Strength:Physical Strength, Power (Increased through training or through the rewards from missions)

Agility:Movement, Reflexes, Reaction (Increased through training or through the rewards from the missions)

Physique:Defense, Resistance To Attacks, Effects Overall Body Condition (Can be increased through constant training of the whole body or through the rewards from the missions)

Mental Strength:Perception, Resistance To Genjutsu (Can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience or through the rewards from missions)

Chakra:The amount of chakra is effected by the persons Mental Strength(Spiritual Energy) and physical energy(Combination of Physique, Strength and Agility, cant be increased from rewards)

Theres a quite a big difference between every stat gained, in a fight the one with higher stats has a higher chance of winning. However, this doesnt always prove true as anything could happen in a fight. The difference in combat experience, skill and technique can surpass the difference in stats, the only time this is not true is when theres a huge or ridiculous difference.
