7 Boss gank..1

After thinking about which boss he should fight, he went over the list of them he could challenge. After leveling up, he wanted to see what he could do with his Claymore. To be honest, he wanted a weapon that would be good even later on, one he could keep using for the nightmares. He had nothing against the Claymore, but he desired a weapon that was a little more unpredictable.

So, after thinking about it for a bit, he ultimately made his decision to fight one of the Lords of Cinder: the Abyss Watchers. They were not one person but a group of knights who fought against a mysterious and powerful force of the abyss—an evil force from the place called Farron. They were inspired by the legendary wolf knight, Artorias, who fought against the abyss's influence attacking Farron. They took inspiration from him.

The Abyss Watchers were a group of knights who fought against the abyss for many years. They were successful for some time, but it was not all good, as the wolf knight fell to the abyss and was corrupted by it. So, they too slowly fell, one after the other, and had to fight against the people they once relied on. The abyss took them, and they still fought and killed each other to keep the abyss away. They never stopped, even if it meant killing every last one of them who fell.

He had made his decision some time ago, but still, it wouldn't be an easy fight. There were no iframes, no set combat pattern, and no rolls like in Dark Souls. But that also meant there was a chance he could defeat them. It would be a hard fight, but he had to try.

As they were a strong group of people, if he could add them to his army, they would work great against nightmare creatures. Their swords came with a dagger and some unique moves, like fighting like a beast. He would have tried to get a different weapon, but now, after knowing that he would gain how to use that sword after he gets it, he was tempted.

So, he selected the boss as the Abyss Watchers. He was ready in armor and with his Claymore. He knew that he would probably die, so he infused his sword again, but this time with lightning, as this was one of their weaknesses. Now, he had only around 500 soul fragments left, and he wouldn't care even if he lost them.

So, he began, and just like the last time, there was a fog gate, but this time it was yellow, not white. He had chills all over him as he prepared to go into the boss room, but he thought his motto: it is what it is and went ahead with it.

Just as he entered the fog gate, he came into a room filled with corpses of the Abyss Watchers. Just now, he could see one of them impale the other, and he was wounded too, but he was the last one standing.

The last one finally turned towards him as he was preparing himself, thinking about how he was going to fight, and finally, the last one standing noticed him. It did not take long for him to turn hostile against me, and I was shocked.

Because it jumped super fast and slid with his sword, I was thrown off. He was too low. I tried to jump back, but it was too late, and I was slashed on my armor. It was heavily damaged from just one slash.

I took one step back and tried to get my composure together as the watcher was now rising from the ground. He was using the great sword with one hand and the other with a parry dagger. He went ahead and did an overhead slash that I somehow dodged, and all the time, I was thinking about how fast he was.

Well, after that attack, it was hell on earth because he kept swinging his big-ass sword. He just did not stop, and I was in pain on the ground, and the fight had just started. It was over. I did not even get to land a hit on the Lord of Cinder. He was too fast, relentless, and strong.

And just like that, I died under a minute for the first time, and I was back in my hut, and the boss room fog was still there, and my runes were gone. I sat down and remembered what happened to me, and it got my breathing heavy. I had a panic attack just remembering my first death. It won't be something easy to get used to. Maybe I never will.

After going over the short fight, I realized I had no idea or a proper plan. It was like when I was a dumb kid who jumped into a pool even though I had no idea how to swim and was saved by my uncle. But as I looked over how stupid I was, I realized some of the mistakes I made. For starters, I should not have stayed in one place like an idiot.

And I went through all the mistakes. I realized this boss was not going to be easy, and there could be multiple of them too. It was going to be hell. I had to die a lot to even understand some of the ways I could fight. Looking at the boss gate, I had chills. I had to do it, so I once again went in.
