Chapter 5 - “Long Time No See!”
Unknown POV:
After getting out of the hospital they told me I had to come to appointments for physical therapy. I did do the appointments and at the time I was not doing it,I was looking for Dino. Dino probably did not know but I knew Dino was pregnant. If Dino did not have an abortion the baby will be about close to 2 years now. I missed the first step,first word,first everything for a baby. All I wish is to go home and be with Dino and the baby. Imagine if Dino had triplets. That’s funny!
Soon months passed and I finished all physical therapy appointments but I still had to go to checkups to see how I was holding up. I was walking from the grocery store on my way to my penthouse(the mom left him the house knowing her son was still alive.) My mom knew I was alive all along but she did not tell Dino the truth. My mom has cancer. It is terminal. When she told Dino he was crying and hugging begging her to not leave him . Over the years, she stopped talking to my stepfather. My “father” would leave for multiple weeks on end. Last time he came to the house they live in was on Christmas. Over 2 years ago. No one knows where he is anymore. From the rumors that I have gathered around is that my “father” has his wh*res. Other people say that my father is in Italy with a girl who is an assassin. Others say that my “father” is taking care of his pregnant wh*re/girlfriend. At this point I don’t even want to believe in these rumors anymore. Who knows, maybe all of these rumors are true. Maybe he has a girlfriend/whore who is an assassin and is pregnant, probably located in Italy. If this is true I am not surprised. At the same time I am surprised. At this point I don't wanna be the same person as I was before. I don't wanna be a weakling, a burden, a guy who can’t protect the ones he loves.
I don't wanna be ZACHARY. I wanna be a new man. I wanna be Isaak Adrian Nicolai. I have to be on the down low for a while. People know Zachary is “dead.” MY DINO thinks I’m dead. I was perfectly alive last time I checked. I have a beating heart. Blood is coursing through my veins. I wonder why he is doing this? What happened to him that he is acting this way? I will take my revenge…..

Dino was always weak. He was never the heir that I wanted. I didn’t want a f*ggot as a son. I wanted a STRAIGHT son who would provide me heirs for my empire. Dino did the heir part but he was not straight. That’s why I called my closest ally. I called the Lomabardos. The Lombardos are one of the best cartels in the world. This was my last chance to get my son’s reputation up. Ashline was the person who told me about my son’s affairs. I didn’t care at the point where my son was begging for me to kill him instead of Zachary. I knew how much they loved each other but that had to stop. I was married not that I cared. I was recently seeing this girl. She was in her mid 20’s. She is supernatural like me and she is very skilled. She is pregnant with my baby and her name is Storm. Storm is very skilled in bombs, any sorts of technology such as hacking, archery, killing, poison, weapons, design, fashion, the criminal life, and so many other things. Meeting Storm was not planned. At first she hated me but she soon warmed up to me. She hated my perspective on gays ot the sorts but that did not stop in a way for getting pregnant with my baby. She is my mate. Zachary was interesting and I knew he was going to cause problems when I married his mother. Ashline's father was a “nutcase”. He abused kids! I never abused kids. Yeah, I hurt females but kids were on another level of crazy. Storm was sleeping from a long day at her office. I was catching up on work when I felt a presence behind me. It was Storm…………
A few days later……
Zachary Pov:
As days passed by I was doing better. I created a routine that kept time reasonable. Every single day, I was going to the gym and doing many other things. I was coming back from the grocery store when I saw someone! It was STORM. What was Storm doing here?! Last time, I heard that she moved to Hawaii. What is she doing here?
I ran up to her. She was about to get in a limo but she turned around and asked, “Long time no see.” Turning around she revealed a BABY BUMP! SHE’S PREGNANT!
