move. But this bright light came from nowhere, and a woman figure came out the shadows.

"Kira, it's me, your mother, take my hand." the spirit woman said, but my vision was blurry, and i couldn't see, but i did, with the last ounce of my strength, grab hold of her hand and i disappear in front of the castle. Blood all over me, and i couldn't move, I can't believe he almost killed me."That was close; you have to be careful he's looking for you." She kissed my cheek to stop the bleeding. "My sweet child, i, don't have much time. I love you, and im so sorry for everything, but believe me, it was to protect you. You have to get stronger because this is just the start of your journey. My husband is the least of the problem, and the real threat is the person who is controlling your father. He has that rage, yes, but the person who controls it is right under your nose. Now i must go, and Issac and Scott are on the way. Monica and Jess are run towards you. Now i know your safe i can move on now to the garden of evermore, and i will wait for you there." she disappears in thin air, and Monica came to open the door. i cry out in pain; she carried me there the door. My vision was going in and out, and the words my mother said to me, hunt me down to my bones. Who was controlling Lucien, and why? But as the days go by, i feel the answers are coming out slowly, but indeed i will find out and stop it.

* Unknown P.O.V.*

Listening to the bunch of bullshit, Lucien was spitting on the phone. I tried to keep quiet as the castle is asleep by now. I pace back and worth in the library as i get the bottom of Kira's disappearance.

"She got away!!!" I smash the phone, Man he can never do anything right. "Report to me. Now!!!" I yelled in the phone as i hung up in his face. I can't believe he didn't finish the job. This man is useless and no help; why did i save his life that night i don't know. I wanted him dead for what he did to my mother, but to be honest, i wanted her to die the most. The powerful witch is supposed to be the queen of the witch covenant. Ha, that makes me laugh until she fully awakens to be the goddess she believes to be i will try my best to take her down before then. And that is a promise.

"Honey, are you OK." Jess walks in with a big pregnant belly. She must not find out about my doings or kill her and those babies.

"Yes im find, Just got a significant call about out underground business, but i took care of it. Go Back to bed ill be up in the min." I walked over to her and kissed her cheek. And walk back to the window.

"Something is off about you, and whatever you are planning love, just know you're not alone. You have a family that stands beside you." She said her peace and went to bed. Its as if she knows what is going on, but i know one thing she will not be ready for what i have a plan. Im going to get father and daughter together and kill everyone. Then ill be the ruler of the under.
