Chapter 3

It's finally Taehyung's birthday which he will be spending with his father after a very long time. He is happy to finally be able to be with his father but he kind of misses his friends too specially Yunki. It would have been his first birthday with the elder only if he was not here in Daegu. He got up from bed and walks out of his room. The apartment his father bought is beautiful with two rooms and a living room plus kitchen. His father has put many pictures of their family of the time when his mother was still with them, all around the apartment making him miss her every time he looks at them "Oh you are finally awake Taehyung ah. Happy birthday my dear son." He smiled and hugged his father. "I made all your favorite dishes today." His eyes brighten at the mention of food and he quickly followed his father to kitchen.

After having his breakfast, he went to his room to get ready for the day. When he came back from taking a bath and changed into new pair of clothes which his father bought for him as a gift which consists of a green turtleneck and a pair of dark blue tight denim jeans which are folded on ankles and finally white pair of sneakers. He was about to sit on his bed when his cell phone rang. He grabbed the device from the nightstand and saw his Yunki hyung asking for a vedio call. He blushed and answered the call but got surprised when he saw the same kid on his hyung's lap. "Hey Tae, Happy birthday," Yunki wished smiling his gummy smile making the younger blush "T-Thank you hyung." "Oh wow! He is so beautiful Uncle Yunki." The kid commented with admiring eyes making Taehyung blush and chuckle at the same time. "He is." Yunki agreed smiling and now Taehyung can compete a tomato. "Can I call you Prince?" The kid asked excitedly to which the latter nodded laughing. " "What's your name?" He asked. "Hyunki. Min Hyunki." Taehyung's eyes widen at the familiar name. So he is Hyunki. He smiled. "Such a cute name for a cute boy." He commented and saw the kid blushing. "So what are you planning for today?" Yunki asked. "Nothing much. Whatever my dad wants or I will be spending my whole day here." "I miss you hyung" He adds pouting. "Wow Uncle Yunki your friend is so cute!" The younger of them three squealed making both the elders laugh at his cuteness. "Oh are you talking to your boyfriend?" A woman's voice came. Taehyung's eyes fall on an older women who came and sat next to Yunki. "Wow your boyfriend is so beautiful Yunki. You guys have all my blessings for the marriage." The woman smiled and clapped her hands excitedly like a child making both Yunki and Taehyung blush at her comment. "Mrs. Han he is not my boyfriend." Yunki corrected "Right. He is my boyfriend." Hyunki spoke making all of them laugh. "I have to go now and prepare food as my husband is about to come." Mrs. Han spoke and left from there. "Sorry bout her." Yunki said. "No it's fine. I like her personality." He smiled. They talk few more minutes before they hanged up.

As he was about to walk out of the room his phone rang again. A smile appeared on his face on looking at the caller id. He quickly answered the call with a bright smile. "Hello Jimin." "Umm Hey umm Happy birthday... Taehyung." "Thank you, Jimin." He smiled "W-What were you doing?" "I just took a bath and now going to my dad." "Ah yes. I haven't seen your father yet." "Do you want to talk to him? I will call him if you want." "Ah no. Some other day. It will probably be awkward." "So what are you planning for today?" Jimin asked "Ah for now nothing. I just want to spend my time with my dad. That is more than enough for me." He smiled. "I am happy for you." "Thank you." "By the way why didnt you go to Busan?" "Umm It's just that I needed some alone time." He can tell something is bothering Jimin just by his tone. "Is everything OK Ji?" There was a long sigh on the other end. "It's just that my dad is forcing me to be with a girl." "You told him that you are gay!?" "Yeah. Though mom supports me but I don't know why dad is not accepting the fact." "I never thought Mr. Jeon would be like this. I mean he is a broad minded person so hearing about him being against gays is shocking." "I know right." There was an awkward silence on both the ends. "So I guess bye?" Jimin spoke. "Yeah. Take care and thank you for calling me." "Y-You too" with that he cuts the call. It's first time Jimin called him during all this time. He really thought that Jimin will never gonna talk to him as he said that night but looks like they are progressing and Taehyung can never be more happy about it.

After that Taehyung and his father went out to enjoy the day. They did shopping, even go to amusement park as he always wished to go one day with his dad when he was younger and many more things. In the evening they came back tired with lots of bags in their hands. "This was the best day of my life! Thank you dad." He hugged the male tightly with a wide smile on his face. "I am happy that you are happy my son." The man patted his son's head. "Dad?" "Yes son?" "Lets watch a movie!" He exclaimed making his father laugh on his adorable son's cuteness. "If that's what you want then OK." Taehyung clapped his hands excitedly. "Ok then. I am going to change then we will watch a movie." His father nodded smiling and he ran into his room.

