Chapter 3 - Mystery guy???

I snuck into Konoha as the people up front, at the gate, were distracted. I started to head towards the hokages office and once I got there I knocked on the door, the hokage said 'come in' and I slowly walked through the door. I was immediately pinned to the wall and was told to explain myself and why I was here. "I came to do just that, and you can take me in but please let me say what I need to say." I said and she nodded. I started to explain myself.

~Lucys POV~ After the introductions~

"So now that that's done, where do we go?" I asked the people of Konoha but Natsu answered. "How about we go get some food, I'm starving!!" Then Gray spoke. "Yeah, and you have money..." "Okay we can go eat but Natsu you're gonna have to hold back, because we all know how you eat." Everyone laughed at my comment but Natsu sulked behind a tree.

I turned to, who I now know as, Sakura. "Where's a good place to eat?" I asked and before she could answer Naruto pushes her out of the way and practically screamed. "Ichiraku Ramen, it's the best place to eat!" He grabbed me by my shoulders and I felt assaulted because I didn't know him that well, so I kinda Ahem. "LUCY KICK!" I turn around to see I had kicked him into a tree, my friends from Fairy tail busted out laughing. "Don't laugh, Stop laughing!!! I didn't mean to do it!!" I said while blushing out of embarrassment.

I walked up to Naruto and held my hand out for him to grab. "Sorry about that, you just caught me off guard." I said as Naruto grabs my hand and I helped him up. I still heard snickering from my group, I walked over and Lucy kicked Natsu as a warning. I glared at the others "Didn't I say 'Stop laughing'?" I said and everyone (except Natsu) got in a line and yelled. "AYE SIR!" They all sounded like happy.

"Well damn, that sure got to them. And why did they call you sir." Shikamaru said and I turned to answer him. "Oh that's just a phrase, they say it all the time." I said smiling at the sleepy looking male.

Natsu suddenly ran up to me and threw an arm around my shoulder. "Guys, I saw Lucy get a house for a place in Konoha on the way here, so we should celebrate by throwing a party there." I looked at Natsu and opened my mouth to protest, but was unfortunately interrupted. "Yea, that sounds like a good idea." Gray said, Erza then tuned turned to face Naruto. "Naruto if you don't mind we are all going to celebrate at Lucys apartment after we meet the hokage." Erza said as I removed Natsu's hand.

"Is no one going to bring up the fact that he just bounced back from being kicked like that, I mean, damn didn't that hurt?" Kiba said with a shocked expression on his face. "Yeah, but I'm used to her kicking me, so it's nothing." Natsu said.

I finally had room to speak so I did. "We are not having that party at my place." I said, but everyone seemed to ignore me and headed through the gates, leaving me behind. "Why do I even try?" I said to myself.

~Shikamaru's POV~

Everyone headed through the gate after completely ignoring Lucy. "Why do I even try?" She said to herself. "To try to get a different result." I answered, and I could tell she jumped slightly. "Oh, Shikamaru you didn't leave with them? Why?" She as she turned to me. "Nah, you wouldn't know the way if I left too, now would you?" I said, as began walking though the gate. "Yeah, I guess you're right." She said, I turned around and said. "Come on, let's hurry and catch up." "Right!" She replied, I smiled as she joined me. We started to head to the hokages office.
