Chapter 8

When the boy's eyes fell on Taehyung he got startled making Taehyung smirk lightly. "I think you should wash your hands before we talk." He said in his deep husky voice scaring the other boy. He wants to scare the other guy so that he can get the secret out of him. The guy slowly walked to the basin and washed his hands before drying them. His whole body is shaking showing how afraid he got of Taehyung. The guy thought to run away quickly so that he won't have to deal with the other boy and as soon as he dried his hands he aimed for the door quickly but Taehyung was quicker than him and closed the door again and this time locking it. The boy got scared and started backing away in opposite direction till his back collided with the wall behind. "W-What d-do you w.... want?" He stuttered boosting Taehyung's confidence more. "What's your name?" Taehyung asked slowly walking to the terrified boy. "H-Hosung. Lee Hosung." Taehyung memorized the information before enquiring further. "What you want from Yunki hyung?" He stopped walking when he came only inches apart from the boy and noticed that the guy is a bit shorter than him. Hosung's eyes widen "W-Who?" He stuttered trying to act like he is hearing the name for the first time but his expressions are telling otherwise. Taehyung chuckled humourlessly and put his hands on either sides of the terrified boy's head completely caging him against the wall. "Don't make me repeat myself or you don't want to face the consequences." He growled making the shorter almost cry in fear. Taehyung was cheering himself mentally for his great acting skills. He knows that he would never hurt anyone but the look on the shorter boy is almost making him laugh but still he managed to keep a serious face so far. "Min Yunki. Why are you following him?" "I-I don't-t" Taehyung laughed making the shorter gulp and gave a punch to the wall beside the guy's head not enough to hurt his knuckles but enough to make the boy cry. "I-It was not me. She told me to do it." "Hara. But why?" "S-She likes Yunki ssi and wants me to k-keep and eye on him so that I can tell her i-if he ta..talks to someone else or not." Hosung replied looking at the ground. "S-She also w-wanted me to h-harm you." The guy squeezed his eyes in fear of getting hit but Taehyung just stood their shocked. "Hurt me? Why? How?" "S-She told me that you l-like Yunki ssi and you are coming between Yunki ssi and her so she wanted to g-give you poison." "Me coming between hyung and her?? It's more like she is coming between us. Hyung was never hers and never will be. And what did you say? Poison? You wanted to poison me!?" Taehyung glared at him. "N-NO! I refused her. I told her I cannot take someone's l-life." Taehyung frowned at the shorter guy almost glaring not believing his last words. "I swear Taehyung ssi. I don't want to hurt you. I have no problem with you. I was doing all this because I needed money for my college." Taehyung scoffed. "Why not get a fucking part time job instead of hurting others?" "You don't understand my situation but I-I am sorry. I won't do this again." Taehyung sighed and walked out without saying anything further. "I need to be careful from now on." He mumbled and walked to his next class.

Classes finally got finished and Jimin walked out of the class with Jeongguk. There is still awkwardness between them but not as much as before. Soon a boy walks and stopped in front of him whom Jimin hates a lot these days. Rose and Lisa are standing behind that boy who is now smiling at Jeongguk. "You are looking hot today." Chinhae commented making the younger blush slightly and Jimin scoff but no one heard that. "I never knew you know Lisa?" "I didn't know either that you are her cousin." Jeongguk replied oblivious of the fuming boy beside him. "Lets hangout together or you can call it a date if you want." Chinhae smirked removing few strands of hairs over Jeongguk's forehead. "D-Date?" Jeongguk widen his eyes slightly and looked at his hyung standing beside him who was glaring at the guy who just asked him on a date. "Umm. Sure." He replied making Jimin snap his head in his direction in disbelief. Chinhae smiled and pecked the younger's lips before walking away with two of his sisters. "You said yes!?" Jimin shouted making The younger cover his ears with his palm. "How could you? I told you he is not the right guy for you." Jimin glared at his brother. "Maybe not. But I also want to feel the feeling of being important to someone. Being the center of attention for someone." "You are important to me!" Jimin said. "Not the way I want." Jeongguk replied which made the older shut his mouth. Jeongguk sighed and started walking in the direction of their house.

Taehyung is waiting for Yunki to tell him everything about Hara and her plans but the older is nowhere to be seen. After dropping Taehyung he went somewhere without giving any information about and it's 8:32 now and they need to go to the bar too at 9. He tried contacting him but the latter is not picking his calls. After few more minutes of waiting the main door opened and Yunki walks inside sluggishly. His eyes are puffy and there are dried tears on his cheeks. His hairs are disheveled and upper two buttons of his shirt are open while he is holding his jacket in his hand. Seeing this condition of the older, Taehyung rushed to him and hold both of his shoulder's "Hyung! What happen? Are you OK?" He shook the latter lightly but it seems like Yunki is in his own trance. He didn't even buzz making Taehyung more worried. He took the jacket from the older and walked him to the couch and made him sat down carefully. He ran to kitchen and brought a glass of water for the older but he refused. Taehyung sat down beside him with the glass of water still in his hand. He put his other hand on the blonde's shoulder. "Hyung? Are you OK?" He asked calmly and carefully. "I am tired, Taehyung. I am going to my room. Please don't disturb me." Yunki spoke and got up before slowly walking to his room. Taehyung sighed. Never in his life he has seen the other this broke. And it would be a lie if he said that it didn't break his heart. He never wants to see his Yunki hyung in this condition. Whoever made his hyung cry will surely have to face him.

