1 To look for a job, one must calculate to get the opportunity

Inside the apartment, a handsome young man can be seen sitting on the chair while sipping his coffee. His appearance is good enough to charm women, adding his cold temperament which made him look hot, and while in his eyes, there is an arrogance that could be seen if you look closely.

This young man was none other than Seraph.

"It's been a year since I've been on this planet yet I still don't have a job, sigh, this is such an insult for someone who was once a God," Seraph spoke to himself while smiling bitterly.

[Flashback]

"Activate the formation I must become a Chaos God, I have been cultivating for fifty thousand years just for this," Seraph spoke to the tall man beside him.

The tall man wanted to persuade him because no one was able to successfully reach that realm because all of them died in the end.

"Chiyan, I know what I'm doing. This is my wish and that is to reach the peak, so, please don't stop me."

The tall man called Chiyan smiled bitterly and told the other demons who were managing the formation to activate it.

When the formation is activated, Seraph started his breakthrough as he faced the tribulation. After facing the tribulation for almost a day, the sky darkens and extremely big red clouds appeared just above Seraph.

"T-THAT'S THE EXTERMINATION CLOUDS WHY DID IT APPEAR!?!" Chiyan shouted unconsciously while expression of horrors appeared of every cultivators who are watching the breakthrough of Seraph.

When Seraph saw those big red clouds, his face paled but then a look of madness appeared in his eyes.

"You want to exterminate me?! Then I will explode together with you." Seraph pointed at the red clouds and rushed forward towards it which no one has ever done according to history.

A red thunder flashed and rushed towards Seraph and Seraph immediately uses all his cards just to defend that one thunder.

A sound of an explosion can be heard as if it's the end of the world, most cultivators who are watching it felt dread wondering who the hell can defend that kind of power.

After that, they saw Seraph covered in blood, his left arm and right leg were gone. His right eye was destroyed as well. But you can still see the madness and craziness in his right eye as if nothing happened to him.

Then Seraph forcefully burned his soul to increase his speed to get closer to the red clouds. The reason why he cannot instantly go closer is due to a barrier that seems to surround the clouds.

100 meters.

50 meters.

30 meters.

15 meters.

The red clouds started to brighten again as if it's preparing to descend another thunder, however, this time Seraph roared.

"IF YOU WANT TO EXTERMINATE ME THEN LET'S EXPLODE TOGETHER!"

When the cultivators who are closer to Seraph heard it, they started to run as if escaping from death, however, they were too late as an extremely booming sound exploded in the sky, space was distorted so much that it will be thousands of years before it will be fixed.

"What a fucking madman." An old monster from another race who is also currently a God cursed while watching those who are affected.

The self-detonation of God was too much, but luckily, the other old monsters were ready and immediately put a barrier together however not everyone is lucky, especially the human race.

"SERAPHHHH!!! YOU FUCKING LUNATIC, YOU KILLED MY SON AAARGHHHHHH." A peak god human race roared watching his son who was closer to Seraph blasted into nothingness.

Then without further waiting, he roared,

"PREPARE FOR WAR, KILL ALL THE DEMONS. THEY DON'T HAVE A GOD LEFT!"

Chiyan, who was still dumbstruck by Seraph's death finally woke up and cried, "Why did you leave us, us demons can't live without you."

However, the formation shook when the peak god of the human race attacked them.

"You can still hide in there but you will die. Your master killed my only son so you all demons should be exterminated as a sacrifice for his soul!"

Chiyan, who heard it spat and replied, "Fuck you, you're just a hypocrite."

Seven days later, the formation was destroyed and a massacred occured which around 50% of demons died. Just to save others, 20% of them self-detonated just to injure the others so that they won't be able to follow their fellow demons who are escaping.

Unfortunately, Seraph was oblivious by this and instead his damaged soul was sent on Earth and entered the body of a young man. Only after five months was he able to steal and control his body due to the injury of his soul.

"Maybe I should find a job today, sigh, why is this body that I possessed doesn't even have a family who can at least feed me. Also, I need to reach foundation establishment or else I would still feel unsecured every time I sleep" Seraph cursed and left his apartment.

While walking in the streets, he was looking for a poster about the job until he heard a woman's scream.

"Ahh! Stop him, he's a snatcher!"

The people in the street wanted to help but stopped when they saw the knife of the robber and made a way for him.

A flash of calculations quickly appeared in Seraph's mind and immediately blocked the robber who was also coming towards in his direction.

"Brat, do you want to die?" The snatcher who was stopped spoke and showed a stabbing motion using his knife in his hand, but a heavy kick hit his face.

"Arghh it hurts!!"

Seraph didn't care about the snatcher's scream, while under the stares of people in the street, he immediately picks up the bag and saw a woman running towards him.

The police quickly appeared and arrested the snatcher.

"Thank you for helping me, please let me treat you as my thanks." Zane Hern spoke to Seraph.

Seraph observed Zane for a bit and noticed that she's a beauty, with a good figure but that's it and replied expressionlessly, "No need, just doing what I can do."

Seraph then walked to look for a job but then heard a voice that came from Zane, a look of a smirk appeared in his face but quickly faded and asked expressionlessly, "Yes?"

Zane bit her lip and spoke, "How about you tell me what you want?"

Her parents told her when she was a child that kindness should be repaid this is why she's eager to repay it.

"I want you, do you mind?" Seraph spoke and a smirk appeared in his face while he thought, 'this girl should blush if not, then she will be shy for sure.'

Seraph's calculation was indeed accurate, Zane did not blush but not, in fact, became shy and replied, "N-no, not that one."

"Haha, I was just kidding. I just noticed that you're wearing a work uniform, can you recommend me a job?"

This was all under Seraph's calculation when he saw Zane's uniform who just shouted for help, his mind immediately formed a plan and that is to help Zane and use her help to find or recommend him a job.

Zane was quite confused and asked, "Are you not going to school?"

Seraph's age is currently 19, well, the body of course, while Zane is around 22 or 23.

"There is still a week before the school will start and I also need money or else wouldn't I just starve to death," Seraph replied.

Zane wanted to ask about his parents but quickly stopped and she just replied, "Okay! Come with me, I'll recommend you to the company."
