Another Bad Start

Prologue continuation...

"Am I this unlucky to bump to my ex?" Scarlet murmurs to herself. "Such a great way to start my day."

Scarlet apologizes and immediately continues running. She even runs on the hallway just to make it on time but Scarlet was too late.

She saw her first period teacher inside.

Scarlet: I'm so dead. Maybe I should just skip this class...

She went to their canteen decides on resting for an hour.

Scarlet: I'm so tired.

She eventually sleeps after a couple of minutes.

Scarlet: ZZzzz...

A loud noise can be hear coming from every room, it sounds like a loud thump of feet. Scarlet woke up because of the noises.

Scarlet: Maybe my first class is already over.

She rushes and eventually finds her room. Scarlet first peeked so she can ensure that her first teacher is already out and what she saw were her classmates unconsciously lying on the floor.

She was shocked, wondering what happened. After saying that she feels her throat was scratched because of how dry her throat is.

Scarlet: I gotta find the water dispenser.

Scarlet saw the dispenser and approached it and saw a glowing grassy green liquid inside.

Scarlet: I'd better not drink that.

Scarlet just went home so she doesn't waste the time.

She sits on her couch and turns the TV on.

TV: There is a leakage of experimental selenium on some parts this country i repeat there is a leakage of experimental selenium in this country.

People who made contact or inhalation of this liquid will faint and other symptoms are unknown so stay alert of everything.

Scarlet: Is the liquid in the TV, similar to what I saw in that dispenser? Hmm... I wonder.

After the news were dictated it suddenly rains and green liquid is dropping from her ceiling.

Scarlet: Oh no!

She breath heavily and covers her nose and mouth but the chemical passes through her hands and she accidently inhales it. She becomes dizzy each passing second until Scarlet faints.
