SELENE POV

Saving Martha from those men we are now heading to my house.

After a few minutes, We finally get to the house, I carry Martha then put her to the bed, I fix the blanket and adjust the light to make it more relaxing for her, and when I am about to leave the room, Martha suddenly grabs my hand.

"Thank you, Ms. Selene," Martha said in her weak voice

"Just take a rest and have your off tomorrow, just tell me everything that happens to you later, " I said but she refused and was about to get up and go back to check Valerie's condition, I try to stop her from getting up but she still insisting even if she’s all weak, so it left me no choice but to snap her a little and she finally back to sleep.

I managed to clean Valerie's place;

I get all the dead bodies out of the apartment, I can't leave any residue or evidence that I am behind the killings, I cant seek Gust's help for now since he has more important things to do.

I try to look at the CCTV to find some information about these black troops who want to kidnap Martha, I thought they are after Valerie or just merely a group of robbers but when they point the target to Martha I already have an idea.

I saw a unique logo that quite familiar to me I know I have seen this somewhere, so I send it to Gust for further investigation.

MARTHA POV

I wake up with heavy eyes, it is almost 5 am in the morning when I check my cellphone, I guess I am here at Ms. Selene’s house again since I remember her picking me up at Caloocan last night when that things happen, my knees start to tremble again, every time I remember those part where they are chasing me, I couldn’t stop from shaking in fear, I feel like anytime they will going to kill me and Valerie, Oh shit!!! I almost forgot Valerie! I quickly dialled my cellphone and calls Valerie’s number but it is already unattended.

I hope she is okay, and those people, I will never forget what they look like, their attire and the logo it has, it is indeed similar to those Natasha’s men who were in our house four years ago, when they kill my mom, damn!, so I am being haunted by Natasha again, Oh God, please help me! I am still scared even before and still scared now!

I am afraid about Justin and Jan’s safety, I cant put them in danger, what should I do….

I need some help, Ms. Selene, maybe she can help me, though I don’t know if she can face and fight Natasha, I have witnessed how cruel she is, I know what she can do and her family, hmmmmm sob*sob* I can't put her in danger, I can't see her suffer because of me….hmmmmm I don’t know what to do anymore, I am now crumpling my hair when I heard a knock.

"ahmm, Come in," I said

It is Ms. Selene; I don’t know why she wakes up early.

"How do you feel now?" she ask standing in front of me

“I—I am good now ma’am, ahmm, I am sorry for this, it's just, I don’t know whom I'm going to call for help, I am sorry hmmm sob*sob*,” I said while hugging my knees

"hmmm, so what happens to you?" She asks and I am scared to tell her, I don’t know if she will understand it or not

"ahmm….its…it is… " I said as I keep on starling

"Tell me, Martha, be fair at least, I need to know," She said in cross arms

“T—There is ahmm, there is someone who wants to get me, I was with Valerie inside her house and suddenly a few black-suited men get into the house, they are armed and targeted me, they grab my arms and was about to take me with them when someone came and help me so I escape” I explained

"ahem.....ahm so, do you have any idea who are they?" she asked again.

“Ahmmmm…its…its Natasha Davids Ma’am, hmmmm sob*sob* I will never forget those logos attached to the clothes of her men when the time they went to our house four years ago and kill my mom in front of me….hmmmmm sob*sob*,” I said in tears

"It has been four years and they didn’t even try to look for you so why now? You must be a big deal to Davids today, so tell me what is really your game with them Martha?" She suddenly asks me

“I don’t know ma’am, I did everything to forget them, I even try my very best to avoid their family, but I didn’t know it will happen again now, I don’t know what they want from me they already abduct my father I don’t even know if he is still alive or not” I explained

"So there is really something between you and Davids....the way I know those people, they won't gonna stop until they get what they want," Ms. Selene said that scared me more.

“Hmmmm. I don’t know what to do anymore, I can't let my loved ones be in danger, I am really scared for Justin and Jan’s safety I can't put their life at risk and I cant risk yours as well…hmmmmm sob*sob*” I tearfully said.

I was stopped when Ms. Selene holds my hand, I mean she is not like this, it is not her type to this kind of thing, holding someone else’s hand, as I know her, she doesn’t interfere with anyone’s business but today she really came for me, she has a strong personality that is why holding my hand makes me feel really safe and secured, somehow it ease my pain.

After making me feel better she stands at my front in cross arms and looking straight at me but the way her eyes look at me, it seem something is on her mind.

"Alright, Next week we have a party to attend, it is a birthday celebration of the fifth member of the Elites Society, I am pretty sure Natasha will be there, so, do you want to reverse the situation?” she seriously asks and a little I am confused about reversing the situation.

I knew it, she has something on her mind, I guess she plotted a plan for them which is I don’t know but the way I look at her it may not be good for Natasha!

"Just prepare yourself next week, and I will reverse the situation for you, you are so afraid of her, a typical human nature but you must remember, Natasha has weaknesses too, let see how far she can go using her bitchy dirty attitude!." She seriously said and I can see the cleverness drawn in her face.

"ahm, okay ma'am, I will coordinate the dress that you will wear as soon as possible, " I said

"No, I can handle that as well as the one you will wear, just prepare yourself and it's all good," She smilingly said while excitement is all over her face.

The way she acts while thinking about her plan seems like it is something to wait for, and I can't wait how this plan will hurt Natasha!

She was about to leave when I quickly get up from bed to follow her, dang! I almost hit my nose at her back but I really can't help it, I hug her back and rested my head on it then whisper.

"Thank you ma'am" I said while hugging her back, shit, my heart is beating so fast, I just can't help myself not doing it!

I can feel that she was shocked by what I did, and she slowly turns around so our face is now an inch away.

She looks into my eyes which attracts me to look back at her, we are making a staring contest now and my heart is beating so fast, damn, I don’t know if hugging her is a good idea or not, but the way she looks at me I can't see any hate but….desire.. And I was shocked when.

"Tssupp" she suddenly kisses me on my cheeks which is almost touches my lips, I was stoned in my position and my whole system suddenly stops, her lips almost touch mine that really shakes me! Damn! I am literally blushing now and I don’t know why

"We are even now, and your welcome," she said that confuse me

"Even? W—what do you mean even ma’am?" I tensely ask

"They said accepting and saying thank you for the first time is okay but saying it, again and again, is getting annoying, it loses the value, so for us to be even I stole a kiss from you, people said that it is a woman’s treasure so now we're even, no need to say thank you" she explains that makes me blushed even more, damn I giggled a little inside.

Then she heads her way out of the room and it left me hanging and blushing my ass out, though actually, she is….she is literally stolen my first kiss! I don’t know but I seem to like it, even it is just a smack on my cheeks.

God!!! All my sad thoughts suddenly washed away with that stolen kiss!
