1 The Letter
It was early in the morning at 8:30 am, a young adult was trying to lift her mood after she received a shocking news.
Suspension letter
Suspension for 3 days for violating a company Policy, with no Salary compensation.
"Well, it was their decisions, no point to questioned it, well at least I have a vacation now"
After reading the suspension letter she was shocked at first but when she thinks about it was not that bad. She was not motivated with her work these past few months now.
Based on the letter it was not written clearly what was violations that she commits, but for her, it doesn't matter. It was clear to her that the company has no clear Set of company Policies.
She was a Sales Supervisor in the CZY company for 9 months. It was the relatively new company in the city only a few months when she was hired.
Her name is Monica Patricia Bale, 22 years old. Eldest for 3 siblings and the only girl.
It was chaotic and no clear system. It made her life hard. Problems of the company increase and she were one of the pioneers in management department in the company.
"3 months to go, I can resign, And leave this plane and be free from this hell. if not that I need 1-year work experience, I definitely will not stay in this company!"
She was rather feeling complicated about this company. I was rather her 1st official Job after Graduating in College; not counting her part-time job in college.
After she signs to acknowledge the letter she bid farewell towards the accounting head, other supervisor and lastly to the general manager; then left the office with few words.
She knew that she didn't have a good reputation in the workplace. The reason behind it, people just loves to see others misfortune.
It was already a fact that general of the people in her country has crab mentality, which is sad. To live a life of High morals and high standards are hard if the world you live in is the exact opposite of it.
" hmm what to do? , will I go to the mall or go home? but it still too early?"
She raids a public Uv "jeep", and went to Cogun. While she was one the jeep, she starts reading one of the favorite light novels.
"Wow, amazing, MC of this novel is cool, I wonder how will he escape this one?"
The time past quickly, it takes her 1 hour to reach her destination. She went out the public Uv and walk a short distance to Oro Supermarket.
Inside the Oro Supermarket, she went inside one of its Salon.
"Good Morning Maam, welcome to Berens Salon, how we may help you, ma'am," Said the female receptionist.
" Mani Pedi"
"Ok ma'am, you may choose any set, and the attendant will follow," said the female receptionist.
" Ok, thanks"
* Mani-Pedi - is one of the combo services that Salon serves, Manicure and Pedicure.
After 5 minutes the attendant went towards her and ask what color she wants. And given a form to fill in.
She chooses 2 colors one for hand and one for her toes. grayish lavender for the hands and bright red for the toes.
The process was relaxing, except to the part that the when the attendant made a mistake and wounded her. Well, she knew that people made mistakes and it was not that bad.
After paying, she when to her favorite fast food. She orders she favorite food, Spicy chicken, and mashed potato. While eating she also reads her favorite light novel.
"Marvin, Marvin, hehe your are priceless," she said to herself.
She was so engrossed in reading her favorite light novel. Marvin was the Main character of the novel; based on the opinion it was a refreshing type of character than the one she usually reads.
It was already 1 pm, so she decided to go home and relax. While she rides the public UV someone calls her.
" hi love," she said
"hi love did you eat your lunch ?" her partner said
"yes love, and you eat your lunch already?" she said
They talk for few minutes, she said to her partner that it was not the best time to talk about what happened to her earlier the day in the public Uv
So she asks him that they will talk again after she arrived at her home.
The travel time takes an hour. while one the public Uv she continues reading her favorite novel. It is already a fact that she loves to read.
When she arrived home, she was welcomed by her two brothers and theirs maid auntie Edith. She went straight to bed and take a short nap.
Then after 30 mins her phone rings, she received the call.
"Hello?" she said
"Hi love, did you fall asleep?" Her partner said
"hehe, yes," she said
" sorry I wake you up, Are still want to sleep again?"Her partner said
"It ok, by the way, I was suspended from work for 3 days," she said
"what happened?" her partner ask
And then she explained what happened to her earlier the day.
His name is Renze Yin, 23 years old just year older towards her. They meet in college, in college retreat.
Then she spent her time reading her favorite novel or playing her favorite mobile App until night. She eats her dinner then she reads again.
It was already past midnight, she and her youngest brother Irvin was still awake. she was still reading while waiting for Renze to arrive while her brother still plays in their laptop.
Irvin Bale is the youngest 15 years old, incoming grade 10 this year. Patricia describes her brother as anti-social and annoying.
When Renze arrived two of them was so sleepy and decided to sleep. He works in a Coconut Processing Manufacturer in Medin city. Which is 3 to 4 hours travel to Cyan Oro city where they live.
Next morning, the weather was at the peak. When she opened her eyes she was disoriented. She discovered that she was not in her room and Renze was not in the room.
The room was 10 times larger than her room. It looked like an ancient western look. It confuses her, her eyes wander all over the room suddenly someone talks to her.
"Good morning Master Mix" a female maid was standing beside the bed.
"Master Mix? who the hell is that? Wait ! she is looking at me?" she said to herself.
"Are you talking me?" she asks.
"Good morning Master Mix, King Martin is requesting your presence at 9 am at the Silver Brook Hall," Said the female maid.
"what? king ? !" she said.
"Yes master Mix, Master are you ok? you seem not feeling well" the female maid said.
"Ok this just a dream, just enjoy it," she said to herself.
"Master Mix? " the female maid said.
"hehe don't worry I'm ok, just tell King Martin I will be there, pls excuse me," She said.
Suddenly the Door was pushed so hard and then slammed at the wall. She was startled, then a Middle age man went in the room.
"Master Mix ! it past 8 am Why are still in bed?" the Middle age man.
"Master Mix you're late for the Sword training! "the Middle age man.
"Why are you like this? you're the crown Prince you need to know how to melee combat, you're Man" the Middle age man.
"wow I'm crown Prince, this dream is getting interesting" she thought.
"Sorry, I prepare and go to the lesson, " she said.
Then she stands and walks towards one of the doors.
