2 Martial Arts

A boy is standing silently in the grassy plains. He has his eyes shut even though he already could not see.

"I could still hear things 100 meters away in detail and make out the surroundings. It looks like that my senses' proficiency decreases but it is not too bad. I could walk, run and fight like a normal human could, maybe even better. I thought that I will have to start again from scratch."

After that thought, Finn inspects his frail body and sighs in disappointment.

"It looks like what this body's parents say is true. This body is way too weak. It will probably even get knocked out by the wind. I need to quickly strengthen this body."

"Should I use the <Golden Monkey Technique> or the <Silver Elephant Technique> to start strengthening the body?"

Finn is undecided with which one to start off with. Both are powerful techniques which he had learned back in Earth. They could increase his muscle density and physical strength quickly without any side effects.

"The <Golden Monkey Technique> focuses mainly on physical strength while the <Silver Elephant Technique> focuses mainly on endurance. hmmm....Ahh! doesn't this body comes from a noble family? I could look through this body's memory when there's a session of warrior's training."

Finn scours through the original Finn's memory and finds the time when he first started learning martial arts. The original Finn doesn't have much talent in martial art and is actually scared of getting hurt. Hence, he only practiced his family's martial art a couple times and drops it for good.

His parents forced him into practicing and end up in Finn getting beaten up by his sparring partners, making him much more scared into practicing.

"The original Finn looks very pitiful. I'm actually sad that the previous owner of mine is getting beaten up badly. But, looking through these colourful visuals sure is refreshing once in a while. But I am so used to the darkness that I could feel my movement better and my surroundings clearer filtering out useless visual details."

Finn soon found the part where he is reading through manuals after manuals.

"There sure are a lot of manuals. This one is really bad, there are a lot of useless moves in it. This one looks quite interesting but it too bad it is for women only. This one is trash! why would they even put this kind of manual for Finn to see! hmmm...WHAT!?"

Something shocked Finn to the core. He saw a man with silver armour punch the air in the direction of a wall of stone and breaks it. The thing is that, there is around 2 meters in distance between the man and the wall of stone. That means that the silver armoured man punched the air so strong that he could break the wall of stone. This is crazy! No one in earth could do this.

Realisation struck Finn that he is not in a normal medieval world. He is in a world where humans could break the limit that has been set in their body. This excites Finn to the extreme. He has long been stuck in the limit set by Earth. His blood is boiling thinking about the new heights that he could reach.

"That is all in the far distance. I should first calm down and look for a manual that could lead me to reach new heights!"

Finn calms himself down and continue observing the original Finn's memory. He looks through all the normal type manual quickly and soon found the one He is looking for.

"The Froun Snake Steps! This is what I'm looking for!"

Finn has a huge smile plastered on his face. The <Froun Snake Steps> is a special manual that is only available to the Froun Family. It is a movement type manual where the user dodges attacks as slippery as a snake and glides through the battlefield with speed before striking.

The <Froun Snake Steps> has 3 stages in total. The first stage is the gliding stage. The second one is the slippery stage and the third one is the striking stage. The gliding stage focuses on mastering the basic footworks before moving onto the next one. After successfully mastering this stage to its' peak, the user could move through a crowded battlefield effortlessly without getting hit even once.

The slippery stage focuses on reflexes. After mastering this stage, the user could deflect attacks and disable enemies in a single strike. This is a deadly move since the arms will move as agile as a snake when striking without the opponent even knowing what will hit them.

The striking stage is the hardest to master of them all. After mastering the foundation of the manual, the striking stage will be able to display its maximum potential. When mastered to its' peak, blades will be able to bend and move like a snake in the hands of the user according to the user's will.

Finn is stunned speechless. How could a weapon bend like a snake at the hands of a user at will? This is basically defying the laws of physics. Focusing on the explanation of the striking stage, he learns that to master the striking stage, one needs to have a small success in activating aura.

"WHAT THE HECK IS AN AURA!!?"
