[Chapter 205] The Lion, The Witch, And The Audacity Of This Bitch

But as I open the door, a group of maids and butlers nearly fall over. Clustered together in a group to probably hear better, the servants got curious as to the massive ruckus of noise and rumbling that shook the castle's roots.

I sigh at the large group when I suddenly hear them scream, their eyes wide as they stare at Yogan in overwhelming fear.

I shake my head as I look over at Yogan, "Return, you did good for now." 'Can't have him scaring everyone, the guards are gonna attack me and I don't want to fight them. Too irritating.'

Yogan nods as he dives into my shadow behind me, entering and disappearing without a trace. The servants stare at me in horror as I casually walk away, the 10 meter monster and the heat it radiated fresh in everyone's mind but no where to be sensed.

I halt in front of the fearful crowd before turning towards the hall again. "Soca, your staying with me. Emily can come with if she wants to ensure your safety."

Soca looks taken aback at the sudden request when she sees her mother's reaction, her face darkening in anger as she clenches the seat ferociously. Soca immediately turns towards me and bows, knowing she should decline to not anger her mother any more than she already is. The one thing her mother hates the most is having her authority challenged.

"I'm sorry but I mu-"

"I wasn't asking."

She stares at me for a moment before glancing at her mother, who's face is full of cold rage. She doesn't hesitate for a second more, fear creeping into her mind as she sees the anger boiling on her mother's face.

She grabs her wilted dress as she jogs down the few stairs leading up to the throne. She swiftly walks past everyone before arriving at my side, granted a little flustered.

Emily stares at Soca before looking over at Queen Nodar, who nods very slowly, signaling Emily to follow us. Emily keeps a flat expression on her face as she stands behind us, automatically filling her role.

I inwardly nod as I walk down the hall, following the exact route to get back to the coral lakes. I have had to memorize full books, read through hundreds of pages in minutes, and single handedly build multiple mechs. Remembering a pathway is child's play.

As I walk down the pathway, butlers and maids would bow at Soca who is blushing as she walks with me, gazing over my clothes every once in a while to fulfill her curiosity. My apparel isn't normal and it caught her attention.

Eventually, we arrive in the garden and I look at the pond's around us. I remember what color of coral I need and begin to walk around each pond, eventually finding enough coral to suffice my needs. I will be disturbing an ecosystem so I would rather only do it once and with as few I can. I reach out with my hand as I aim towards the piece of coral. 'Pain Ignorance, Parasitic Tendril.'

My hand slowly splits open as a tentacle extends from my hand, dipping into the water. Moments later, it wraps itself around the large chunk of coral before pulling, cleanly breaking the piece off.

Soca stares at the tentacle in horror as she takes a step back, Emily nearly mimicking her movement perfectly. 'What is that?! What is he?!' They ask themselves as they see the tentacle retract, molding back into my hand as I gently grasp the football sized piece of coral.

I glance over at them before looking away, walking back into the castle before asking, "Where is a spare bedroom?"

She snaps back from her hypnotized shock before thinking for a moment. After thinking for a moment, she approaches a maid and asks for directions to a spare bedroom. The maid nods almost immediately and leads us to the bedroom. As we walk through the weaving halls, I see a girl similar looking to Queen Nodar, except her hair is a dark red.

She is talking with some friends before one of them pats her shoulder, pointing at Soca while saying something. Suddenly, the group of 16 year old girls all look towards us, some evilly smiling. Suddenly, I notice why as the Nodar look alike zeros in on Soca, her eyes shrinking in jealousy as her gaze rests on the beautiful dress.

I had designed the dress to repair itself using nanobots that are thermal powered, but they can't run when absorbing large amounts of energy which are their weakness. This explains how her dress is perfectly fine now though.

The young group of girls walk straight up to Soca as their leader asks cockily, "So Soca, was the fire incident not enough attention? You just had to run off and cause issues for mother again? Poor poor mother, having such an unloyal daughter."

Soca says nothing as she looks down, becoming docile. "Sorry Dona..."

Suddenly, Dona grabs one of Soca's petals as she tries to tear it off, "And what crap is..." she trails off as she begins to tug on it, confusion forming on her face as her friends gain an equal look. They begin whispering to eachother which causes Dona to tug even harder, unable to cause the petal to even stretch.

I inwardly smile as Soca has a hidden look of shock, 'I made that thing to survive B Rank attacks, a white girl tugging on it isn't going to do anything.'

As Dona gets more frustrated, she begins to pull even harder, failing miserably in the process, turning the scene into a comical image.

But after trying for another minute Dona shoves Soca away, clearly giving up on the dress humiliation. As she silently walks away, fumes rising from her head.

'Definitely a spoiled brat. Why are royals like this?' I ask myself as I sigh, 'The audacity of that bitch, trying to destroy B rank materials.'
