Shadeless Past

A kidnapping. A girl disappears. But not a single person knew about it. No one came for her. When the girl met her kidnapper, did she cry? Scream? Or did she desperately try to escape? Excerpt: A man, handsome, beyond words was standing before her, in the moonlight, he looked like a being out of this world. That perfect visage was ruined by a pair of bloody fangs. Stained with HER blood. "Are you afraid?" Still that question. She didn't answer. With a step after another, she came in front of him. Did she fear him? "No" How could she? He was the light in her darkness, the only string that was still tying her to life: he was the reason she was still alive. She could never bring herself to hate him, even if he were to be a monster, the worst that ever walked through the entire planet. "I kidnapped you." His eyes darkened while looking down at the woman searching for a handkerchief, his expression unfathomable. The girl smiled back. "No, you gave a new home." She started cleaning the blood on his face. "I will never let you go." He didn't give up. He needed to know, he needed to make sure that what was happening wasn't a dream, that it wasn't an illusion waiting for him to fall deeper before it shatters, leaving him totally helpless and alone. She could understand what he was thinking. It wasn't a foreign feeling to her. After cleaning all the blood, he put away the handkerchief. She started gently stroking the man's facial features. Her every single movement couldn't hide her love. Even those sharp fangs didn't frighten her, because she believed he was the only person that could never hurt her. "Who said I was letting you go?" She gave him a self-righteous smirk. "You are the only person left to me, if you even dare think about leaving me, I don't mind chasing you to the end of the world and chaining you back." She teasingly squeezed his chin. "Now tell me, do you dare to escape?" The man's throat overflowed with deep laughter. "No" The girl squinted happily, while the man clasped the girl's waist helplessly. Rising on her tiptoes and avoiding skillfully the man's fangs she gave him a peck on those thin lips. Not letting the chance slip away, he retracted his fangs, grabbed the back of her head and deepened the kiss. Now, tell me, Reader, are you curious? I'm waiting for you on the other side...
