Fetch me money

The next day, Vanessa visited the salon to pamper herself. Being a scholarship student, she had some savings left from the sale of the house and coffee shop. She decided to go shopping too. She wanted to spend a huge amount of money on herself to completely change her outlook and she did just that."I'll have to look around for a part time job" she wondered. She bought some clothes, shoes and underwear. Seeing that the mall wasn't far from her room, she decided to walk back.

On her way, close to her building, there was an alleyway that was a dead end. She was passing by when she saw something shining. Normally, she would have walked past it because she couldn't be bothered by anything that does not concern her. In fact, she had almost passed when she remembered her promise to herself to get out of her comfort zone and do something different. She decided to move closer thinking "if its something dangerous, I'll just run". It had a lot of colors flashing at a very high speed." What's that? maybe I should go take a look. Who knows, it may end up being some sort of treasure that could fetch me money if I sell it". She had spent a lot of money by her standards so she needs a way to replace it.

Walking closer to the flashes of light, she could feel some kind of energy, like electricity in the environment around the mysterious object. She tried to turn back to call someone else to see it so as to make sure she wasn't seeing things but she couldn't turn back. The energy was stopping her from turning back and was now trying to draw her closer instead. She panicked and started shouting" Somebody help!". It was like a force field stopping her voice from even getting out of the sphere of energy. She gathered her strength to forcefully turn herself backwards abut instead, she tripped and fell, bags and all before everything went dark.

She felt a sharp pain all over her body like needles pricking her. She tried to scream but no sound would come out. It went on and on without end. She saw different strands of colours surrounding her, wrapping round her body increasingly. The faster it moved, the sharper the feeling. When she thought she would no longer be able to endure it, the pain stopped.

She closed her eyes in relief and suddenly, a pressure came on her. It was so sudden and strong that she passed out. She woke up and she felt she was flying. She opened her eyes to see herself falling at a very high speed. "Ahhhhhhh" she screamed and fell splash into a body of water.

"Where did this water come from" she thought as she swam to the shore. One moment she tripped, the next she fell from the sky into a body of water.
