A Reason to Fight! Elliot Standford.

In a poorly lit room. Jak woke up, his head still hurt but he wasn't in the mood to complain about it. He was thinking about his life on earth before he died. Jak never knew his mother, his father told him that she died when he was little, but latter he found that she just abandoned them to be with some rich guy, and then his father died in a car crash when he was 13, after that Jak was all alone in the world. He lived and ordinary life, until the day he met her, the love of his life, they were together since Jak was 15 years old, then she dumped him to be with a kid from some rich family that she met while in college. After getting his heart broken he just wanted to drown his sorrow in alcohol, who knew that the young man who was a the worst moment of his life died with a heart full of reagrets and pain.

Then tears started coming from his eyes "Why did it have to be like this?" Jak who never experienced a mother's love and protection thought of Annabeth kind smile, the love in her eyes was unconditional. "Such a kind person is dead"

"You can't cry young master, for the sake of madame you can't" Then Maria who was in a corner came and huged Jak.

After a while she let go off him.

"Did you knew Annab... I mean my mother well" When Jak said those words he made up his minde, in the deepest parte of his heart he said to himself "From now on I am Gabriel, and I will changes this corrupted world, so that people like Annabeth can have a peaceful life"

"Yes Madama was the one who saved me, she found me on the streets, if it wasn't for Madame I would have starved to death. So for the sake of Madame please young master don't cry" then she bowed, but Jak noticed with the corner of his eyes that the girl has been crying until moments ago.

"I am better now don't worry, what is this place anyway, how did we get here?" asked Gabriel.

"Master Sam came to save you, and he brought me too, shortly after he brought us trough some secrete tunels to this strange place, after that he said to take care of you and wait until he came back, then Master Sam left"

"Then we will wait" Said Gabriel.

Arnold stood in front of the library, he looked at the seven lucky survives and said.

"Take off they're amor and put it close to the doors"

"Yes master"

After the armors were put down, Arnold took a golden scroll and started murmuring, then the scroll floated in the are and burst in gold flames, then the runes on the nine armors were absorbed by the scroll, after that the golden scroll burned to ashes nine of runes on the doors broke into tiny pieces of light, only one remained.

"All of you attack the last room together at the same time" said Arnold expressionless.

"Yes Master"

Then the seven of them attacked the last rune at the same time, but there was no effect on the rune, instead, before any of the seven could react seven lightning bolts hit the before they could even react.

"AHHHH" Suddenly there was miserable screams, four died right on the spot while the other three suffered serious injuries and would die soon.

"Oh are you having fun without me Master" said Maria who appeared next to Arnold

"The rune is weak we both are more then enough to force our way in"

Afer 20 minutes of constant attacking the rune broke into tiny pieces of light and disappeared.

"Haha excelente, we finally did after four years of slaving myself we will get the book"

"Will it be here this isn't the the first time we thought we found it and it was a false lead."

After walking in they searched everything inch by inch until they found the brick that activated the mecanisme to open the back wall of the fireplace.

"Let's go in" said Arnold, but when he went in and saw the empty room he seemed to have gone from heaven to hell.

"WHERE. IS. THE. BOOOOOK!!!!" He screamed, "Master maybe Elliot took it" said Maria "Think about it, if the information is 100% correct then that means he has it how else could he have become a two stars Magi Knight"

"Yes you are right, but if that is true we have to warn the supervisor about this." After saying this Arnold and Maria dashed out of the library and disappeared in to the night.

Inside the poorly lit room Gabriel and Maria were eating some dried meat and toasted bread, when suddenly they heard voice getting closer and close.

Gabriel didn't panic he knew that this was a secret hideout, so the people coming most be friends. Then for men came in to the room, they had silver armor with blue caps. When they saw Gabriel they bowed and said.

"Young Master Gabriel the Lord sent us to escort to the castle" said one of the guards.

"Very good, lead the way, Maria let's go"

"Yes young Master" she said.

After exiting the room they had to walk for fifteen minutes before stopping in front of a wall, then one of the guards pulled a secret mechanism and the wall went down.

After getting out Gabriel looked around and saw that it was already past noon, he was in a small village.

"Where are we?" he asked

One of the guards said "We are in a little village, about 16km (10 miles) from the city Lords Castle. We already prepered a carriage for you"

After riding the carriage for 20 minutes they finally got to the castle.

One of the guards said. "The Lord is waiting for in the main hall Young Master."

"Let's go" said Gabriel, he was also curios about this Duke that was his "father"

Inside the main hall Sam was standing next to a men in his late 30, about 2 meters tall, black eyes and hair with a scarr acrous his face, the man had a sharp look in his eyes. This was Elliot Standford.

"I am sorry my friend, I didn't expect the situation to be this bad, your helmen and special blood allowed you to suppress the poisen but I can't remove it, you have at most one year" said Elliot with a sad voice.

"Haha don't worry about, if it wast for you I would be dead long ago, I already told my life belongs to you" said Sam. "Anyway how are our loses"

"About 35% of the castle guards are dead the other half just faited, the place is already clean, but the statue of the ancestor is gone, the bastards could break the seal so they took the whole statue." said Elliot.

A maid came to Elliot and said "Lord the Young Master is here." after saying this she bowed and left.

"Are you sure about this?" asked Sam.

"That is the only solution it's to dangerous here, life there will be hard, but at least he will be safe, after all he still my only son and the future of the lineage" said Elliot