Meanwhile Jimin is in his room sitting near a window with a book in his hand He was feeling upset after Jeongguk went on a date without asking him so he decided to read to calm himself down. His eyes fell on a car outside his house and soon his younger brother stepped out of it. He frown seeing Chinhae also stepping out before jogging to the younger boy. He almost threw his book when Chinhae kissed his baby bunny. "How dare that bastard kiss my Jeongguk?" He growled. He closed the book got up and put the book on his place before storming out of the room. "Oh hyung you are awake?" Jeongguk asked startled when the older suddenly came in front of him. Jimin clenched his jaw when he saw a faint blush on the latter's face knowing very well the reason behind it. "Do you have a watch?" Jimin asked to which Jeongguk furrowed his brows in confusion and nodded. "I thought I told you to fucking come sooner!" He growled not able to control his anger anymore. Jeongguk's eyes widen seeing his hyung like this. "I-I was coming soon but h-he took me for ice-cream and then we got so engrossed in talking that we didn't realize the time." Jimin glared and walked closer to the latter. "And why did you kiss him?" The black haired got shocked and his eyes widen. How does his hyung know that? "I d-didn't. He did." "But you didn't push him." Jeongguk got silent. He realized that the older is right. He didn't push Chinhae and now he is feeling guilty seeing his hyung all angry. Jimin groaned seeing the boy got silent and walked even more closer to him before started wiping the younger's lips with his own hoodie's sleeve. "How dare he touch my baby bunny like that? Who does he think of himself!? Next time if he even dare to breath near you I am going to cut his balls." Seeing Jimin all jealous because of him for the first time is making Jeongguk excited and giddy. But then Jimin himself told him before that he doesn't like that guy because he is not good for the younger not because he likes Jeongguk. Jeongguk sighed and pushed his brother's hand away. "It's not your business hyung who kisses me or not. I didn't push him because I liked it and you cannot control my life. You have your own girlfriend so be with her. I am here trying to move on from you so fucking let me!" He walked away to his room leaving a shocked Jimin behind.

This is first time for Taehyung to not go on his job but he doesn't care about that now. His only concern for now is the boy who hasn't come out of his room for almost two hours. "He must be asleep." He tried to reason. "But he hasn't eaten anything after the lunch in the university." He worried. He wants to talk to the older but he clearly remembers what he said. He doesn't want to make Yunki angry and snapping at him. "Maybe I should at least check if he is asleep or not." He mumbled to himself. After thinking a lot he finally got up and walked out of his room and aimed to another. When he reached outside Yunki's room's door he gulped in nervousness before knocking. There was no reply in return and he got more tense but nonetheless he knocked again but with the same result. He sighed and was about to go back when he heard faint sobs which made him worried and he quickly enters inside. As he took few steps inside the room his eyes fell on a pale boy laying on the bed who looks even paler if that is even possible. He slowly walks to him and saw Yunki motionlessly sleeping on his back while staring at the roof without blinking and tears were streaming down his eyes and finally damping the pillow beneath his head. The sight is so heart breaking for him that he himself welled up "H-Hyung?" He spoke softly but got no reply. One could even assume the boy as dead if he was not breathing. Taehyung slowly walked even closer and cautiously laid beside the older and put his head on the other's chest while hugging him tightly to provide him as much comfort as he can. "Hyung it's OK. I am with you. You are fine hyung. Everything will be fine." That was when Yunki started sobbing loudly and hugged the younger tightly. Taehyung didn't mind being squeezed though instead he hugged the later even tighter. "Shh. It's OK. I am here. You are fine hyung. Don't cry please." He started speaking consoling words in the latter's ear. He wiped all the tears from Yunki's face and pecked his lips quickly and pulled away but Yunki pulled him in back into a deeper kiss. It is like he needs comfort. Needs someone to finally be there for him. A conformation that he is not alone and Taehyung is ready to give him all of that and even more. He promised to make his hyung happy finally. To spread the light of happiness in the dark corners of his life. To give him everything but pain. They broke the kiss and Taehyung looked into other's eyes. Yunki's eyes were telling all the stories of his struggles in past. His guilt for his mistakes. His longing for happiness or even a smile. It all is so heart breaking for the younger. He never wants to see his hyung in this state rather he wants to see his gummy smile all day. The smile when his eyes crinkle a little. He loves that and he always wants to see the older like that.
