19 Chapter 19

We reached a white house adjacent to a small fence made entirely out of leaves, the fountain sprung. It was sunny, I rolled my bags in. It was a big place, with white tiles with black designs in the foyer with the stairs flowing into the open floor. Chandeliers, it was beautiful, my shadow hovered in.

"You live alone?" I asked

"No, glad I didn't invest my money on this for nothing, I was starting to have regrets and planned on putting it on the market"

"It's nice"

"I'm glad you like it"

She took my bag and lifted them climbing up the stairs, the room was a touch of coral, I wasn't picky so I settled in. My shadow plunged on the bed with its hands behind its head. It managed to gain more sentience and I hadn't given it a name yet.

"No way, I was supposed to be in there first."

I jumped in, my arms were sore from lifting the bag, I groaned, I needed a shower too. It was a long trip.
