''So did you forgive him?'' Joe asked with a scowl on his face.

I shook my head with a sigh, ''I don't know if I can'' I whispered. It's not like I'm being a bitch by not forgiving him because my scars are still there and no amount of love can erase that. I didn't know how much broken I was until Valz asked for forgiveness. I told him that I needed time to gather my thoughts and if I hadn't done that my stupid heart would've done something incredibly stupid like forgive him.

''He's an impatient motherfucker and I highly doubt he'll care about what you want'' He said with a chuckle.

That's what scared me a lot because I wanted Valz to respect my decision but it was like expecting a Lion to not eat a deer on a silver platter.

''You're both the same Joe, cut the crap'' I said with a smile on my face. We were standing together on the balcony of his room watching the sunset.

He looked at me with an arched eyebrow, ''Yeah baby but you still want him'' there was a hint of amusement in his tone.

''The heart wants what it wants'' I said with a sad smile.

''What the fuck are you two doing together?'' Valz's voice boomed through the room and I suddenly tensed at his furious voice.

Joe stopped mid sentence when I glared at him and he put his hands in mock surrender.

''Say that again and I'll paint the room with your blood'' Valz growled and when I looked at him he was angry and oh boy if that didn't turn me on.

He was clenching his fists and his sharp jaw was also clenched. When he looked at me his green eyes were dark with rage and a shiver went down my spine.

''We were just talking about you'' I said with a slight smile and he frowned at that, ''Oh? now you'll both bitch around my back?'' I flinched at his dark tone.

He saw that and shook his head like he was disappointed with himself, ''You could just tell me that you don't want to be together'' his tone was surprisingly sincere.

''Okay I'm out of this cheesy bullshit'' Joe said with a wink and went away.

''I hate that piece of shit'' Valz said with a scowl on his beautiful face.

''He's your brother'' I said with a whisper.

''Yeah? well he can go fuck himself for all I care'' He said with a amused tone.

I laughed at that and my finger itched to rake through his hair but I kept my hands to myself because there's something called self-control and I wanted to clear out all our misunderstandings before doing something physical.