They both were in the middle of movie when Taehyung's phone rang and he paused the movie before answering the video call. His eyes fell on all four people sitting there. Mr. and Mrs. Jeon, Aunt Choi and Jeongguk. "Happy birthday my child!" Aunt Choi wished. "Thank you Aunt Choi." He smiled. "Happy birthday kiddo." "Happy birthday Tae." "Hyung, happy birthday." He smiled and thanked them all. "Oh is that your father sitting beside you?" Aunt Choi asked. He nodded and moved his phone so that they all can see the man. "Oh hello Mr. Kim. I am happy that you are back to Tae. He used to miss you a lot." Mrs. Jeon said. "I still feel guilty to leave my child like that but it was only for his safety. And Thank you to all you people for taking care of him when I was not here." He bowed. "Ah no Mr. Kim you don't have to mention that. Tae is like our own child and we all are happy to have such a lovely kid in our life." Mr. Jeon replied. They all talked a little more before cutting the call and after that Taehyung hugged his father while watching the rest of the movie.

The new year passed too with no celebration for Namjoon. He was busy in taking care of his boyfriend who still hasn't decided to wake up. Until Jin wakes up, he won't celebrate anything. On the other hand Yunki celebrated his Christmas and New year with Han family and Jimin celebrated with Rose. Jimin and Yunki barely talk with each other as Jimin is still salty with him. It's not that easy to forget your first love but thankfully he have Rose with him. They spend their time together most of the day which helps him to forget Taehyung for a while. But even Rose can't take out Jeongguk from his mind. He is missing the younger crazily. To his surprise he didn't feel disgusted when Jeongguk confessed his feelings. Not at all even if he wants to. Instead his heart feels relaxed? After knowing Jeongguk has feelings for him, he himself can't understand what he wants. The main reason of him to refuse the younger's feelings is that even if he is not feeling disgusted, it is a disgusting thing for the society. People will hate the latter if they find out that he has feelings for his hyung and Jimin's main fear is his dad. The man is behaving like this after knowing about Jimin being gay then he can't even imagine what he will do to his brother after knowing about his feelings. He doesn't want that to happen with the younger. He won't let that happen. Being the elder among the two it's his duty to take the right decisions and handle the situations like this and that's what he will do.

Today is the day Jeongguk and Taehyung are finally coming back and Jimin and Yunki cannot be more happier about the news though they won't tell that to the youngers. Hoseok has arrived the previous day and he after coming quickly went to meet Namjoon and Jin and found out that Jin is slowly recovering but there is no sign of him waking up at any time soon.

Right now Jimin is lazing around in his room. He was listening to songs when he heard the doorbell. He groaned and got up before walking out of his room and finally to the door before opening it. A smile appeared on his face seeing his Ggukie standing in front which soon turned into a frown when his eyes fell on the man standing behind the younger. "Dad? What are you doing here?" "I thought if my son cannot come to meet me then I should." "Trust me I tried to stop him but he refused." Jeongguk spoke and went past Jimin and finally into his room while carrying his luggage. Jimin sighed knowing very well the main reason of his father to come. He took the luggage from his dad and carried them to his own room. He groaned knowing that now his father will surely force that 'Be with a girl' bullshit on him. After putting all the luggages he walked out and saw his father sitting on the couch. He attempt to escape quietly to Jeongguk's room but to his dismay his father noticed him and called him. "Jimin! Come here. I want to talk to you." He cursed under his breath and walked to his father reluctantly. "Sit here." His father patted the spot beside him and Jimin quickly sat there. "So, why didn't you come to Busan? Didn't you miss your parents?" "It's just..." He doesn't know what to answer. He is feeling guilty for not spending his time with his parents but he also needed to clear his mind. "So?" His father raised his brow. "One of my friend is in hospital and I wanted to be with him." Well that's not a complete lie. He did want to take care of Jin. His father nodded. "The main thing I came here for is to find a girl for you." Jimin groaned. "Dad I..." "And we are going to meet a family tomorrow. I know you will like the girl. Her father is my friend since long and they are very nice people." The grey haired clenched his fist. Why can't his father grasp a simple fact that his son is gay? Why forcing him to do something he isn't happy with? "I expect you to behave properly tomorrow. That's it. That's what I wanted to say. You can go now." He huffed and walked into Jeongguk's room where the younger just came out of the bathroom only in a towel wrapped around his waist. When Jimin's eyes fell on latter's delicious body, his throat went dry.
