111 Decision

Sitting on a huge rock, Ryu who was looking at everything that was happening couldn't help but wonder where everything went wrong.

The group of boy students creating their own weapons, girls doing the same by claiming this wasn't the old days anymore and they could fight as well, the group of teachers completely uncaring about what the kids who only knew how to throw the weight of their parents' names around did, and finally another group of adults who had nothing to do with anyone else chatting amongst themselves.

Everything was fine. No, not fine. Perfect.

Everything was perfect a month back when all of the students and teachers were living their daily life happily.

But, like in most cases, there was one idiot behind every bad thing that happened.

Inside the school which was only for those that were born with diamond spoons, one idiot couldn't help but blab about how their first year of high school should be memorable.

The idiot suggested that all of them should go to a remote island out in the pacific and live there for a week.

And like in every such situation, most of them agreed and the plan was quickly made for all the rich brats in their first year of high school to go to an island in the pacific with their teachers as part of their school trip.

Sure everything was fun in the beginning.

Enjoying the luxury of the yacht and the tasty food made by professional chefs, it looked like nothing could go wrong or mess up this trip.

But that was when all of it began.

With the yacht suddenly sinking for God knows what reason, everyone on the yacht was forced to flee using the emergency lifeboats which due to the storm outside were all forced to travel in the direction that the current took them in.

Like that, everyone that managed to survive the yacht crash and didn't die in the lifeboats which were sucked deep due to the whirlpools all ended up on one island.

When they did so, many of them didn't really feel scared of terrified.

After all, this wasn't the 15th century, it was the 21st century.

With the advanced technology which existed, it shouldn't be long before their parents sent out people to rescue them.

Unfortunately, today marked the 30th day since everyone had arrived on the island and there hadn't been any sort of an attempt to rescue them, there had been no shops or airplanes that travelled in the vicinity, and the cell phones had all run out of battery after failed attempts to find any signal.

This was now the time to officially start panicking.

With how rich all of their parents were, it was impossible that they wouldn't have found out what happened to them. But since there hadn't even been signs visible of people searching for them, and there was no way off this island other than through the near damaged lifeboats, fear and panic quickly made its way inside every one of their bodies.

Not to forget about how they were already running low on food despite having rationed it to the extreme during the past 30 days.

All of these reasons together was more than enough to send everyone over the edge and very near to snapping and doing something very stupid.

And since this was the 21st century, both the boys and the girls were making their own weapons using sticks and rocks saying they'd go hunting and bring back food out of the forests which no one dared to venture inside until now.

Seeing all of this, Ryu who never expected such a thing to happen in his life didn't know what to do.

Before all of this happened, Ryu the only son of a rich businessman lived a happy life with zero troubles.

Being able to spend more money than he could for whatever he wanted, going to school every day where he was in love with one of the teachers that he planned to propose during graduation, everything was near perfect enough for him.

But with everything that happened, he was now forced to make a choice.

He could either just stand on the sidelines and hope for someone to rescue them or join the completely inexperienced boys to venture through the forests which mostly contained many wild beasts.

The first option meant that he'd have zero chance on ever joining the boys after they established that monarchy they were planning to.

The second option, however, had a high chance of him dying before the rule of monarchy was even established.

That's why Ryu who wasn't really a very social person was looking towards someone whom he wasn't the least bit familiar with.

Amanda Foster.

On the yacht that they rode, there were exactly two foreigners. One of them was the woman who managed all the workers inside the yacht, and the other one was the head of security assigned to make sure nothing happened to the rich thrill-seeking kids.

Both of them were from USA, and the second one was Amanda Foster.

Ryu didn't know much about her other than the fact that she was ex special forces and without any doubt the one who was the strongest physically on this island.

She was also the only one whom Ryu thought possessed a gun due to her past.

So, sticking with her would be what was best for him.

Therefore, Ryu jumped down of the huge rock he was sitting on and began cutting his way through everyone gathered near the shore while making his way towards Amanda.
