"Oi! Wait! That's the women's sauna!" I heard the guard yell behind me, but I couldn't sense anything.

Except for that intoxicating scent that infiltrated my whole being.

My wolf kept screaming at me, so loud, my heart was beating so hard that it might escape my chest if given a chance. I took harsh turns, the scent intensifying.

I'm so close...

I'm so curious...

Who will that be? Do I know her...or him? Doesn't matter. But I'm not going to reject my mate.

'The door, open it you fool!' My wolf vividly instructed me. And I did open the door, harshly, announcing my presence.

"AHH!!" there were four girls, screaming on top of their lungs at my little invasion into their sauna booth. I'm sorry girls but I don't hear anything, blame it on my wolf grr.

All four of them stand up and throw mugs full of water at me. What? Why are they even doing it? Aren't they covered in towels?

Though one of them stays completely calm, sensing something and sniffing the air.

I...I can't see her well.

"Such a perve- hey!" I push the girl to the side, nothing that she said got into my senses. I'm all eyes and ears and nose and mind to my mate...

"M-move" I say to the girl blocking me from getting closer to my mate.

Goddamn....

I let out a scoff, smiling later, a bright smile. Her shrugged figure eases at my small gesture, my tense shoulders relaxing at the sight in front of me.

She's so beautiful....

Her peach, blushing skin, her beautiful big almond eyes, her small face perfect to hold and those plump, pink lips...

I swear I've never done anything so vague but...I want to just...kiss those lips. Feel those lips on mine and cherish them forever.

'Say it! Say it you idiot!'

I listen to my wolf again.

I've officially been kicked out of the sauna after my little stunt from earlier. But I can't be blamed. Nor do I regret spoiling my innocent image I have on everyone.

It was totally worth it.

She's so damn beautiful, I almost lost my sanity then and there and execute my curiosity there and then, to kiss her and claim her already.

"There you are! WHERE THE HELL DID YOU— what's with that look?" it was Dan. I unintentionally squeal and fall back on the green grass.

"I've found my mate Dan...I found her. She's so beautiful, perfect, she's...she's just so magical...." I stumble upon my words, not knowing how to describe her angelic beauty.

"Mom's gonna be so proud..." I say it out loud, still mesmerized by her.

Her...I didn't ask for her name...

Wow Ron. You're unbelievable. You didn't ask for her name? You must've looked so silly and stupid, like a fish ugh! I couldn't even speak to her!

Some alpha-elemental I am...

"Oh Jesus the way he burst inside! Thank god we weren't buck n*ked or I'd seriously call the police on him." we heard a girl speak out her concerns.

If the girl talking is from before...she must be here too.

I immediately jump to my feet, taking a fee very eager steps towards the small group of girls.

"*Gasp* You!"

"Yeah me" I say, my eyes still locked onto the shy girl cowering behind the other friends of hers. She seems to be a sweetheart, and I love it. The way her friends are protecting her says a lot about her. She's so naive.

"You're her mate??" I'm suddenly knocked out of my thoughts as someone asked that question to me.

"H-he is my m-mate..."

Oh god...those were music to my ears. The words, and her melodic voice.

My heart eyes intensify and I take a step closer towards her, potentially making the friend of hers move to the side.

"H-hi..." I manage to say, breathing heavily after. I didn't think talking to your own mate would be so difficult, but it actually is. I can't stop the butterflies racing in my stomach, my heart fluttering just by looking at her.

"Hello."

Oh no someone come hold and chain my stupid heart from fluttering out of my chest.

"Wha- what's your name?"

"Jane. Jane De Cruz." her friends look at me skeptically, almost expecting a vague reaction from me.

"I'm Ronald Jones"

"I thought you were a Weasley." one of her friends comment sarcastically which makes me scowl.

"My bad, never mind. Well, uh...wa-wanna go for a walk with me? By the lake?" I ask, scratching my neck because I'm feeling a tad bit nervous.

Please say yes, please say yes.

"Okay." she smiles again. It's not like I don't want her to smile, but that's exactly what I want, because my poor heart can't handle it anymore.

"Wait, Jane. One second, like think about it. He's an alpha, I don't trust him alone with you." what?

What nonsense is she talking about?

"Well, excuse me miss, you're very wrong. My friend right here is a decent wolf and intends no such...whatever you're thinking about. He's pure, though he could crush all of you to dust right now." Dan speaks up after a long time, effectively shutting off her friends who accused of me so wrongly.

"Whatever. But if you do anything to her, we're all going to go out of our ways and hurt you you so bad, you would regret coming on Earth, boy." whoa, now that's what I call a threat.

"Certainly. But only if she g-gets hurt" I stutter yet again, just by seeing her biting down on that pink, rosy and gummy bear textured lips.

"Fine. You can go. Be safe baby"

Noooo only I can call her baby! I try my best to calm my possessive wolf down. They're just friends, and Dan does that to me at times too.

"Alright! Let's go!" My excited self holds Jane's hand. I instinctively jump when Jane flinches and retracts her hand.

"What? What happened? Are you okay? Did I hold your hand too tight? Did I-"

"Okay Romeo, stop. Let her speak" her friend cuts me off. I calm down and step closer to her again, but I feel bad when she flinches and steps backwards. I stop right in my tracks and try not to feel too bad. She's a shy person, I should understand that.

"I-I got an electric I don't know, s-spark, when he held my hand." she slowly whispers whilst her friends soothe her now red hand. They all turn to me a burn me alive with their glares.

"I swear to god I didn't do anything!" I raise my hands up in defence.

"Maybe it has to do something with your wolf, Ron. You know how you behave when both of you are nervous." he talked about me and my wolf. We maintain that defense mechanism like thing. It just happens because of me being an elemental.

"Right...well, I promise I won't hold your hand until I cool off. Sounds nice?"

"Sounds safe." I make a face at Jane's friend, but that morphs into a smile when Jane giggles like a baby.

Aw man she's too cute.

"Okay. Well, let's go? To- to the woods, the lake."I mentally slap myself. God I'm really behaving like a teenager meeting and talking to their crush for the first time!

Well, the situation is very, very similar though.

Just that it's normal in a wolf's life.

"Okay. I'll meet you guys tomorrow then?"

"Yes."

"Okay."

"Have fun!"

"Don't forget the cond*ms Ronald!"

Oh boy Dan really has a death wish.
