'After suffering from that blow, and being buried under all that rubble, and not to mention falling into the water without a foothold, that giant spider was done for. That was more than just buying time. He killed it.' Liu Kai smirked, speaking to himself.

"That guy's a monster." Jin Chow blankly said, mesmerized by the event as they got swept by the gigantic waves the destruction made. Seeing the falling debris about to crash their way, they quickly swam away faster to avoid it. Sergio Von Croy plunged out of the smoke of the dust and into another building in front of them and bowed as if finishing a performance.

"We may now go." Sergio Von Croy waved his hand in a fancy manner to show the way.

Both Liu Kai and Jin Chow saw the action made by Sergio. They looked at each other and said, "Show off."

They climbed up to stand on the floating plants and used it to jump to the dangling vines and climb the building Sergio Von Croy was in.

Just as they felt a sense of relief thinking the worst was over, they heard an unusual rumbling from the debris that sent shivers down their spine. The Monstrous Arachnid stands on top of the water, shaking its body to dust the residue off and shrieking so loud that it sounded like a roar from its uncontrollable rage that they felt from almost a kilometer away.

"KRRIIEEEEEEEECCKK!!!"

Liu Kai and the rest looked behind them to see the Gigantic Spider running on top of the water at a blistering pace. Their jaws dropped from the sight of this near-miraculous event.

"Am I seeing this right!?" Jin Chow sputtered as he pointed to the eight-legged insect while also touching Liu Kai's shoulder.

"Dolomedes…" Liu Kai gasped under his breath as it realized how a spider lived in the center of a body of water.

"Dolo—What?!" Jin Chow asked, confused by what Liu Kai just muttered.

"It's a Fishing Spider!! It's a spider that can walk on water... RUN!!" Liu Kai shouted as he turned his back around and bolted as fast as he could.

"What do you mean, a spider that can walk on water!? A spider like that exists!?" Jin Chow asked as he panted inches behind Liu Kai, trying to catch up and also run away from the mad-crazed spider.

"Look behind you and tell me if you don't believe it!" He ranted back at him.

"Stop talking and keep running!" Sergio kicked Jin Chow on his butt, forcing him to run faster.

'My health was still at 40% where up to this point, I can still control my urges, but no less than that.' Liu Kai thought to himself, knowing what he can do after using berserk every day to train himself to control his power and raise his stats, hitting two birds in one stone.

Jin Chow's 'Indestructible' was still active and gave him a little boost to all of his stats, with the durability exceptionally high. They tried to run as fast as they could by jumping from a floating pad to another, but the giant fishing spider was gaining on them and will soon catch up to them.

"We can't outrun it!" Jin Chow complained.

"I know! Let me think of something." Liu Kai growled in frustration. He couldn't think of a way to avoid fighting.

'We're at a disadvantage if we fight it out on the water, but if we run to a building, it can camouflage and hide its presence and prepare a surprise attack.' Liu Kai knew they had no other options.

"There's no more floating plants!" Sergio panicked while in the lead.

"What do we do now?!" Jin Chow asked Liu Kai with worried eyes.

Liu Kai ran out of time to think, especially with his emotions clouding his judgments, and because of that, he didn't notice the giant fishing spider rushing up to him and quickly bit down on Liu Kai's shoulder, causing him to scream from immense pain.

"AAAAAHHHH!!"

But before that even happens, as soon as he hears the messages in his head that said...

The Giant Fishing Spider noticed that instead of its fangs piercing more into Liu Kai's skin to suck out the liquefied juices, it repelled its fangs back to the surface of his skin and continued to harden. This added to its anger and threw Liu Kai into the water as it couldn't eat him.

He was hurled a couple of meters away from the battle with his whole body numb from the quick change from deconstruction and back to being reconstructed in a flash.

Meanwhile, Jin Chow once again stepped in to face the Gigantic Spider with his skill 'indestructible,' still active.

"Go get Kai and hit it with everything you got! Don't worry about hurting me. I can take it!" Jin Chow assured Sergio.

Sergio Von Croy nodded and swam to get Liu Kai underwater.

Jin Chow charged to the Giant Fishing Spider and grabbed its front legs. The insect knew he was planning something, so it tried to force its legs out of Jin chows' grip, but he squeezed it harder to prevent it from escaping.

He then forced the giant fishing spider underwater while standing at the edge of a floating plant.

"Drown, humongous pest!" Jin Chow screamed at the top of his lungs, trying his best to kill the giant fishing spider.
