ufff!!! not again!!!!
wait !!!, today is the day!!!
Jang mi quickly jumped out of her bed and rushed to the bathroom without switching her alarm off and ran back to her bed side table and grabbed her phone
"stupid myself" she frowned
and reentering the bathroom.
I am finally out of the house. it's been months of lockdown and government finally allowed us to open the shops!. she thought, brushing her teeth in a hurry.
I am so excited . I can meet my friends today and have a blast time in my shop too. I miss her, my garden...
she did her daily routine but still in pj's and got out of her room and check the clock hanging on the wall of living room
ohh! 6:15 am, I wonder my mom is awake or not
the medicine make her really bad everytime,
Jang peaking through her mom's bedroom door, checking on her . Her mom is wriggling in her bed giving Jang a sad expression on her face
she's again trouble sleeping.
She pushes the door, making her way towards her mom's bed startled her awkwardly
''sorry eomma, I didn't mean to scare you.
I am just checking if you are ok ' Jang said
Her Mom propped up on a pillow and yawns
"it's ok Jan, I was already awake, soo
I can see you wake up early..
really excited for your day, huh? "giving her Jan a weak smile"
Jan sliding to her mom's bed giving a warm hug and looking at her face , waiting her to respond the next step.
her mom realising her puppy eyes and small curves appearing on each side of her face , and gave her few kisses on her temples .
"pretty excited!!! and
eomma I wanna ask you something" giving her the best pleading eyes.
"anything "said her mom
"Can I pluck some flowers from our garden,
but I promise I won't touch your lilies". Jan said , still hugging her from her side
"huh!? why? "asked her mom
"I was just wondering I could give them to my friends the usual bouquet, you know the blue colour flowers love-in-the-mist and some red roses" said Jan
"oh!! you don't have to ask me ,
take anything you want.
you are the boss now sweetie! . ", she said winking at Jan
"Even the lilies"??, asked Jan
"Even the lilies" replied her mom
"ohhh I Love you Eomma !!!!!! " said Jan hugging her tight burying her head in her mom's neck.
I know it's hard for you, but I will make you proud eomma, I will do my best to grow your business, no our business. it's been months and we are not broke anymore, we will move on. I promise
"Jan?" ,called her mom breaking Jan's train of thoughts
"yeah"?, breathing heavily
"you should probably be going, don't be late, the truck comes at 9:00 sharp, you know that",said her mom .
"I know"answered Jan
Jan kissed her mother's forehead and slowly got up from her bed , and went to kitchen to make breakfast she saw her dad's room has still light on and she not bothered at all. well let's say they are never in good terms, like two strangers in a house
Her dad came out of his room surprised to see Jan making breakfast early, he was wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants with spectacles on his nose
,his hair has turned little white. Jan is still not bother him at all .He came to close the refrigerator and took a bottle of water, Jan still working on her omelets and bread toast ignoring him as he is not here in house and he did the same ,he turned away and went back to his room closing the door behind him.
Jan keep your self together, that man is not gonna ruin your rest of your day, stay strong
and please don't think about him and worry for him as if he care.
after she made the breakfast , she set everything on the dinning room. and went to the garden on the side of her house she put on her gloves and boots on , started plucking and cutting the flowers, love-in-the-mist and some red roses
Heejin unni and Ji-hoon oppa will be so happy when they get this , I can't wait to show them these, after all they are my only friends , they might be so tried working so hard in Pharmacist shop of theirs , nothing seems wrong while I talked them in phone yesterday. I hope they are ok. she thought
she took the flowers and went closer to the metallic table and chair in the a small gazebo around the corner of the mini garden of hers to make the flowers more beautiful into a bouquet with ribbons and wrapped in splatter paper.
After she was done she sat there looking at her mini garden admiring every bit of it .
There are so many flowers arranged in a beautiful sections and looking good, the colour and the odour was still so addiction for her
"Jan!!!!!!!!! , mother yelled at her
you are going to be late!!!!!!
oh shit!!!!!!!! not today.

" heyy!!! where do you think you are going!?
eat your breakfast!! " her mom yelled at her
Jan quickly dressed in a light blue hoodie and jeans, brushes her long black hair and put in a bun , her bangs hanging on her forehead looks cute on her, her brother used to play with that all the time.but he is out of district,for his work.she didn't bother makeup , she don't care ,and picked her bag stuffed it with her laptop, tiffin box, purse, some print out sheets and some foot stickers and was ready to leave.
"I will eat later mom, don't worry"! and now onwards keep a distance between us, I am opening the shop today and it's not good for you because you have low immunity, ok!? ", said Jan hugging her mom
"ok,! said her mom hugging back
" ok, make sure you eat and take medicine and.....Jan was cut off by her door bell.
dig dong..door bell🔔🔔
"I will get the door", said Jan
who's here at the door in this early morning?
