Waking up from my evolution, I stood up and tried to check my body.

They can assume the appearance and properties of whatever they wish, with no real attachment to their bodies. As spiritual beings, whatever form they assume will be affected by their own personal self-image and individuality.

True Monarchs can't really die and would be reborn with their memories but might lose some aspects of their personality. Master is an exception from this because Master is Death itself, so even if Master dies, you will keep your memories and personality.]

So besides me getting stronger, there weren't any significant changes due to evolving my race. The benefits of not being able to die would be great if I weren't Death itself.

"I went through another evolution, and that caused your skill to evolve," I answered simply.

"..." I said nothing but was mentally sweating, 'Persephone!?' I asked mentally.

"Oh, that's unfortunate. I wanted to test it." She sighed in disappointment.

I was thinking of running away to Tempest and hiding behind Veldora so he would take her attention away, 'Persephone, what's the effect of the skill?'
